Il pesce è freschissimo, ogni piatto racconta una storia di passione e amore per la cucina. Dai crudi delicati alle paste ogni boccone regala sapori genuini e sinceri. Amo così tanto questo ristorante che quando vengo a Genova cerco solo alloggi vicini. ogni pietanza è una espressione equilibrata e sapiente degli ingredienti. Dagli antipasti ai primi ogni volta è una esperienza divina. Ambiente interno curato e personale professionale e gentile. Sempre. Andateci e vedrete che poi sarà difficile cenare altrove.

Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante ex bordello. I piatti sono molto selezionati e curati con gusto e maestria. Il personale è gentilissimo. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, sta nel fatto che quando si riempie di clienti c'è un po' troppa confusione.

Ristorante ottimo, ricercato e accogliente. L'atmosfera è calda e piacevole, l'ambiente curato in ogni minimo particolare. Il servizio è attento e cortese, discreto e mai invadente; i piatti originali, sebbene strizzino un occhio alla tradizione, risultano davvero gustosi. Molto particolare anche il rum di loro produzione, da provare a fine pasto. Decisamente consigliato!
Posto strepitoso è dir poco! Io ed il mio fidanzato ci siamo fermati una sera tornati da una giornata stancante in giro per Genova. Le ragazze che ci hanno servito ci hanno coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Il menù è spettacolare dall'inizio alla fine, le materie prime sono straordinarie. Il prezzo è medio alto ma per le attenzioni che ti riserva tutto il personale è anche poco! Davvero un posto consigliatissimo!

Cena di lavoro. Abbiamo preso tutti il menù degustazione dove era compreso un antipasto, un primo, un secondo e un dolce... Tutto davvero ottimo! Porzioni giuste per riuscire a mangiare tutto ed essere sazi alla fine! I sapori di questi piatti sono eccezionali, consiglio a tutti di provare questo ristorante per avere la controprova! Come si dice "provare per credere". Camerieri gentili e locale molto bello.

Locale aperto recentemente su Genova nei vicoli ma facilmente raggiungibile da Piazza De Ferrari. Molto curato negli arredi e con bella predisposizione dei tavoli, offre una proposta di piatti ricercati che offrono sensazioni gustative di livello. Molto curato il servizio. Da migliorare la carta dei vini che offre una scelta ridotta di etichette. Prezzi alti ma corretti per la qualità di quanto proposto. Non facile prenotare per le richieste che quotidianamente pervengono e che riempono rapidamente i non numerosi tavoli del locale.
Consiglio posto molto carino prezzi per tutte le tasche solo un pelo alti i prezzi del vino . Consiglierei di trovare bottiglie che si aggirano tra 20 .30 euro
Locale curato collocato nel cuore del centro storico ma a pochi passi da piazza De Ferrari, facilmente raggiungibile con una breve camminata. Ottima accoglienza, personale attento sotto la sapiente conduzione del proprietario/chef. Menu' interessante con la possibilita' di scegliere anche alcuni menu' degustazione. Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. Lo consiglio. Meglio prenotare.
Sevizio accogliente gentilezza e professionalità, essendo celiaca sono entrata un pochino scoraggiata aspettandomi la solita risposta, invece no!!!! Con grande mia sorpresa menù celiaco strepitoso lo stra consiglio.

We had a wonderful “Thanksgiving” in Genova for 9 people last night. Marco helped us select wines and a fixed menu for the evening. It was perfect! He gave us a wonderful description of the wines and i piatti diversi. A couple guests had dietary restrictions and the chefs accommodated them without any problems whatsoever. Complimenti a tutti I Cuochi.
Tasting menu 4 course for 45€ is definitely a worth to try.

