Wonderful clean and apparently newly remodeled. Fastbservice, they were swamped, food quality was great. The cashier, Gen, present a wonderful smile and was very professional, not just to me, but everyone she waited on while I waited for my order.

Wendy's is one of the best cheap options in town. Only rivaled in price by the likes of BK, McDonald's, and Taco Bell, this place has some of the best food and deals of the group. During the summer of 2020 they gave out so many coupon books we simply had to come back. Right now I believe they are doing the cup coupons which are also pretty good. Would recommend.

Let me preface by saying Wendy’s is not a 5/5 restaurant. The food is okay, but nothing special. That being said, there is one thing that makes Wendy’s so worth it. The family nugget. One of the holiest and most amazing items to ever be added to the menu of Wendy’s. While they do not outright have it on the menu, you can order it at most if not all locations. Why is this deal so good you may ask? 50 nuggets (spicy or regular) for 10. Dollars. That is an insane ratio of nuggets to dollars, one that cannot be matched by any other fast food place while keeping the quality high. I highly recommend trying it, you won’t regret it. You almost always get two meals out of it. 5/5 for the family nugget, 3/5 otherwise.

Yes, it's not steak, but the food is not bad. The price is VERY reasonable, and I don't leave hungry. My husband and I don't eat a lot anymore, so the biggie bag is usually plenty for the two of us to split. Once in a while I will need to get him a second chicken sandwich, but the $5, bag is generally fine. We can't eat anywhere else that cheaply, and be satisfied. I'm not wild about the fries. Once in a while I'll order a plain baked potato to go with my nuggets. It depends. I love the baked potato.

Every server that I have interacted with has always been polite and pleasant. I'd have to say I've had less messed up orders with Wendy's than any other place i have gone for lunch or dinner.Extremely efficient even when trouble hits like the drive-thru intercom going down.

The chocolate frosty is my favorite! The new nuggets are very good also! There is plenty of parking including handicapped. It's fairly easy to maneuver a wheelchair there. The employees were super friendly too!! 😊

This is perhaps one of the best Wendy's locations I have ever visited. The employees are polite and extremely fast at getting your order out. They get a little busy at lunch with the drive through wrapping around and a full parking lot. Even with all the customers during the lunch crowd they are still polite, fast and accurate with your order. Another cool feature of this location is that they have the Internet connected Coke soda fountain that allows you to create your own custom soda mix! While everyone that has assisted me at this location has been wonderful, I wanted to mention Ryan who is so polite and takes the time to remember your name. If I could recommend to upper management, you need to find someone like Ryan to have in each of your locations, if for anything, to train others on customer service. Rolla is lucky to have you sir, keep up the awesome service!

And this is what I get... barely any cheese and a let down of baconator fries... why are we skimping people? We, the people, are paying EXTRA for things, and we should get what we've asked for. Please do better.

Ordered me a Dave's Double Combo minus mayo plus mustard and the wife a Dave's Single through the app. Picked up food at Drive-thru. Her order was right. Mine was correct except for the fact that it ended up only being a single instead of a double. Was too far down the road to go back. Employees can't even read an order that was spelled out for them.

The price was a little high we ordered two ten piece orders of regular chicken nuggets we had to pull up and wait but when we finally got our order brought out to us I gave my granddaughter her order of nuggets first good thing I did cause they gave us a regular chicken nuggets and then the other order was a 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets. I guess the point I'm trying to get across is we were traveling and if I hadn't given my granddaughter her meal first she would of been without food to eat cause she can't handle that spicy food. Good food with variety. They could do a better job keeping the ingredients separate and stocked up during busy times, but the food is solid.

We stopped here while traveling. It was lunch time and they were busy and stayed busy the whole time we were there. Food was good, although not hot. Restaurant was clean although several tables were dirty but they were too busy to get out to clean them. Staff seemed a little stressed but they were getting food out at a good pace.

Food came out super fast, and warm. Every time I’ve been inside there’s been a reasonably long line (which I guess tells you how good it is). The only issue I had, was the kiosks were down, which meant the line took even longer than usual.

We got 2 $5.00 dollar meals. We had more pickles than hamburger. The burger was paper thin. I didn't get mayo when I asked for it. My husband got 2 little pieces of bacon on his. The staff was very friendly though. Everything else was great. I learned my lesson, and we will just get the adult meal next time.

Order boards were not working. Bathroom needed attention, and food was just okay. Chili was served with club crackers instead of saltines. Employees stated the company no longer provides saltines. Tables needed to be cleaned, and several employees in the back doing nothing. Whiteboard in the back stated that free meal = clean uniform, with belt, closed toed shoes, etc. Makes me wonder what type of employees they hired to require such a sign where public can see it.

