Omg, this is my new favorite place to eat. I never had a burrito as big as this one was. If you have never tried this place this, this is a must try. Service is outstanding. Cook knows how to treat the pallet, to make you keep eating even though you’re full. Well done team. I will be bringing my family back for sure. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Thanks and see you again.
I've been going to Rosa Maria's since 1978. I am so happy they have opened up a few more restaurants in the Inland Empire. The one in Fontana, and Hesperia are great. They stay true to the Original one on Sierra way in San Berdo. The one in Redlands does not. The Chile Relleno burrito and Chile Verde burrito are amazing.
The very best burritos in my opinion! I grew up going to the one in San Bernardino and was very happy when they opened up one close to home. Chili Relleno Burrito is my jam, also like the Meat, Rice and Cheese Burrito’s.
The BEST Burrito I have ever had! I ordered the Junior chicken burrito because the others were so big. The tortilla was great, the chicken was so flavorful and just delicious!
Amazing food great staff and service is great I come here on my electric scooter almost every other day just to enjoy some really good food and worth the price and time keep up the good work everyone who works here thank you and God bless you all
I am a loyal customer. I am so excited to have them in the high desert. I have been going to this restaurant since I was a child. You guys are going to need some more seats for people who want to dine there. Great addition to the high desert ❤️❤️❤️☺️
I love Rosa Marias! The first time I tried it was with my best friend many many years ago and I remember being kinda mad that I could not order a carna asada burrito, lol! But once I took the first bite of my burrito I was hooked! I read one review that was bad because the person sis not like the type of salsa they serve but the flavor of the meat is so good you don't need traditional salsa. And I am a huge fan of salsa.
Delicious authentic Mexican food! Their meat is soo good. Salsa is nice and spicy. Definitely a staple in the community. If you are craving quality fast Mexican food. This is your spot! The meat, bean, rice and cheese burrito is delicious. The hard shell tacos are so good also.
I'm so happy to have a Rosa Maria in the High Desert. My favorites are the Deluxe chips, shredded beef tacos and the Chile relleno burrito
The chilireleno Burritos were good. Going back for sure to try the others. Not a disappointed at all..
Was looking for somewhere to eat for lunch. Wasn't sure what I was in the mood for. Seen this place... (I drive this road on the daily and never noticed it before) so decided to try it. Food was delicious. Will definitely go here again. Cant wait to try the breakfast burritos. For lunch I got a chicken and also a cheese enchilada combo. Both were yummy but the spice on the chicken one was delish! I went through the drive through, but from what I could see, looks like it may be outdoor seating only. It is under a nicely covered patio. Bathroom is also outside.
The beef taco was amazing! And the flavor of the pork that go on the deluxe chips was so so delicious! Ordered the bean and cheese burrito for my son, I couldn't help but to take a few bites that. The flavor of the beans are on point and they are generous with the cheese👌 Only thing I didn't like was the hot sauce. Tasted like watered down jack n the box hot sauce. Didn't compliment the taco very well.

We’ve been Rosa Maria customers since 1989 (San Brdo) and love their food! Stopped by this location to grabs some tacos and burritos for the fam. The young guy who took our order was super nice and the food was delicious. The chili relleno burrito is hands down the best.
The In-N-Out of Mexican food. Delicious... Most traffic appears to be drive-thru? They need some kind of notification when someone walks up to the counter. They don't seem to realize it till minutes later
My husband has been eating Rosa Maria's food for over 40 years. I love their homemade tortillas. It's nice we can personalize our orders too. I love the homemade tortillas. We will be repeat customers til we move or die. Lol.

This new Rosa Maria’s location is pretty solid. No indoor seating, all of it is outdoor patio style like the first location. Taste wise it’s a hit. The portions seem to be smaller than it’s sister locations with the burritos being considerably smaller, but priced the same which is unfortunate. The location is new so it’s very busy unless you come earlier in the day in which case it’s fairly slow and you can be in and out quickly. Staff is friendly despite the high desert people getting angry at the wait times which is hilarious to me. The patio is literally packed and people are standing as well and they still complain. But the staff remained kind. Overall 8/10. If the burritos weren’t compact versions of the other locations it would be a solid 10.
I tried their food for the first time last month sadly it was a miss on the Chile Verde burrito. It seemed like they just added the Sauce after cooking the pork (not marinated) I called and let them know it wasn't worth the 13 dollars. I was told to come back and try it another day after a month I went back and the meat was much better. Tacos don't seem to be the best but burritos might be the winners.
Carnasada Burrito Wet for my husband. He said that it was too spicy for him. I thought that it had the right amount of spice. I was a little disappointed that they didn't add that much sauce on top since you're paying extra to have it wet. The service was fine. They weren't that busy, so I got my togo Burrito quickly.
I was actually at the store yesterday and this young man Carlos helped me choose what kind of burrito and it was so good. He was so respectful, and very attentive, what a very great worker.
My friend told me about thisbm spot. I would recommend the garage burrito, it has everything you need rice, beans, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and meet. The only thing that I don't like is they only have three different meats you can add to the burrito (red carintas, green carintas, and chicken). I wish I could add shredded beef or asada. There hard shell taco is pretty good you can get shredded beef, or chicken. They only have one kind of salsa; a red kind. Not that much flavor, good spice tho. Come visit, and enjoy a spot. The prices are pretty good and the burrito comes fully pack, which cause them to rip. But you definitely get full. Tell them Simon sent you!!

