Great customer service all throughout from the store to the restaurant. All are helpful, friendly & will give you great recommendations. Scrambled eggs were good & sugared ham steak was melt in your mouth delicious. For $6.00 I got to get a take home entree, I got the meatloaf with Mac & cheese that was recommended & yes it was really good & perfect portion, very filling.

My experience here is satisfactory. This was my 1st time along with my family member and a friend. I didn't get the waitress's name but she was very sweet and attentive. There was another lady who also checked on us and was friendly too. The food here is delicious. I loved looking around in the shop area after eating. All of the employees were observant, friendly, and helpful. I did find some items that caught my attention and am happy with it. Thanks for a good time, and hope to come back next time. 🩵

First time at Cracker Barrel and it was great. The food was delicious and large portions. So much so, that we took half home. We also ordered two of their special to go home meals for $6.00 each. Our server was Lauren M and although she was busy, she made sure we got everything, checked on us several times, and was very informative when we asked for recommendations. We ordered their special Saturday only BBQ Ribs, chicken and dumplings, deep fried pickles as an app. Our sides were fried okra (delicious), steak fries, and cole slaw. All great! We were very surprised at how reasonable the bill was after everything we ordered. We then went shopping in the country store. A fun place to look around! We ended up buying a bunch of old time candy and some drinks. Again, at reasonable prices. Our salesperson was Michelle M. She got us enrolled in their rewards system for future visits and free apps. Thanks, Michelle! I wish they had locations closer to where we live, but we’ll take a drive there again.

Carl is from back east and loves this restaurant. This is our first time dining in California. I was so impressed with how hard working and eager to help the staff is. I had the ribs and they were so moist and tasty. The meat just fell off the bone. The stuffed tater tots were crispy Carl had the pancakes and they were light and fluffy. And they actually serve their own private label maple syrup! It’s hard to find good employees and I think most of them now work at Cracker Barrel! Well done!!

Driven by this restaurant tons of times on the way to Vegas but first time stopping by. You walk through a country kitch store that has a variety of items ranging from toys to clothes and seasonal items on your way to the restaurant. We sat down and were greeted by a great waitress who made a few suggestions. Our food arrived and it was warm and d delicious.

The food was decent, i like the large selection. Especially all day breakfast, and biscuits & gravy. It was very crowded but we were seated right away. It is very loud in there if that's ok with you. Our waitress was very friendly. We'll be back again.

Great place to enjoy a good meal any time if the day. I had the steak and eggs and hashbrown casserole with biscuits and gravy. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. Waitress was polite and professional. Setting is relaxing with the lit fireplace and the old time decor.

My first time here at Cracker Barrel. Pat was our server, love the biscuits and corn bread with butter and honey. Ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and salad. Also ordered the meal to go for $6, crispy chicken with Mac and cheese. Great food every thing was delicious. Loved the store!

My first time here at this location. My first cracker barrel was in Virginia when I used to travel a lot. This location at Victorville is so beautiful. You first enter the store/gift store. Very cute. A lot of interesting things to look at. We got seated right away by the greeter. Very friendly. Once we got seated they gave us our menus right away and a kid's menu for my toddler. That was very kind of them. The ambiance is very unique. What we ordered. - Meatloaf, baked potato, and pancakes. The meatloaf and baked potato was Definity a country comfort food. The pancakes were the star. Slightly crispy edgers, soft center and the syrup is just the right amount of sweet. Even though I ordered this for myself…my husband and my son ate most of it. lol - Chicken dumplings, baked potatoes, and fried apples. Chicken dumplings really bring me back to when I was a kid and I ate this with my grandparents. The fried apples are so good it's mostly the best part of the apple pie. - Kids mac n cheese. My son had a few bites. He was completely sold by my pancakes. Also when ordering the kids meal, you will get cookies and cream straw. My son had 2 of those. lol Staff friendly. Restaurant, restroom, and the store are very clean. Plenty of parking

Cracker barrel had great tasting food, but the downside was that the portions were on the small side. Loved their biscuits and gravy!!!! They have so much decor and an amazing gift shop.

