This place is a hit or miss if your food will be cold. It feels like most of the time it's a miss. Customer service is good though.

Did a late night run to check out the 'Biggie Bag' and '4 for $4' deals. Got crispy chicken sandwiches, a bacon double stack and chili. Disappointed because we went drive thru only to find out you had to go into the restaurant if paying with card.😏 Food was good but fries were not fresh... but the deals were okay for overall value.

My daughter chili was watery with no beans or meat .homestyle chicken was dripping in mayo with old nasty lettuce. 4 for 4 jr bacon .bacon was burnt and nuggets were cold. Went into this location placed an order after I paid. They told me I had to wait at least five minutes for my sandwich. I had to ask if there was another option. Then when I asked if they can throw away my coffee cups, so that I had room for the drink I ordered I was told no. All while the drive-through window representative zero motion told me everything with a straight face. For the amount of money, these fast food workers are requiring they should at least be able to give basic customer service skills. My sandwich was disgusting.I threw it away. What a waste of a $12 meal.

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt over & over again. Their food is MISERABLE!! From miserable soggy food to not taking directions when asked for no mayo. Wendy's you have officially made McDonald's look better than you. They officially have thicker meat than you (look at my pictures).The thinnest smallest meat i have ever seen. This is the double bacon burger from the biggy bag. What a joke! I'm pretty sure the founder is rolling in his grave. On a positive the Cajun chicken sandwich (picture attached) has good flavor but sadly put together. If you do not like your job stay home. It shows on how you serve us soggy reheated food.

Whoever was the manager tonight probably should go home and get rest because his attitude was poor. They first made me park and wait 10 minutes to get my food, after getting it, the manager comes to the car hands me my bags and walks away, I go all the way, check my food and my order is wrong, so I drove all the way back and let them know my order was incorrect, the manager watches me walk in and goes to the back smh. I proceed to tell the young cashier what had happened, she takes the food that I shouldn’t have gotten and tells the manager what happens, they give me my food and walk away. No im sorry, no refund no, nothing. Just a waist of my time really. They really need to do better, but I won’t be returning.

Bought the garlic Parmesan nuggets and nuggets were super spicy which I didn't ask for spicy but incredibly oily and being the second time purchasing I don't remember them being this oily or spicy . The associate was rude and couldn't understand what was wrong with the food besides that attitude and nasty food I'll stick to McDonald's or jacks that's around the corner . Love Wendy's I'll just purchase down hill instead

I had my fiance stop by Wendy's after work hebgotnrhere around 1140pm ordered a Four for four and a spicy chicken sandwich no lettuce no tomato's. My chicken sandwich was old and cold I called no answer. Fries look old and my chicken sandwich had no mayo. When he was placing order the lady had an attitude while he was placing his order and I felt bad I sent him up there after being at work since 1pm. Nobody deserves that type of customer service nor food service. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow as well the corporate because why do I have an old chicken sandwich do they not make it fresh? She just threw it n the bag and I'm just disappointed and disgusted by they sevice ronighr.