The chili relleno burrito is delicious. It is so juicy but not greasy. It's a little pricey but 💯 worth it.
Surprisingly good authentic Mexican food did the drive-thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the food was good and reasonably priced
Tastes just like their location in San Bernardino, a nice mix of indoor and outdoor atmosphere.
The food is good and the service is good. The people are nice and professional. My only gripe is how little rice and beans they give. I ordered a #7 plate. That’s 2 enchiladas beans and rice. I love rice and beans. I love Mexican food period. The amount of rice and beans they give is an amount I will give to a 5 year old child. I am a 41 year old adult that had to stop and get more food because Rosa Maria’s didn’t suffice. My suggestion is, give a full scoop of rice and beans. The amount is truly, no exaggeration very small. To add, Rosa Maria’s in San Bernardino on Sierra Way and 42nd is the way it should be done. They also serve Chilaquiles in the morning. All Rosa Maria’s should be on level playing field. Not varying from location to location. Just my opinion.

It was pretty mediocre. I got the xl garbage burrito tortilla was raw ingredients were bland. Website shows a different burrito.. beans taste canned burrito had a dryness to it like it needed more sauce juices and flavors. On the positive it was huge and they sell the 1 liter Mexican Cokes. They're going to have to try a lot harder to compete with the local Mom and Pop Mexican food restaurants and take out places up here in the high desert.
I usually order the chili relleno burrito which are one of my favs, but this time it was very salty and the chilli relleno are getting smaller somewhat disappointing
I love Rosa Marias...been going there for years. I always order the meat, bean, and cheese burrito. I gave it a 3 star rating because I noticed they have been skimping on the meat...I went twice in a row once last night and once this afternoon. Both of my burritos were full of beans and cheese with very little meat. Ill try it one more time. If my burrito is skimpy on the meat....ill never come back. This is for the Hesperia store.
The service was great, the food not so much. Not much flavor, and their guac was just not good. Tasted like I put an avocado in the blender with some half and half to make it creamy. No other flavor to it. The chips and salsa was delicious though. I got a bean and cheese burrito, and the beans were cold, cheese didn't melt the slightest. And their shredded beef just not much flavor either. Hopefully they can change that :) staff seemed super friendly though.
First of all the outdoor seating is miserably HOT! How can anyone enjoy the dine in experience?? This was my first time here and will be my last. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito to be on the safe side. It was just ok. The cheese wasn’t too melted and the beans nothing special. The size was good for $5.50. Too bad it didn’t stand out. I wish we could get a Juanitas up here!! Now that is authentic food and so delicious. On to the next Mexican restaurant…,,
I ordered a garbage burrito, I drove home and there was no meat in the burrito I ordered. The meat was missing. I tried to call but there is no number and I live to far to get back by closing time. I love this place and I know it’s new so there can be some issues when places first Open. I look forward to trying it again hopefully with meat in the burrito this time

I LOVE Rosa Maria's! For about 15 years I have regularly gone to the ones in Highland and Redlands. Now that I live up here, any time that I'm down the hill I know I'm stopping to grab my fav BRC! I was SO excited when I saw that there was one up here. As soon as I had the opportunity I stopped to get some food. Generally speaking the flavor was the same, but... the beans were dry and the rice was crunchy. I have never had this issue at the other locations, ever. The hot sauce was also not as hot, but that could have just been a slight change in tastebuds over the years. Whatever is different about this location, please fix it. I want the Rosa Maria's that I'm used to.
Rosa Marías. More like Rose Marie. Ok food for it not being authentic. I got a chille relleno burrito. It was ok but the chille relleno was tiny. I also got a breakfast burrito and that was also just ok. Not good but not bad. The tacos are crunchy shredded beef or shredded chicken but the description didn’t say whether it was a soft or crunchy taco. The salsa I must say was the biggest disappointment. No spice at all, sort of like watery tomato juice.