Normally they are pretty good. But today my family and I went. Ordered 2 number 1's large combo. Frostys and fries for our 3 kiddos. Usually the food is great, but today it was not. The burgers were did not seem fully cooked, it was like they did not leave them on the grill long enough to get completely done. There was no tea made and the lids to the tea were all grimy like they had not been washed in some time.

I don't like going through drive thru! So I ordered inside to go! The person who took my order was not happy to take my very simple order. Then ran off to take another order after customer before making sure I had everything I needed! Then walking to where I was parked in the handicap parking I almost got hit by someone rushing to the drive thru window!! Also please bring back the real Buffalo sauce! Not everyone loves Ranch!

The employees do not seem to care enough about their job. The service is mediocre at best but the food was pretty good. The guy at the register stood talking to a coworker for about 5 minutes while my husband and I waited for him to take our order. When I asked him a question he rolled his eyes at me before answering and our food was rang up wrong. Twice.

The soda has no fizz no carbonation taste flat. Asked to get a soda from behind the counter thinking maybe the lobby machine was just not working properly soda taste the same. Out of 4 fries my husband's fries were the only ones that were cold, they did replace them with fresh ones quickly and no hassle. 12/15/25. On way to work I stopped 1030pm to grab a taco salad. It had no sour cream no salsa no chili. It did have lettuce tomatoes corn and cheese. It went from taco salad to a plain salad with corn on it. Never again

Visted this Wendys after dropping my child off at the local college. I hate to say it, but the drive-thru service was very disappointing. We sat in the drive-thru for an extended period of time & barely moved forward. I then decided to park my car & go inside. Once inside, the worker who served me was very pleasant and my food was delivered in a decent amount of time. Like many other places, they might be experiencing staff shortages.

Gets worse and worse every time I go. Their fries are frequently soggy and cold, and it's easy to tell when they need to change their oil. Orders are frequently incorrect. It honestly makes me sad my family and I used to love Rolla's Wendy's.

Food is usually fine nowadays, but service is questionable lately. One of the workers started yelling at a guy today for saying something incorrect while ordering. Nobody in the back even cared. Nobody reprimanded her, and I know there was a manager overheating. Customers should not be getting yelled at :) I’ve worked in customer service and it’s not hard to be a decent person.

Wendy's has gotten very unprofessional in the past 4 weeks. 6 orders and 3 have been wrong in drive through and delivery. Only now have I gone back in to get my order fixed. However, after being ignored by the front register, then asking for the manager on duty and still being ignored... What the heck happened to BLAST? And I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years.

Food is Wendy's, so alright. Service was horrible, I ordered a burger plain and got it with mayonnaise and everything, took several minutes to get a replacement, while the sent several orders out the drive through window. Ordered a salad for my wife and while we were waiting for the burger to be replaced I witnessed an employee pull something out of the salad, wearing no gloves. Probably be awhile before I go back they clearly don't have a good crew working there right now.

I thought that was the end of it, pulled to the next window, and didn’t say anything about the bad service. I just left then had to turn immediately back around because I had no wedges that were supposed to be with my meal, my side of gravy was biscuits and gravy, which explains why I paid three dollars for a bowl of gravy and they gave me no receipt to prove any of this whatsoever. When I pulled back through a different girl handled it for me and she has to be the only person there who actually knew what was going on. She actually had good customer service I was quick to take care of it, so I appreciate her very much.

The only problem with having a chain of restaurants with a good reputation is that when someone encounters one that is dirty and subpar, it really shows.

Be prepared to wait. And then wait some more while they make your order correctly.

Raw food. Fries limp and under cooked but worse yet the bacon was not even cooked. It was still raw to the point the fat was still pure white. Was told we bake it and set a timer. Well when you bake something and it is not done when the timer goes off put it back in for longer. Poor management! They are going to make someone sick or kill someone with the under cooked and raw food. Jennifer the manager is worthless and not competent to have the job. You don't tell a customer showing you the raw food "well the timer said it was done". All I can say is WOW! We will not be back to get sick here! Stay away folks you do not want to get sick!

