Everything is good, the only (big) issue is customers cannot ask to remove (or modify in any way) ingredients from a burger.

Had a great experience here. Came for a big dinner and was very pleased! I had the burger and wanted to take off the onions but they have a rule where they can't change any aspect of the order, diasapponinting... Anyways the food was brought directly to our table which was great and the peanut butter milkshake was so good I had it twice! Overall great food and atmosphere, only thing is the cost which was high.

I was curious to try it and was honestly a little disappointed, especially the next day when I tried Stretto Burgers on Via de Amicis. I didn't dislike the place: small but well-organized. Once I ordered, I had to wait 15 minutes when there was no one at the counter. I didn't like that. The burger was poorly served: not something neat but everything arranged just for the sake of it. To eat it, not only did you eat it badly, not appreciating all the ingredients, but you also got like a child. I noticed the same thing happening at the table next to me. I asked them for their opinion and they gave it a positive rating, but not as high as the advertising would have you believe. It's a decent burger: there are better quality meats around other places and the service definitely needs reorganizing.

Mix feelings about this place. Location is nothing fancy, little, somehow functional. Food is good, i personally had pastrami that was tasty and juicy even if the pepper mayo was for my taste too strong and covered too much the meet savory. The real issue is the price. 25€ at the time of this review for menu. Good food cost and in many case it take time to be prepared. The problem is the quantity. Portions are objectively little and in my sandwich there was not more than 40g of pastrami this ration does not justify the price.

Very overrated unfortunately, we tried to go twice before and there was a big line at the door so we had high expectations, but they were not met. Just a very average burger for a high price, chicken tenders and fries were nothing special either. There was so much black pepper on my burger that I wasn’t even able to eat more than half, it was all I could taste, my boyfriends burger was even worse. I genuinely do not get the hype unfortunately

1 star because I can’t put zéro and second one because food was still average. Little portions, you can’t modify anything in your burger even if you have food restrictions. They don’t let you remove anything of the burger, how is that even possible ? Workers are rude ask you to leave when you just finished eating. And the price … I don’t even have to talk about it 24 euros for a small menu. Quantity clearly not justify the price.

An overpriced bad food.A copy of an American diner, attention given to the decor but not to the quality of food We ordered hotdog (which costed 9 euros!!!) which was not well cooked and a bad chicken burger.The fries were fried in a overly used fried oil. We felt like we wasted our money and will definitely will not go there. Very expensive and the lowest quality we encountered in Milan . Better off to a Turkish kebab shop or to IKEA for a much better hotdog.

Fast food style, slowest “restaurant” where I have been! got the full menu, for that price I was expecting something good, left almost everything! Def a big not!

The restaurant staff has "received instructions" to not allow ANY modification on the burgers, I guess from the owner. For example, if you don't like pickles: too bad, they WILL come with your burger. Don't want ketchup? Too bad, it will also be there. Totally outrageous, unhear-of, crazy, nuts, bananas, especially in Italy. The portions are also not impressive for what they cost.
