The restaurant is located in a beautiful building. The setting is very elegant and sophisticated, yet the atmosphere and service make you feel at ease. My friends and I dined there and had a wonderful evening. The food was truly delicious and perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients and excellent pairings. For appetizers, we had a charcuterie and cheese platter and Fassona beef tartare. For our first course, we had spaghetti with burrata, anchovies, and cocoa beans, and a Piedmontese sandwich. The chef and waitress were kind and even willing to make changes to the menu. Highly recommended! Update: We've been back again; the cheek and egg were spectacular.

Beautiful, chic and elegant venue, with top-notch, helpful, and efficient staff. The live music evenings are also very interesting. The food is truly top-notch, and the aperitifs are excellent, as are the various drinks offered by the staff. The prices are very reasonable, certainly in line with the quality offered. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone visiting the center of Cuneo.

A unique location, with modern furnishings housed in a period building with 20th-century architecture. The place serves both aperitifs and dinner; reservations are recommended. The service is very friendly, and the staff is attentive and will promptly ask about any intolerances or allergies—lactose, eggs, or other foods—even for an aperitif, as was our case, so they can serve customized appetizers. The appetizers are freshly prepared and available both hot and cold. The cocktails are also non-alcoholic, suitable for teetotallers and teenagers, and are excellent. There's a wide selection of wines. The dinner menu is interesting. Prices are in line with the service and location.

A wonderful discovery in the Cuneo area. I don't know how to describe it. It's a place where you can spend quality time with others, sip excellent drinks, but also, as in this case, be amazed by the excellent food during a simple, leisurely lunch. The location is charming, very beautiful, a blend of modern and ancient. The service was quick, and the waitress was very kind. We ordered veal with tuna sauce, a poke salad, and a saffron risotto with strictly raw sausage (a dish I unfortunately forgot to take a photo of). The veal was superb, cut perfectly, the tuna sauce excellent. The salad was also excellent, very generous and made with quality ingredients. The waitress had told me the chef made a good risotto, so I trusted her and did the right thing. It was cooked to perfection, tasty yet light, with very good sausage and (if I'm not mistaken) a pinch of pepper that didn't spoil the experience. The tiramisu was beautiful in that cute little jar, and above all, very good, made with fresh ingredients. I'd say the prices are more than fair, considering the location, venue, and quality. We'll definitely be back to try something else, maybe even just for a drink.

Had appetizers and a light meal here. The service was good and the food was quite good also. Early in the evening it's noisy but quieted down after 830 PM.

We attended the evening organized for Women's Day, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to our expectations. When we booked, we had reported food intolerances, but despite this, I found myself unable to enjoy two of the three dishes on the €30 fixed menu. Food intolerances aren't a subjective matter, and the restaurant should have paid more attention to these needs, especially considering they were communicated in advance. Furthermore, our table was located right in front of the entrance door, which was constantly opened, causing a nuisance of people coming and going and making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Despite our complaints, no solution was found to this problem. But what left us most disappointed was the treatment we received towards the end of the evening. We were literally kicked out of our table before dessert was even served, with the bill already taken care of, simply because we hadn't ordered a bottle. It's unacceptable to expect everyone to consume alcohol in order to be allowed to enter a venue: not everyone wants to drink and risk their license and, above all, their safety. A round of applause, however, goes to the DJ, who, with his skill and energy, managed to lift the atmosphere and ensure we still had a pleasant time. I hope the venue takes these observations into consideration to improve its organization and customer service in the future.

I book a table via WhatsApp for a fixed menu evening, before confirming the reservation I ask if it is possible to change the meat-based second course with a fish-based second course, given that the person who is with me does not eat meat, I am answered "no problem", as soon as we arrive at the restaurant we ask for further confirmation of the change and we are told that they already knew, at the time of the fish-based course an egg is served, we point out that we had asked for the fish and we send back the egg and only at that moment we are told that the fish is not there, we are offered a dessert instead of the fish, only when I show the chat do they apologize and offer a glass (1) of prosecco to the person who had not eaten the second course, correctness is the basis of everything, especially towards customers, without that you cannot even judge the food and the rest

Dry night, entry scheduled for aperitif at 8 pm, actual entry at 8:40 pm without aperitif, paid 30 euros for a plate of pasta with terrible ragù, mashed potatoes that have never seen potatoes, and last but not least, for dessert we were served a lollipop... Well, for 30 euros... not even water and coffee. The cheapest bottle of prosecco was 30 euros... Let's not even talk about the people who go to this place just to show off... I may be weird, but this place can only survive for the same clientele. I recommend other places in Cuneo where you can eat much better... Oh, maybe you don't go here to eat 🤭