Leaving a 1-star for this place is a real shame since Wendy's is actually my favorite fast food franchise but I honestly had my worst dine-in experience last time I was here. The first time It tasted like chemicals so I spit it out, I went to the counter and said it tasted like chemicals and the manager came in and said that it couldn't be detergent like I initially thought because the patties come pre packaged, later after I left I had a eureka moment and I'd say it's probably whatever cheap plastic the packing is, the next replacement burger they gave me still tasted funny, less chemically so and more like it's almost rotten and is just a day or two off from being rancid, the manager probably took it out of a different older pre pack before making it, still didn't help their sorry burgers any. I had a hard time Wolfin it down before getting in my car to leave. EITHER way my lunch is ruined and I'm never coming back there, now I feel really nauseous and sick and I hope I don't get food poisoning. I really want a refund.

I went and picked up lunch for the family and myself. Got heading down the road and found two of our burgers were missing. I didn't miss picking them up because everything was in one of those large white bags they offer. I tried calling. Their phone just kept hanging up. Tried numerous times to no avail. Then I sent corporate an email which I have yet to here a response back. Their customer service has gone downhill.

Night shift drive thru is very pushy, say one item and immediately rushing you and asking if you are done yet or talking over you. Food was not bad but service could definitely be improved for night shift.

Fries are almost always half empty. Burgers lack quality, sometimes they’re missing ingredients. Or we just flat out receive the wrong burger. I get that mistakes happen but this is a regular occurrence now. I’ll order a Dr Pepper and receive a coke. When we doordash our order sometimes we don’t get straws and we almost never get the extra sauces that we order. It takes a couple of extra seconds to check these things. They don’t have these few seconds to double check everything though because the speed that they are expected to take care of the drive through is just about their only priority. Everyone there is overworked and it shows through quality.

Despite ordering via the app for accuracy, order was wrong when I returned home. Telephoned. Only “resolution” was to drive back and have order re-made. As it is 10 p.m. I didn’t think it reasonable to get dressed again, drive several miles, and wait in the line a second time . So, burger in trash and looking forward to going to bed without dinner. Enjoy my money. The worst.

Wendy's used to be one of the best restaurants in Rolla. You can make all the excuses you want but if a restaurant is in decline it usually stems from BAD MANAGEMENT!!! The Cold food is horrible Smart mouth employees Cooks bringing food to the window on and on. Get it together you are very close to losing good customer.

The place was filthy. Went into bathroom to clean my hands, no soap. One stall had feces in the toilet. The lady that ordered before us, told the person who was taking orders. Then after we ordered I told her. No one went to clean or put soap in the restroom. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. Makes you wonder if staff wash their hands.

Hey there, today I was coming from Michigan on a road trip, me and my family tought it was perfect idea to stop by this Wendy's coming in I was perfectly fine and excited but once I took a bite of my double bacon cheeseburger everything changed my stomach started hurting and I just didn't want to eat it no more. They have never once got my order correct. We go because my kid does the nuggets but every time I try to order anything other than nuggets it's never right. I think the food at Wendy's is alright considering but I haven't been able to have any in 3 years. Every cpl months we try it again because everyone has bad days and I understand that but this has become too expensive of a decision to try to make again.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered a JBC biggie bag and they messed up my order. I got home saw it was screwed up and I can’t drive back to get another one so I door dashed one to my house and the screwed it up again. Instead of having my burger how I ordered it (what comes on the burger + ketchup and mustard) they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard on the burger and instead put onion and pickle on it instead and that’s not what I ordered.

Like others, this Wendy's used to be great. After their remodel several years back the food was great. Now the food quality has gone to crap. Twice now in just over a week and both visits the drive through has not given us all of our food we ordered/paid for. This time today I went back in and asked for it. One of the line prep guys asked if I needed something since he saw me standing there. I told him thanks but another employee was helping me. The manager on duty is either anti social or having a bad night twice now.

Our family enjoys going to Wendy’s but this was by far the worst experience ever. First we have 3 kiddos so a big reason for going was for the kids meals. I ordered 3 kids meals and when we started handing them out to the kids there were no toys in them. When I went to ask why there wasn’t any toys I was told very unapologetically that they were out of toys. This would have been good to know before ordering. Not only did I pay more for 3 kids meals that didn’t have a toy but now I have disappointed kids! Second the restaurant was in bad shape for cleanliness. Third I had a hard black piece of foreign material in the chicken patty for my crispy chicken BLT. Very disappointed by our experience at this Wendy’s store!

Me and my girlfriend went to this Wendy’s and SCOTT was VERY RUDE. I ordered a biggie bag and I asked at the speaker for a PLAIN jr crispy and they said okay. Then, I had to reverse back to the drive through and when I asked for a different one the worker Scott got very rude with me. Proceeded to bring me it and I said “thank you” and had NO response. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
