Good experience. Food was good as expected for typical fast food type of restaurant chain. The cheese sticks were okay id prefer if they were just breaded with herbs and bread crumbs the original way but still not bad I guess. The ribs were great the plates were good serving sizes

Good food and drinks in a lively atmosphere. I had the dip trio and a garden salad with citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing for a light meal. I also had their only IPA on draft, Boat Shoes Hazy IPA, that was served perfectly chilled and delicious 😋. I also ended up ordering a Molten Chocolate Cake to go, which was amazing. Definitely big enough to share and best eaten there. They packed it up great for at home, but had to be warmed up and I'm sure although it was great, would have been even better there and they make it look prettier than my picture 😁. Moist chocolate cake with a gooey fudge filling, topped with vanilla ice cream coated with a chocolate crust, and drizzled with caramel sauce.🤤 Very attentive and friendly customer service. I sat at the bar, so no wait. Friday night was a bit crowded but there was a lively environment.

Pleasant visit, service a tad bit slow but understandable because of the busy hour, great price and great tasting food, im not sure if somewhat rare burger is a thing even though i didn't ask for it, free chip and salsa for the rewards, , someone else would probably freak out, my wifes burger is fine and we got the soups too, quick refills by server, that is a huge plus to my book, totally coming back soon.

We are new to this area. We'd been there 2 times and we enjoyed it very much. The food was good, the service was fantastic. This is our favorite place in Victorville so far.

Chili's is a really nice place for a date, I took my wife for dinner. The food was delicious, well cooked grate portions. The service was excellent, we didn't wait too long for food. They got our order corrected, my wife long inland premium ice tea and a Jackberry® Margarita she really enjoyed it. We can't wait to go back, for our next date. Plus it has a grate atmosphere, with the football and other sport games they have on the t.v.

The food seemed to have improved. I got the mango chili chicken; however, it wasn't spicy at all. It was very good, though. The blooming onion pieces were cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. As always, the chips, salsa, and guacamole were delicious and plenty for sharing of 4! We got the extra-large baked cookie with ice cream, and wow!... that cookie flavor was bomb! The interior decor was also updated very nicely with beautiful rock walls. Our server did an incredibly outstanding job! I wish I could remember her name, but she was a young girl with a blond ponytail working on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent service!

We always come by here for dinner and sometimes for lunch. We usually have great experiences here but sometimes they aren't as good when the waiter or waitress isn't being as careful, or just has an attitude. Like today, my birthday, my wife told the waitress it was my birthday and she totally ignored us but she heard because she gave her a look like she was lying. The waitress even checked my ID, still didn't acknowledge it after that. I wouldn't give them a bad review because one experience, 95% of the time we have a great time here and the food is great.

Service was awesome! The meals were goods and the restaurant was clean. They set us very quickly and the seating method was efficient.

I was over charged and I called to let them know . I spoke to Winona and she assured me they tried to catch me before I left, and I'd see a refund in 4 or 5 days. Its been almost a month. The food was delicious and our server was great.

After seeing the advertisement on TV, The smasher burger 3 for me, for $10.99 I had to Try it out. Comes with a nice size burger thick patty, Fries and drink. Also bottomless chips & salsa. At 12:00 It was pretty crowded. You wouldn't think so It had just been open for an hour when I made it. The waiter was pretty friendly. The service was okay. The food was presented nice. The hamburger was just tasteless I actually got tired of eating it halfway through. The chips and watery salsa taste better than the hamburger. All that for $10.99 at today's going out to eat prices can't be beat. To me the hamburger just didn't have that yummy wow factor just a dry tasteless burger.

A family 👪 favorite 😍. Had a great time with the family, and some tasty food. Some cool 😎 new menu items to try. Those new burgers 🍔 looks delicious. Also you should sign up for the reward points, you get free salsa or a soft drink when you visit 😉.

Really cool spot for drinks and a quick bite. I wish they would put more sauce on the wings. I got "buffalo" but there was no sauce like one would expect. Never been given a dry wet wing before. Hella stingy. The bartender was amazing and super attentive despite it being a busy football Sunday. Can't imagine how he did it all on his own!

I recently visited Chili's with my partner for the "3 for Me" deal, and unfortunately, our experience was a bit underwhelming. While we were excited to enjoy our meal, the service left much to be desired. From the moment we were seated, the waitress greeted us in a rushed manner and didn't even give my boyfriend a chance to respond to her initial question. It felt like we were just another table to get through rather than valued customers. When our food arrived, my salad was served, but my partner's chips and salsa were completely forgotten. It was disappointing, especially since we couldn't get anyone’s attention to rectify the situation. The staff seemed preoccupied and in a hurry to close up for the night, which made it hard to ask for help. Throughout our meal, it felt like the waitress was more focused on other tables, as we didn’t receive any check-ins. After a while, we decided to give up trying to get a to-go box and ended up taking half of my burger wrapped in Chili's paper, which didn’t feel very special. ☠️😭😭☹️ My last visit to a different Chili's location was fantastic, so this experience was a letdown. 😭😭 I hope the staff can improve their attentiveness in the future, as I know Chili's can provide a much better dining experience.

Went there with Fiancée and family. Was seated right away but changed seats to bar area for Happy Hour. Our waitress was nice she took our order for the drinks but forgot to offer the Happy Hour Specials and didn't even have a Happy Hour Menu available at the table. It was only after we heard a couple that came in and ordered the Happy Hour Specials and after we had ordered that we inquired and asked for a menu. We spent $150 total. The drinks were weak watered down... too much ice...not worth the price and although the food was decent the portions was too small except for the Double Bacon Cheeseburger😋 I do like the Chili's in Redlands better than the Chili's in Victorville🤭

Team Ultimate Exposure William & Bug

So we stopped in here yesterday afternoon to grab a bit to eat. We set at the bar and when my I got there I told the bartender 2 glasses of water my wife will be back in. I was ready to order some apps but he paid me not attention until my wife came in a set down. This was about 5 minutes. I mean usually a bartender would come asking if there was something else to drink but nothing. We order the southwest egg rolls and mozzarella. Both tasted good but the look of the egg rolls when they came out was not nice. And they were a little over cooked. But again did not ask how everything was. I mean we had to ask the server that brought the food to us for side plates. We had no utensils to eat with. No amply. Lucky there were drink napkin’s in front of us and a bin that we could reach. As you will see in out photos. All the bartender was doing was talking to another gentleman the whole time . We order a burger to split. Still no napkins. Burger was good. So we wanted to eat more and we actually wanted to have drinks but this bartender was a waste of space. I mean we have both worked in the service industry for a long time and he would not cut it. Again you will see him in the pics . So with all the plotter places right next to this place we will pick a different place . And literally it is all due to service. Very bad and that is being generous

They advertise free chips and salsa from the app order on app, paid on app the only option.when to get my food showed them I had free chips and salsa for getting app on my phone. They said it's to late I already paid. Confused it's free chips and salsa. They said had to order $5 or more to get it. I said I did order well over $5 on the app. So I ask for the manager told cornie the manager what happened she said well you have to pay in store, I explain that there is no pay in store option on the app, she look at me like I was lying witch why would I. Then said well next time call your order in, I explained we tried that before they said use app. Once again give me crazy looks. The. Told me nothing she can do.
