What a fantastic place! Came with a group of friends and had an amazing meal. We had starters and either a pasta or meat dish. The starters were decent but the magic happened in the main course. The pasta (cannelloni) was outstanding, the lamb shank also was incredibly tender. The duck breast had a delicious glaze over it. We had 2 ghemme as well which were outstanding. The cheese selection had a great variety and each gave a new taste, not overpowering. The cheese cake and lemon tart were good. Staff was super helpful and efficent! Fantastic!

I would say as an overall rating superb, but it would sound too much, so amazing it's enough. food was super tasty. The few dishes on the menu prepared you for a tasty experience. The lamb cutlet was cooked to perfection, while the asparagus filled ravioli were rich in taste without too much salt being used. Definitely I recommend. Reasonably priced and service was knowledgeable and knew to explain the menu dishes.

Absolutely delicious! The seafood was well cooked. We had the scallops, seabass and two pasta dishes. The stuffed ravioli with fish was one of the best pasta I've had in Italy thus far. Good service and good ambience as well!

We were given a warm and friendly welcome, and a complimentary glass of Prosecco, and an amuse bouche which was a deliciously tasty arancini with a cheese sauce. The menu is short but varied and we both enjoyed delicious pasta as primi and then the second I were perfectly cooked and flavoured, venison and lamb respectively. The portions were well sized so that we had enough room to share a pudding. Superb service and a wonderful meal. Thank you.

Rule No. 1 please do your reservations first to avoid disappointments. The food is succulent and very very nice. The asparagus with egg and shaved truffles is very nice and fresh. Dessert and wine selections are good as well. Enjoyed dinner here with friends.

A good restaurant in center Stresa, we had to have reservations to have a place because it was fully booked in the previous evening when we were here. 🍝 food was really good and tasty, the fish we orders was a bit small. Not a good fit for picky-eaters, the entire menu is online, check it prior to coming. 💸 The fish felt a bit overpriced for the size. Following all the nice recommendations we booked a table, which payed off because all other seats where taken when we got there. The location is nice and well designed. Service seemed stressed, not very friendly at all. We got bread, no oil or salt, no butter or anything else. The main course, Beef Sirloin, arrived at the table quite raw in the center even tho we ordered medium. Also it was nearly cold when we got it, just like the plates it was served on. Temperature aside the taste of the main course was good. The first deserts that arrived at our table were wrong, seems like service mixed up some orders, the right ones were served a few minutes later. Plates were warm this time (!?), we ordered pistacchio ice cream. Taste was ok. Without asking for it we where then told where to pay quite shortly after. We payed our 80€ bill and moved on.

The food was very disappointing for me. I ordered the “dishes of the day.” The poached egg with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cream came with the egg white barely cooked, the dish looked unappealing, and the mushrooms were tasteless. The tortellini with porcini mushrooms was swimming in a bland sauce and equally disappointing. Most reviews here are positive, so perhaps I was unlucky coming around 9pm, but personally I wouldn’t return.

A terrible experience. Although there are many good ratings and also an official mention in Michelin , the food , the service and atmosphere are overrated. The Taglioni pasta for example were completely overcooked and very plain. They service personnel forgot our drinks although we reminded them twice. All in all , the pricing (100€ for two people) is way too high considering the poor performance.
