Went with a few friends and donuts were fresh. Cashier was attentive and helpful. Place was clean and other customers were there too sitting at the tables. A pleasant visit and definitely highly recommended.

Great little shop, they even have various sandwiches and smoothies which look appealing. We stopped by late one evening on our way home from an event. A nice little find for a late night sweet tooth.

This is only a quarter mile from Hole in One Donuts so I tried both. The ambiance is nicer and more spacious here but I liked the glazed old fashion better from Hole in One

hands down the best in town as long as you go late night there is endless fresh choices.any time i go during the day the staff is not so friendly and not much selection so i don't recommend going durring normal hours

I came by again because I like donuts and you're close by. I am not satisfied with the customer service. This morning I came by; the "Doughnut" lady didn't have a mask on covering her mouth while attending the other customer. While taking an order of a dozen Doughnuts she carried a box in front of her and spoke to the customer. All her breath and spit was going directly to the Doughnuts. Hopefully in my next visit you are taking all the necessary precautions in spite of this pandemic!

I went inside the store usually, the customer service is great but today, they had a moody old Hispanic lady working there and she works like she hates her job. I used Hispanic because I dont know her name. I asked for specific donuts she got a bad attitude and would grab the donuts next to what I wanted. She then over charged me $2.00 she said it's because I wanted a box. Worse customer service ever.

Poor customer service when I asked for an extra bag the rude lady said next time she will charge me and I said no problem there won’t be a next time and she replied that good don’t come back. Very poor customer service. If she was the owner shocked it’s still opened

Second time I get this Hispanic lady at night and she has a horrible attitude. Had already complaint about her in the past but seems like nobody cares. I was even told by someone else (not sure who she was)it was my fault too for using a cuz word lmao never going back here again. Customer service sucks!

Wasn't clean. restrooms were disgusting they dont put soap in there no toilet paper. bathroom floor filled with stains, graffiti on the walls. I will never come and use the restroom here ever again.the actual restuarant is overall dirty. donuts and coffee are good but thats it

Horrible experience. I’ve come here before years ago so when all other locations were closed I decided to give this place another shot. Terrible.. it was around 10pm and the place was so hot inside, looked like they didn’t have any a/c, flies flying around and the person behind the counter was on the phone the entire time we were there.

This morning I went to get my coffee and croissant and as I waited to order a person came in with out a mask. They service the person without a problem. Bussiness has postings that say fasemask required. But it’s not enforced. They put every ones safety in jeopardy and should not be allowed to continued to operate. Times are hard but need to follow the health department guidelines. I am not going back to give them my business. I threw away the croissant in the trash on my way out and my coffee on the side walk. I’m upset that they don’t care for other people’s Healy and safety. All they care is the dollar they’re making. No more business from me. My opinion.

The manager i believe a skinny Asian looking from that place is very rude, i order a jalapeño ham and cheese she gave me a regular ham and cheese. Obviously she can't hear well. When asked to changed it, she said i don't want to sell it to you because you said regular not jalapeño.She literally denied service, because she don't like been corrected. Very very rude manager, don't go here to get your donuts and coffee not worth the service. I just found out she has done it to several of my workers that work near this coffee, she's having the owner of this business lose potential customers! I'm sure this has been done to more customers, and she needs to stop been rude to customers. Maybe a lot of customers don't know how to file a complaint and that's why she keeps doing it, and acting if she was the owner. I hope this message gets to the owner. She needs to have better mornings to treat customers correctly.

Besides the grade “B” that's in the front of their store, their bobby drinks are disgusting. The bobba tasted as if it was extremely old. I returned to the store to get a refund because it was unacceptable. Upon talking to the lady in the front counter, addressing the issue, she replies, “that's the way bobba tastes, I don't know what you want me to say. Just drink it.” I told her I require a refund, to which she says, “what ever,” and throws a $5 bill and coins to my face. I took the cash and just left. Horrible, a business that assaults their customers is out of control. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star.
