First time coming to this particular Red Lobster, and it was the best I've ever been to. Their food was fresh, the place was clean, the service was amazing, and as a whole the entire experience was great. I recommend this red lobster to anybody who's never visited. The place was moderately loud because there were a couple of big parties that had children in them. So the kids were making noise, as kids tend to do. Not a huge bother though.

This place was great. I took my daughter and friend for a beach trip and on the way back to Vegas we stopped here for a bite to eat. The food was great. But more memorable was the waiter. He was wonderful. Not only did he play a prank on me that my daughter asked him to do and get friend recorded ( which I still laugh about even a month later ) but he was very friendly n helpful. 1000% stopping by next time I go to Cali

Amazing food and service. Our girl was training someone and she did a amazing job at doing so. This place was just a great place all around. Food was amazing drinks were great and our servers were amazing. Even had another server check on us. Amazing team work on their part.

Everything was great! Different servers came by to make sure we were OK, but our main one was always on top on checking if we needed anything. Food was fantastic; from the biscuits and starters, to the endless shrimp and steak combo with salmon, it was just all delicious. They even ask to cut the steak to make sure it has been cooked to what you had preferred. It's a shame we couldn't leave room for desserts, everything was just yummy! Loved this place so much I signed up for their rewards program. I would definitely come back again in hopes to rack up then points~

Came and sat, ordered right away, waitress was super sweet at first. A family was sat right next to us. You’d think they were famous the waitress was bending over backwards for them! They sat after us, we ordered before them, they got their food before us (they ordered the boil my son did so it’s not like our order was more complicated) then complained so then she bent more backwards and got a discount it was just ridiculous. We sat forever without any drinks - the food was delicious but the service 👎🏼👎🏼

We had a great meal with great service during our dinner at the reaturant. I ordered 2lbs of crab to go with our waitress. When I got the order, it seemed like it wasn't enough. I weighed it in my scale at home and it weight 11.8 oz. I calked to speak to rhe manager abd told him if the situation. He became ver abrupt with me in saying how the waitress made a mistake in the lbs for the price. I reiterated the fact tgat I was told it would be $17.99 a lb. He became louder with me over the phone insted of trying defuse the situation. He finally told me he would makee it right by giving me what I was told. He was unprofessional abd looked very frumpy when I arrived. He had long hair in a ponytail with a scruffy beard. Not cleaned up at all. He (pablo) needs to get it together as a leader of Red Robin. 10/2725 My husband and I came back to get a dinner for two today abd tge service was much better than the last time. I spoke to the manager and he was also very nice and professional.

We went for lobster fest. The restaurant was not busy, but the wait was 30 mins. There were a minimum of 10 tables at the front, but they walked us to the back. After some more waiting we ordered drinks...and they were delivered with out the biscuits -- we had to ask for them. Overall the food was good, but the service was meh which somewhat ruined the experience.

Food for the price was not worth it. I got there 24.00 shrimp and sausage jambalaya and it had at most 9 small shrimp (the same kind they use for the shrimp alfredo) super bummed when i got just that 1 sausage which is standard for a dish like that which is fine. I will say this there was a lot of filler i mean rice for 24 bucks. If it was 19-21 dolllars fine you would expect that but for the few extra bucks you hope for at least a few more of those small shrimp or a couple of nice size large shrimp. The best part of the meal was our server. Sorry i don't remember her name but she was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Went to this location recently.. Food wasn’t hot or flavorful, tough ends on my asparagus and service wasn’t good. Our waitress was lackluster and you can tell she didn’t want to be at work. We never not tip so she got her tip.. but she needs to touch up on her waitress skills. I wish I remembered her name. It was like Rebecca or something common like that. Our tab was over $100. So we expected more. The Brussels sprouts, Cheddar Bay Biscuits and cocktail was good.. but service is everything and cold seafood and steak is the worst. That’s the reason for 2 stars. I won’t say I won’t return to Red Lobster because I probably will, it just won’t be this location. I’ve been to Red Lobster many times and they’ve done a great job at other locations so I’m not giving up on them.

Sadly changing my 5* rating from 7 years ago to 2 stars. This place has really gone downhill since the bankruptcy and takeover. Prices are astronomical for what you get. We waited, I kid you not, 42 minutes for our food with a restaurant 1/3 filled. Staff was very pleasant and nice, no issues there.

Well, I'm torn on this review 🤔🤔 this place brings back memories of a better time, better days long ago before covid. It seems like the cheddar biscuits are smaller. Drier, not as tasty as they used to be. The atmosphere is nice to carry a conversation. Service has always been great, they are seasoned servers. Lobster dip is very good. Lobster sandwich needs work. The fish and chips were tasty.👍 I may give Red Lobster another chance one day. But hopefully Cheddar Biscuits get better.

My experience was good other than the food pricing verses quantity and quality ordered a $50 dollar meal the “Mariner Broil “ came with two tiny dried lobster tails a baby crab legs with nothing in it 12 dried up pinky tip size shrimp Maybe 1 or possibly 2 tiny potatoes 2 corn on the Cobb the with of three fingers together was asked if I would like sausage for an extra $6 dollars said yes since the meal was already $50 dollars to get literally 6 nickel size slices of sausage not even a whole sausage horrible food experience if your honest with yourself their prices verses quality based on menu pictures no where compare it was our anniversary we walked out of there paying over $200 very disappointing