An experience that goes beyond taste. Every dish is crafted with care, and the service is flawless. Each course feels like a journey through the sea and creativity. Five stars aren’t enough to capture the beauty of this place. I’ll be back and not alone.
Very cute restaurant in heart of Genova, the menu especially great value and every dish were amazing. Ingredients were fresh , well prepared! Service were good and attentive. Even return again for one more time during our trip, will definitely go back again !
The food was great. Highly recommend their regular “menu tasting” that we got it’s 40 euros/person and the seabass and dessert was amazing. My sea bass with truffle was kind of small for 24 euros I thought but was still good. On a photo is the anchovies appetizer and sea bass with truffle sauce and coffees ice cream dessert
Cannot recommend highly enough! The best food, service, and hospitality we had in Genoa! Excellent quality for the price. We had struggled to find safe food for my husband to eat since he has severe treenut, peanut, and dairy allergies. They were accommodating and helpful. They offered a 4 course tasting menu with wine pairing for only €65. All absolutely divine.
Absolutely mind-blowing. I wanted to try this place based on the positive google reviews and OMG. My partner ordered the "menù del giorno" (Day menù) and everything was delicious and mouth-watering. Based on my personal taste, best dish was the almond-breaded tuna served with a delicate tzatziki and green sauce. Tuna was so well cooked that it melted in our mouth. All the staff was super knowledgeable and attentive. I also liked the decorations and furniture used to style the dining room, a bit on the provokative side with customised tables decorated with old leaflets used in the 30s and 40s Italian sex houses (yes, we had them back then). Price-wise it's slightly more expensive than other places but for a good reason, dishes are a bit more refined compared to the other restauranrs. In 2 we paid 50 euros each with 2 glasses of wine.

I ate here for my first meal in genoa and was damn glad I came!!! the chef very kindly prepared the tuna w almond crust w went off the menu! the wines were all good and we had 4 wines by the glass altogether. I really cannot say more about how tasty the food here is. it is worth ur pennies and very yummy. going to return tmr again!!
Best dinner in a long time! It started with a friendly person to make the reservation! We got there and got greeted by everyone including the chefs. Beautiful restaurant, very cosy and very professional staff. All waiters were extremely friendly! You can choose à la carte but we decided to try there degustation menu for 40 euros. Not only the plates were beautifully presented but it was all so scrumptious! If you want to treat yourself or someone you like, you MUST go to I Cuochi. I don't have enough words to say how amazing a dinner that was and the pictures speak for themselves!
We absolutely loved this place! The lovely owner, has brought his passion for food from his native Greece and set up a gorgeous restaurant in a beautiful setting. We ate in the beautiful room upstairs and simply loved the food, the wine and the impeccable service.
Great environment with great services! Not forgot to mention, great food as well. If you are lucky, the waitress might bring you to visit their classic wines! Nice experience but one not good point is the serving speed is little slow compared to other restaurants in Genoa.