Ordered a bean and cheese and rice burrito. And a taco plate for my grandson. The burrito was the size of a frozen burrito that you could buy from food for food for less. No difference then a DEL tacos. I will not be coming back. Oh And NO green Sauce only red. Authentic is claimed but I really don't think so.
Got both an XL pork and chicken garbage burrito, and a shredded beef hard taco. The burrito was indeed what its name implies: soggy tasteless rice, beans that taste and look like you-know-what, and over seasoned dry meat all wrapped in a depressingly chalky, dry flour tortilla. A generous 2/10. The taco was tasteless boiled meat, bland, meh, so 3/10 at best. Waited at service window 10+ mins while watching staff screw off in back. This place is absurd, especially considering the high prices and many other Mexican food options that blow this place away on all levels.
I ordered a Garbage burrito on 5-12-25 and the tortilla felt like when it first comes out of the fridge all hard. The rest of the burrito was cold too. Decent flavor but why was it cold lol
Place is very clean, the service needs improvement, but what you really need is a REAL cook or a better menu. You need more Salsa choices not just one. Also a buzzard or chime for window. FAST FOOD MEX FOOD.
This is more American Mexican food, than actual Mexican food. I ordered a garbage burrito and they didn't even ask what type of meat I wanted. The flour tortilla was cold, it broke apart as I ate it. The burrito didn't really have any flavor. Over all it wasn't terrible, but I'm not going back. Way better places up here and that's saying a lot.
Spent $34 got a Chile relleno bean and cheese, chikken and x tra large green pork burrito! I took 2 bites off my pork burrito it completely fell apart! I had to grab a bowl. Its tasty but since I stay in the high desert im thinking it'll be the same as the Rosa Maria's down the hill. Its not. The burrito Is mostly flour thick tortilla that weighs like a pound.
I went in expecting some Mexican food. Was disappointed to find out it was what I call “Americanized Mexican”. It categories with Del taco or Taco Bell. can’t be Mexican restaurant and not serve Carne Asada. Salsa was like dyed water. If you wanted beans and rice, you have to request it. And it’s an extra charge 😏 We ordered to eat there and was served in to go Styrofoam containers. THAY HAD NO PEPSI !! I personally won’t be going back .

I’d expect more than two pieces of meat in a meat bean rice and cheese burrito that’s $8. What’s with the quality control? Also, no one was at the front window to take my order. After 5 minutes I had to start knocking on the glass window to get anyone’s attention. Hate how there’s differences in food quality and service between one Rosa Maria’s and another. The best experience I’ve had is the one in Highland. For a new place, you’re going to lose new customers in the area if you keep this up. Never coming back to this one.
Food is definitely not authentic wayyy off in taste and texture or regular Mexican restaurants.
Tooooo slow.30 minutes for 2 burritos and 3 Tacos....wow Don't go on Sundays 1pm
Ordered #4, enchilada and taco, they charged me and only gave me an enchilada, no taco. Ordered xl combo burrito, easy beans, they charged me $1.25 for asking for less beans. Ridiculous. Then they close early. Food was dry and this was lazy. Never again.
If I’m being honest and fair I love the one down the hill. Unfortunately I went yesterday and I ordered a bean cheese rice burrito and 2 taquitos. The burrito itself was just awful. The tortilla was so hard and clearly burnt and the beans were so dry and stiff there was no movement in the beans whatsoever. Beans were obviously refried more than once probably days old not fresh at all. It’s unfortunate because I ordered a lot of food and not getting what you pay for at all. The quality control needs to be monitored better. I probably wouldn’t come back.
I ordered beef tacos and taquitos. It was very disappointing. I was not expecting hard shell tacos with cheese lettuce and tomato. Their hot sauce had no flavor. We took a bite out of the taco and decided to throw it out. The shells were so hard to chew. Their trash cans are so small that it was hard to fit the boxes they packaged our food in. They didn’t even give us forks for the rice so I went back to the pick up window and all the workers inside were ignoring.
Taco Bell is more “authentic” than this place. Not real Mexican food, no asada, no salsa (only red water).
Well, I decided to try something that I hadn’t been to before so I tried to order something simple chicken quesadilla this thing resembles more like chicken soup inside a tortilla literally there’s so much oil and liquid from I’m assuming chicken juice most quesadillas get cut into cute little triangles this is more like a quesadilla chicken taco with soup Inside The tortilla is literally mushy. The only way to eat this thing is to drain it and then roll it up like a burrito or a Taquito the flavor is good, but I don’t recommend for a drive-through purchase
A bean and cheese burrito shouldn’t take almost 40 mins or cost almost $8.00 and be this small. Second time coming here. Was hoping this time it would be better. Canned beans and a burrito that was small and mostly tortilla, Terrible and not worth the hype. For now this place has people coming but I doubt it will be here for the long run.

I don’t even know where to begin. No asada, no salsa, just red colored water. The bean and cheese burrito had no flavor and was basically cold. The portions are good but how can you call that Mexican food? The patio is sitting right on to BV road, traffic is too loud. There’s no reason to go back, oh the service was good but the food, I can open a can of beans and make a better burrito at home.
