Food was good, restaurant and bathrooms were clean. They did mess up our order but fixed it very quickly. A little pricey for diner food.

The service was great. Friendly staff. However the food was okay. Definitely not worth the price. The eggs, bacon, and sausage is great. The pancakes are better at Dennys. No fluff and small and they are overcooked. Still edible just not good at all.

It’s been over 10 years since I’ve been to an IHOP. But I seen the All you can eat pancake deal and I was hooked. But when I took my kids this morning and we ordered from the combos. I was surprised at how little quantities we were given. My daughter ordered the biscuits and gravy combo with French fries. The gravy was very watery, fries were undercooked and was given very few. Same with my all American combo, bacon was undercooked. The only good thing was the pancakes. And for the price that we paid, I think we were robbed. The quality and quantity was not there. We will just stick to Denny’s.

So it's been 2 year's since I last came, good was ok, we had very poor service and it was a combination of too many people for waitress, but she also was unattentive, did not take our orders until 16 minutes after we sat, did not fill up our drink refills, or checked if we needed anything until after we are done!

Food not even close to what is pictured on menu. Eggs were cold. I ordered Crepes with berries. Crepes were plain with about 6 strawberry pieces. 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and hash browns. NOT WORTH the 17.95 I was charged for it I left over 1/2 of the food on plate.

This has to be the slowest place on the other side of frozen Honey 🍯 🙄 they have 1 girl waiting tables, sitting people and grabbing orders. We waited 15mins before she even appeared. I hope ita not like this all the time we are here @8:30pm on a Tuesday. 3 tables occupied the rest of the place is empty. Shouldn't have been this slow

The food was just "ok" and really overpriced. The omelets listed had very odd ingredients and were all about $16... They purposely make these set omelets so you have to go with the "create your own" option if you want a typical breakfast omelet. The create your own starts with just egg and cheese for 12.99 and every ingredient added is 1.99 each. So if you want a typical breakfast omelet that has cheese, tomato, ham, peppers and onions, your paying about $22+ in the end. So not worth it. The service here was slow and not friendly and the food had an odd taste to it..almost a chemical taste.

Nice place, a little chilly in there, so not all that great if you wanna escape the cold out in Victorville lol. First time coming here, service was rather bleh; they talk really loud in the kitchen it’s kinda hard to drown them out— they blabber about stuff going on in their personal lives and laugh rly loud. Our server came off as wanting to rush us out of there. Literally as soon as she brought our food, already gave us the receipt, like hold tf up and let us have some time to enjoy our food. Another bad thing, you don’t get what you pay for. the portion sizes were so small! I got chicken tenders and as soon as I saw them, I thought I had ordered off the kids menu for a sec. I’m not sure if it’s something new IHOP started doing, b/c they’re not like this in other locations I’ve gone to. I brought it to the waiter’s attention, and she said it’s normal🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. After our food was given, she never came back to check on us. I don’t think I’ll be returning tbh.

Very disappointed, not what was before. I don't know if they changed owners or cooks, but the service was not what we expected. We waited over 15min to get the waitress attention. The pancakes horrible, no taste, very dry, like not well cooked. It supposed to be the best pancakes, but not really. Definitely will not come back.

We ordered the 3 stack of pancakes off of the senior menu. When they arrived they were very small. We took one bite and could barely swallow them because they were so doughy/raw. We told the waitress and left and will never return.

This IHop has gone down big time!! And the service sucks!!! The food was cold and not good and to top it off I was drinking my ice water with lemon and ended up chewing on a finger nail.😫🤬 When I told the waitress she just said “oh and walked off. She better be glad that I was in a good head space at that moment because had I not been, seriously she would’ve got it! Having that nail in my drink really mess me up from eating at any IHOP ever again.