My first visit to this restaurant. I was pleasantly shocked 😳 when entering the building. You walk through a gift shop before you get to the restaurant. Loads of cool 😎 items to look at. Food was great, and nice size portions. The atmosphere was a home town country feel, and the staff made you feel at home.

What happened to this place? The service has gone down hill. I visited last week 1st it took some time to place a drink order. I could understand if the place was busy, but it was not. 2nd they brought us coffee cups with no coffee. They were making coffee. 3rd they brought our food and no Silverware. I've been to many cracker barrels out of California and the service has always been good.

I can say the food is very mid not crazy to want to go back i had high hopes for this location but all 4 plates were served almost cold not one plate felt warm considering one plate was a pot roast should of been a hot dam plate and the corn they have the audacity to have on the menu a full corn on cobb but serve you a small bowl of corn in warm water like seriouslyno butter no nothing it was very bland corn no flavor very useless side that was ordered wasnt tastful at all. We didn't get out appetizers until we asked for them after getting our plates. You guys should serve the food that's ready not leave it out for so dam long making it get cold. Pot roast tasted like canned the texture wasnt very appealing maybe because it wasn't really warm anymore but very doubtful becausethe taste would of at least said other wise. The country fried steak beef was really chewy even hard to cut into pieces highly don't recommend. The mimosas were good. Apple French toast was tasty. Dippin dots were good the pastry desserts were good. Definitely doesn't have a fresh food served type of vibe more American white people hot and ready food. And if the food is actually cooked from scratch dam yall need to hire actual chefs or at least a mediocre cook that can serve food at least warm. Oh we even had to ask for our biscuits on top of everything even though most of our meals came with biscuits. People need to explore more restaurants to know what's actually great food even if it's going down the hill I have noticed there's not many good locations up here for restaurants.

I always love their store. Food and service, not so much. Last night was an off night. Service as really bad. Our food came out incorrectly. Our food was cold. Our ice teas came out incorrectly. We had to ask for silverware. We received no biscuits beforehand. No refills on water. It was really bad. I actually feel bad for our server. Nothing really good to say other than my son had a good time in the store.

Went to eat ordered appetizer (cheese balls with breading...tiny serving for almost 8$ eyeroll).came out...then 4 corn muffins came out..(not with meal like supposed to) i orderd shrimp meal came with 2 sides my bf ordered the beef campfire meal...2 drinks....was told it would be about 17m we were like no problem 25 minutes later my order came out....(hot plate was not hot) paper on the hot o the plates and in basket were all crappy looking as well like put some honor into your job and try to make the food look presentable. See in the pics..waiter told my bf that his meal was going to be about 15 20m longer because they were out?.now making a new batch? (Kitchen manager?)Ok we were like np..disapointed my food will be eaten by the time his came out. 10m later brought out his baked potato. Which was ordered extra to go with his meal.... 30m later...waiter kept saying it'll be out soon...finally a lady with key card walked by told her the situation she was the manager who just got there at 3 this was like 330...she went to check she said we were told 50m not 15...I said he said 15 20 my bf said nvm forget it...she adjusted our tab for his drink and his baked potato....can't even give us credit for the app or anything??.. Over 1 hour there and I paid over 30 for 1 drink 1 cheese balls app which was an awful waste of money. And my meal which the shrimp was heavily salted the broccoli (kid size serving)was luke warm..mac n cheese also kid size serving and I was not impressed...1 drink and the potato...really? That's it...for wasting all our time?? 100x buyers remorse....I'll never go there again...that was terrible and to top it all off my meal wasn't even anything decent. The amount of mac n cheese and cold broccoli I got was obnoxious for the 17$ I got...I was fuming to say the least. And for him and I to be given our food the way we got it ruined everything...the serving sizes for the price are cringe worthy...5 thumbs down save your money and go somewhere else. Ps the garlic bread on my plate was ripped up and cold as well which was an added bonus to our crap experience
