We got 2 $5.00 dollar meals. We had more pickles than hamburger. The burger was paper thin. I didn't get mayo when I asked for it. My husband got 2 little pieces of bacon on his. The staff was very friendly though. Everything else was great. I learned my lesson, and we will just get the adult meal next time.

The quality of this Wendy’s has definitely declined over the last couple of years. Not sure if it’s due to leadership or something else. The service is not very friendly anymore. Unless you get the nice lady who does the recordings. The food is still pretty good. That’s why you come back. I come here again and again and will definitely be back. Just wish the service was a little better

The soda has no fizz no carbonation taste flat. Asked to get a soda from behind the counter thinking maybe the lobby machine was just not working properly soda taste the same. Out of 4 fries my husband's fries were the only ones that were cold, they did replace them with fresh ones quickly and no hassle. The nuggets and bacon burgers and chicken bacon sandwich were all good. Wish the soda tasted good

12/15/25. On way to work I stopped 1030pm to grab a taco salad. It had no sour cream no salsa no chili. It did have lettuce tomatoes corn and cheese. It went from taco salad to a plain salad with corn on it. Never again

They have never once got my order correct. We go because my kid does the nuggets but every time I try to order anything other than nuggets it's never right. I think the food at Wendy's is alright considering but I haven't been able to have any in 3 years. Every cpl months we try it again because everyone has bad days and I understand that but this has become too expensive of a decision to try to make again.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered a JBC biggie bag and they messed up my order. I got home saw it was screwed up and I can’t drive back to get another one so I door dashed one to my house and the screwed it up again. Instead of having my burger how I ordered it (what comes on the burger + ketchup and mustard) they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard on the burger and instead put onion and pickle on it instead and that’s not what I ordered.

Like others, this Wendy's used to be great. After their remodel several years back the food was great. Now the food quality has gone to crap. Twice now in just over a week and both visits the drive through has not given us all of our food we ordered/paid for. This time today I went back in and asked for it. One of the line prep guys asked if I needed something since he saw me standing there. I told him thanks but another employee was helping me. The manager on duty is either anti social or having a bad night twice now.

This place was nasty as hell and my stomach hurts so bad after eating here! The water tastes foul, it took forever for someone to take our order, and there was food and trash everywhere… I will say the cashier was friendly but yikes

Our family enjoys going to Wendy’s but this was by far the worst experience ever. First we have 3 kiddos so a big reason for going was for the kids meals. I ordered 3 kids meals and when we started handing them out to the kids there were no toys in them. When I went to ask why there wasn’t any toys I was told very unapologetically that they were out of toys. This would have been good to know before ordering. Not only did I pay more for 3 kids meals that didn’t have a toy but now I have disappointed kids! Second the restaurant was in bad shape for cleanliness. Third I had a hard black piece of foreign material in the chicken patty for my crispy chicken BLT. Very disappointed by our experience at this Wendy’s store!

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits...to go. The gal charged me $1.50 each. After I paid I noticed a window sign saying the fee is $1.00 As she handed me the meal, I said the sign says $1 ea. She said SORRY ABOUT THAT and turned and went to the kitchen. Once I got out of town I tried to eat them..but they both were STAGED and NOT FRESH. Both hard and dry from being left on a shelf for awile. Not a good way to treat customers

Me and my girlfriend went to this Wendy’s and SCOTT was VERY RUDE. I ordered a biggie bag and I asked at the speaker for a PLAIN jr crispy and they said okay. Then, at the window I asked when he handed me it if it was plain, he said yes. Then, it WASNT PLAIN. Then, I had to reverse back to the drive through and when I asked for a different one the worker Scott got very rude with me. Proceeded to bring me it and I said “thank you” and had NO response. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
