A very unique place with vintage touches. Ideal for all types of diners, as they offer first and second courses, freshly grilled fish and meat. The outdoor area evokes the atmosphere of a seaside restaurant. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.

I'm in Chiari for work and ask some locals where to eat. They recommend it. Excellent advice. The atmosphere is warm, if noisy. The staff is courteous but slightly distracted. What's striking is the excellent value: for the modest sum of €13, I had a truly respectable lasagna with meat sauce, a truly succulent breaded cutlet, a side of baked zucchini and tomatoes, sparkling water, a quart of red wine, and coffee. Super.

The setting is sublime, the cellar beautifully renovated, with spacious tables and a unique atmosphere. The grilled meat is excellent and professionally cooked. The wines are excellent, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the spaghetti with clams is way too spicy. Overall, definitely recommended, and I hope to return soon. Prices are average.

The place is worth it as soon as you arrive. The house appetizer is very generous and truly delicious. A bottle of water, 1/2 liter of wine, two desserts, and two coffees are included. €60 A more than fair price for the quality and quantity.

Excellent osteria with a very attentive and clean family atmosphere. The owner and the girls were incredibly friendly and helpful, not only because they were talented but also very nice. Excellent dishes and generous portions. A business lunch with a wide selection and a good balance between quality and price. Everything in the evening was also very good...especially the fire-grilled meat. Overall, an osteria that awaits you for lunch and dinner...if you're in the area or in the area, go there...you'll be thrilled.

Abbiamo consumato un pranzo e c'è stato portato del cibo buono. Il servizio ai tavoli attento alla clientela. Fanno menù per pranzi di lavoro, offrendo molta scelta. Ambiente con molto legno che lo rende un locale particolare.

I ate here during my lunch break; the weekly lunch menu is extensive and varied. I tried the pizzoccheri and skewers, and I have to say they weren't bad at all. A nice place with attentive, if not particularly fast, service. If you're passing through Chiari, stop by for a bite. Reservations are recommended!

I went yesterday for both lunch and dinner (which is a precursor to this review). I had two meat dishes (picanha and fillet), both truly excellent and well-cooked (specify if you want a specific level of doneness; I didn't specify and was happy with the medium-rare they arrived). The inside can get noisy, but I don't see it as a problem given the location; the outside is quieter. The prices are fair for the quality, and the service is attentive and friendly. I'll be back again; if you're in the area, you should definitely check them out; if you're not, you could still pop in and then stroll around the town center.

Delicious food, very beautiful location. Unfortunately a large number of mosquitoes so be warned! Lovely staff, very friendly. They gave some repellent after I mentioned the mosquitoes, which was very kind!

Sunday lunch, reservations are highly recommended! The place was busy but very well organized and managed...a beautiful location and truly thoughtful and delicious food. The owner runs the grill, and it's open to the public in the main dining room. We had a Florentine steak, and I must admit that despite not having it grilled, it was perfectly cooked and the flavor was truly excellent (the meat and the hint of fire are an excellent combination!) Recommended! Price is reasonable!

Non solo il posto ci ispirava, ma ci era anche stato consigliato da un conoscente abitante a Chiari. Pur essendo un lunedì già alle 12 il locale era pieno: buon segno. Ci accomodiamo nella suggestiva…

Ottima atmosfera all’interno del locale, cibo ottimo e di qualità con un buon sevizio, perfetto per cene con gli amici ma anche di coppia.

Sono passato alcune volte durante i pranzi di lavoro e ho sempre mangiato bene, ho quindi deciso di prenotare per la sera di S.Valentino ma non ne sono uscito così soddisfatto, il menù proponeva la pasta allo scoglio e i calamari non erano puliti bene, avevano sabbia all'interno, come dolce proponevano il tortino al cioccolato ma senza specificare sul menù il fatto che ci fosse del peperoncino all'interno. (In caso di allergia poteva essere un problema) Infine vado a pagare e rifiutano il pagamento con Satispay, (dicono che lo accettano solo a pranzo). Spero di trovarmi meglio la prossima volta!

Nice place, average food, good wine for €50, the best part of the dinner. But the worst part was the service. I went out first to be safe, but they made me eat on my bike. They sent the food order without choosing the wine, and my first course arrived without the wine on the table. They forgot one of the second courses (which was brought almost immediately), but I went to pay for it because they usually ask if everything was okay, and I would have said the service was so-so. I wasn't asked for anything. I'm shocked.

So many expectations, so many disappointments. Tables that didn't respect the social distancing regulations of April 26th. Wine was brought with the bottle already opened, but it was fine for the appetizers. Then a series of fouls from the cutlery weren't changed, but simply moved from the plate to the table when the bucatini all'amatriciana (for two) were served in a pan without a plate to share the dish. A Florentine steak was undercooked and served even worse: two layers of sole with completely raw and bleeding meat in between, and an invisible fried cutlet, as pictured.

There is not English menu , and nobody help u about name of food. Too busy , hard to order. İf u can understand what is what and if u find somebody who is take your order u can eat something . İ guess here is just for italians not for tourist .