Atmosfera e ricerca L’atmosfera di questo locale è davvero accogliente, luci, dettagli curati, oggetti antichi. Servizio attento e veloce. Ampia scelta nel menu con tante proposte interessanti. C’è anche la possibilità di fare il menù degustazione. Ci è stata portata una Zuppa con erbe dell orto dello chef offerta Ho preso due piatti a base di polpo entrambi molto buoni e gustosi: •Polpo alla Greca brasato in merlot e successivamente passato alla piastra, servito su crema di ceci al rosmarino e spolverata di paprika dolce •Risotto Carnaroli mantecato con barbera D'Alba, polpo croccante e scorza di agrumi Molto particolare il dolce: Pera glassata al passito di pantelleria, crumble e fichi caramellati agli agrumi Ci hanno chiesto se volevamo assaggiare un Liquore prodotto dallo chef abbiamo accettato pensando fosse offerto invece abbiamo speso 6€ a bicchiere. Questo ultimo particolare è stata un po’ una nota stonata in una cena ottima, andava specificato. Abbiamo speso 60€ a testa con 1 solo calice di vino. Prezzo un po’ alto.
Menù degustazione. In particolare risotto alla barbabietola con gamberi e filetto di tonno con graniglia di mandorle veramente buoni. Ambiente gradevole e cameriere brave e simpatiche. Conto proporzionato alla qualità.
Ci sono stato altre volte. Si mangia sempre bene, piatti ben curati e proprio belli da vedere. Devo dire che le altre volte ho mangiato meglio e pagato meno ma comunque merita. Ribadisco , 4 stelle 2. dite , "la porzione mi sembrava normale". Davvero? avete una concezione di normale alquanto vaga. ma non serve commentare ulteriormente, la foto parla da se. Si vede un filo di pasta in un piatto che più che una pasta sembra una zuppa al sugo di pesce. 3. ho ribadito nella mail che queste cose possono succedere, nessun problema 4. ho chiaramente scritto che vi siete scusati e che mi avete offeto due mirti (me li offrono di solito anche senza che accada questo) , peccato poi per ritrattare le quantità nella vs replica. 5. ho speso parole molto belle per servizio, locale, piatti. Cosa volevate di più, una statua? 6. ho concluso dicendo che lo consiglio e che rimane sempre uno dei miei 5 locali preferiti di Genova! Puntualizzato quannto sopra vi lascio con un consiglio, leggete bene le recensioni dei clienti prima di rispondere, controllate per benino le stelline (ribadisco, 4 ve ne ho date) e accettate le critiche in quanto avete chiaramente dimostrato un eccesso di presunzione. Le critiche se prese nella maniera corretta e soprattuto se non “distruttive” come era la mia servono a crescere e voi le potenzialità le avete e non potete che migliorare Detto questo, continuerò a consigliare il vs locale come ho fatto in tutti questi anni. Food experience overall was good. The soup, scallop, fish, sauces tasted well. Feedback: Reserved the table in advance, unsure why they will cramp me in a very tight corner beside the stair case. It’s really weird to pay close to 100€ per pax and sit beside a staircase where people walking up and down the stairs will have dirt flying into my food. Requested for change of table, offered me another cramp corner seat. Declined, willing to walk out and ended up sitting in a normal seat which was preferred. The entire night, no-one was given those two cramp and poorly positioned seats. Why me?
Amazing food and ambience. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked. Although the service could be much better. We weren't even served water the first fifteen minutes we were there. We had to call the waitress multiple times before she came over. Even then, she was harried. Highly recommend it for the food and wine though.

Passeggiando per i vicoli ci ha attratto il menù degustazione appeso all'ingresso. Locale carino, con qualche dettaglio fuori luogo (statuetta dorata sulla sala) e personale molto gentile. Servizio eccellente e attento, si apprezza la descrizione di ciascuna portata. Menù e lista vini molto completi. Prezzi in linea con la qualità e la ricercatezza dei piatti. Peccato per i residui di cera sul tavolo, forse qualche cena a lume di candela, e le foto delle prostitute delle case chiuse palermitane ( non per bigottismo, ma per rispetto della dignità femminile: leggasi Galimberti Le cose dell'amore, capitolo 6 amore e denaro). Non ci è piaciuto neanche il giro finale con il liquore della casa: sembrava una gentile offerta del proprietario e , invece, è stato messo sul conto. In questo caso avrei preferito optare per un digestivo di mio gradimento. Nella portata del branzino mancava il letto di carciofi indicato nel menù. Non conoscevamo questo ristorante, abbiamo prenotato invogliati dalle recensioni su TheFork. Purtroppo la cena non è andata bene. Abbiamo preso sia menù degustazione che piatti alla carta, ma non ci sono piaciuti: sapori insipidi e abbinamenti non riusciti. Il tutto accompagnato da un servizio mal gestito e a tratti imbarazzante: siamo stati lasciati a noi stessi, aspettando 40 minuti ogni portata. Ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo! Avevamo alte aspettative che purtroppo sono state disattese. Viste le recensioni, ci piacerebbe ritornare per dare a I Cuochi un’altra possibilità, così da dare un nuovo feedback.
