First time having sushi here! The customer service was beyond awesome! Stephanie was our waitress. She is absolutely a delight! My husband and I did the all you can eat sushi and it was delicious! The oysters in shell were very big and meaty. All the sushi was made beautifully and it was very tasteful! Highly recommend coming to Dream Hanabi if your looking for an out of this world experience with great customer service and an impactful taste. This will be our sushi spot from now on. No one else compares. I loved all the lights and music they had on. Very cute!

Took my mom here after shopping at Superior and Stater Bros. My mom was hungry. I also didn't get my sushi fix while visiting down the hill. I am so glad we stopped by. When I first moved to Victorville, I was a bit hesitant to try it. 😅 My mom was really satisfied. She loved the catapillar roll and sashimi. After our meal, I ordered extra rolls to go for my family who didn't tag along the grocery trip.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming like coming home on Christmas. The atmosphere was relaxing with great music. The food has superb with a vast chemistry of flavors and textures melting in your mouth. I was even given an off menu the entree the staff was testing. I hope they place it on the menu soon it was to die for. Not to mention they have all you can eat or a happy hour menu. Since I can put away some rolls I opted for the all you can eat.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who is visiting around the area looking to save money but wants to eat quality fresh made sushi when ordered. Everyone had three servers (2 guys + 1 lady) since it was still early in the afternoon and they just opened. Definitely deserves an A plus service, high quality foods, and big quantity sushi rolls that are super duper filling. Two choices to pick from for the all you can eat menu (silver or gold option that are available). We decided on the silver since it's our first time trying at this restaurant and felt the best choice to choose was the cheapest one between the two. Since we will not know how tasty the foods are. I cannot wait to come back again and again to try more variety of their sushi rolls off of the all you can eat menu. The ones we ate are Las Vegas Roll, Dynamite Roll, Big Dog Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Popcorn Special Roll, Eel & Avocado hand roll, Eel & Avocado Basic Roll, Baked Mussels, Miso Soup, Nigiri Sushi: Fresh Water Eel, Smoked Salmon, 1972, 1994, Seared Albacore, Yellow Tail, Escolar. Nice little spot. There was no wait time and we were helped pretty fast. It is a nice sushi restaurant, located in Victorville, near Stater Brothers. The meals were delicious, and made quite well. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. The prices, for the meals and drinks, were quite fair. The staff was friendly and polite. Furthermore, the place was clean. So definitely, I would recommend a visit to this establishment.

This place always has the freshest sushi of most places in the desert. They are priced reasonably and pretty good for a desert location. Not quite down the hill quality which is superb but it is definitely worth going to because of the price and quality. You can order over the phone and go pick up.

Okay, so i've seen this location for years and never bothered to stop. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food quality. But when my oldest daughter told me that she ate here and she loved the food, she said it was delicious and the quality was really good. I knew I had to try it, and I have been coming here at least a handful times a month and it is great quality food. A big variety and happy hour is from 2 PM to 9 PM, which is more than most places. We really like the service. We have never had an issue here. I definitely say to give this place a try for yourself.

I went here on Father's Day after 6 p.m., and it was empty. I ordered through the all you can eat menu, which is worth it if you like sushi. The place started to get packed, approaching 7. The sushi was excellent and fresh, the waitresses were kind, and the service time was fast, even with a packed restaurant. 100% recommend a highly underrated spot.

I have to say this place was great. Great food, huge portions, full portions for all you can eat. Excellent service. Stephanie is amazing and we loved the atmosphere. Great music too. We came here years ago but weren't too thrilled. The new owner Alex is amazing and so welcoming. We will be making this our new regular spot. Come try it out, you won't regret it.

We've been coming here for years and it's really come a long way. It's nice to see the owner putting effort into the atmosphere of the restaurant and to learn that he sources quality ingredients. Our main server Danny was excellent, both severs we're very attentive and provided an enjoyable experience. We got the all you can eat for $30 each and everything was delicious. We tried new to us items like the baked mussels, jalapeño bomb, and the dragon ball, all of which I recommend. We got so much food the first round we couldn't even order a second round. This is honestly the best sushi spot up here.

Hanabi Sushi is a great local sushi spot that offers a delicious variety of rolls, sushi and sashimi to choose from. They have great combo plates, noodle and ramen dishes, and Bento boxes. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you need help figuring out what you may like if you're new to the sushi scene. Believe me it's all good.

I visited Victorville today due to a mandatory DMV visit. I wanted some nice lunch after so I searched on Google for surrounding restaurants that had All You Can Eat Sushi, and Hanabi was literally the only one I found out of 10+ places. It seems as though a lot of places aren’t doing AYCE anymore, but Hanabi is starting at $30 with Silver AYCE, and $40 with Gold AYCE, which simply means on the Gold there are additional specialty rolls that can be acquired. I chose the Silver. Totally fine for me, and the price was perfect. The sushi was pretty fresh and pretty damn tasty. Loved every bite and I’m totally returning at least once to twice a week for my sushi fix. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for AYCE. See you guys soon!

Usually a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and the waitress that greeted me at the door was very polite and pleasant, as well. I tried udon, a couple of different rolls and a variety of tempura. Everything was delicious but the udon was exceptional! They also have happy hour which is wonderful for cutting the prices on those rolls.

They have a good variety of sushi meals to choose from. They also have a good selection of sake drinks. The wait time for the meals is not that long, and there is ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy the meals. Definitely, if anyone is in High Desert, I would recommend to stop by this place.

