The most delicious and authentic dinner/pasta we had in Milan. Our waiter Lapo saw us struggling to choose from an online menu, he came for our rescue and recommended the most delicious pasta sauce. Make sure to add the shrimp tartare to your pasta ;) We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service and also the food. Highly recommend. Great value for money as well

Well priced pasta for quick eats. Been to Miscusi a couple times and despite it being a chain restaurant, the taste is inconsistent. I always order the tricolore pasta, but with paccheri, it’s so dry. Service is always friendly and fast.

I expected something more from them. Pasta was a bit dry, the parmigiana di melanzane was delicious but tiny. We also waited a bit to sit, but overall quite kind waiters. Maybe better go when not too crowded.

Service is completely automated so it feels like a take out experience compared to a restaurant sit down experience. We didn't have to wait for a table however so that's a plus. Food was good but a small portion. I would recommend coming here for a quick dining experience.

If you’re in for a quick stop and decent meal, this is it. But if you have an extra minute to spare, please grab yourself an Italian pasta elsewhere. This chain offers bland and dry pastas with sauce that lost all of its taste. The great service made up somewhat.

Compared to Italian standards the food quality is average. It's definitely overpriced. The service is slow and inattentive (I never got the coffee I ordered) and the (optional) automated food ordering is not only confusing, but hurts the whole experience. In the corner where we sat there is a pipe below the floor that was rumbling all the time, super annoying when I want to just sit in peace. The ambience is somewhat modern, some people like it, I don't. I'd prefer a nice family owned pasta place instead of this chain restaurant, but the trend keeps this place alive.

Service is a disgrace, the pasta was with the texture of leather it should be better cooked, althoughhad a good taste, in summary, bad pasta with a reasonable sauce, awful service= neither me or nobody of my circle of friends will ever come to a restaurant with this name, "miscusi" is the minimum which i expect to hear . The worst experience in Italy