Don’t listen to some of the reviews about the service. They’re picky customers. The food here is delicious and the service was wonderful! Stephany was so kind and took really good care of us tonight! She constantly checked on us and made us laugh!! If there’s one thing I do have to complain though is the music has very much cuss words and wasn’t appropriate for a restaurant setting especially with little kids around but other than that everything was wonderful. We’ll be back!!

Had a nice to go experience with Hanabi Sushi today. Savanna gave me a nice greeting and assisted me with any questions. The Sunflower roll sounded good because I love jalapeno but needed an opinion and she provided =]] I also ordered a small spicy tuna cut roll. It had some good heat! Loved it. Everything was of good quality =] Spent $12 altogether with a small tip. Definitely recommend for you to try this spot at least once.

Food was great. We had 5 all u can eats and 4 kids. Dirty dishes weren't removed from our table until I had to ask for them to be removed for room for more plates with our food on them. We were never offered refills. Then I was double charged for 2 beers. The red headed waitress was too busy talking to her co workers rather then helping her customers.

I recently tried the all-you-can-eat sushi at Dream Hanabi. While the food itself was decent, I found the $34.99 price point to be a bit high for the value offered. The "all you can eat" list felt quite short and limited compared to other sushi restaurants I've visited. For comparison, I regularly go to another place in a different city where for $28.00, I can get all-you-can-eat from their entire menu, and the service is consistently fast, friendly, and the place is very clean. Overall, if you're looking for an extensive all-you-can-eat sushi experience with great variety for the price, Dream Hanabi might not be the best fit. Servers were not attentive, it's a small place they seemed more concerned with take out orders, we didn't receive plates or offered any sauces or ginger , wasabi, which every other sushi place is probably one of the first things, they also forgot our drink order. This was our 2nd time there and not sure if we will come back

I love the food here but we order for delivery and every time we don’t get enough of the sauces for our sushi please provide enough for all the food that is ordered. I ordered a lot of the sushi rolls and got one little container of the spicy mayo with barely any of it in it. That was disappointing.

Having dine-in only is best for this restaurant. Sadly today was the only day I've decided to have takeout to bring home for my partner. Having noticed they forgot the spiderman roll in the bag at home i was disappointed. Im pretty sure they're not used rush hours/days or maybe just being forgetful. Sucks to experience a lost for paying $62.49 but it is what it is. Though I wish they have receipts that displays customers individual items and well as keeping the phone on. Id like to get my spiderman roll but who knows its sitting or was tossed.

The first time we came the service was meh but the food was good. This time the service was abysmal but the sushi is still pretty good. We had a party of six, and after waiting forever to be acknowledged, we were told that the wait would be 35-45 minutes. I noticed that they sat a couple at an eight person table, and a family of four at their other one. Yet they had multiple tables of four empty. I suggested that they just put two chairs on the end of a table, which apparently had never occurred to the woman. We still waited another ten minutes before she finally cleared a table and apparently she forgot that we didn't want to split our party because I had to remind her again about the chairs. She said, "Oh okay, go ahead and sit down." to which I asked if she expected us to go get the two chairs ourselves. She did eventually go get chairs for us but seriously?

If your expecting to come here and be blown away, don't. It's mediocre at best. Fresh wise id compare it to store bought sushi. Noone greets you at the door let alone smiles from the servers to the sushi chefs. Great for cheap Togo but that's about it.

Fish are not that fresh. Server didn't even know what ginger or ikura-salmon egg is. Certain food items have peculiar tastes.

Not only is the food very expensive, it just isn’t as good anymore overall and that’s very sad to say. Not to mention the customer service when we’ve dined in these past few times the service was not good. The poor service inside is the reason we began ordering for takeout in the first place. Nothing is the same there anymore. Not to mention how scarce they’ve become with everything, even the spicy Mayo and eel sauce containers are tiny with a drop of sauce in the container lol I can’t believe this place I swear.

I love the food. The service isnt as great as it used to be. The chefs still make great sushi though. We go for happy hour. But when I needed a refill of water, waitress' were nowhere to be found. Waitress complaining to her boss in front of everyone. Ive been coming here for years but now I might start looking for another place.

Foods cool, a few of the servers like to be oddly passive aggressive and gave us our check without even seeing if we wanted to order something else. The last server who checked us out was a sweetheart though.

Food in was good and everything else, but the only thing is the service was my problem. They were very slow and went to when we asked if they could bring two servings of muscles to go, they only gave us our beef and broccoli to go, and they gave us the bag without the muscles

Wasabi, I know most of the places give fake wasabi, but this one didn't even taste like Wasabi. I feel bad giving him one star because their customer service was actually pretty good

Don’t order from this place there service is bad and they shorted me two orders of gyoza and did not want to make it right and the under driver confirms they only ga e her one bag of 4 boxes of sushi and the place said there was a second bad given to Uber driver with gyozas and there wasn’t and the they did not want to make it right and not I’m short 15.00 worth of food. This place is bad!!

Won’t be coming here again I sat at the bar and seen roaches come in and out from the crack there, while waiting for my to go order. I ordered a couple rolls i didn’t even want to take my food after. Although the waiters and chefs were really respectful and helpful.

It actually deserves NO stars but that wasn't an option. To begin, the waitress charged me $50.00 for 2 plates priced at $13 & $17 (which was only supposed to be $30) stating that was the total given by her computer. She refunded my money without apologizing for the error in addition and asked if there was anything else I would like. I again ordered the same two meals but requested that I be charged the correct price. I paid for my order and was told to wait between 20-30 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited 25 minutes received my order and felt the need to check my order but trusted my order would be correct so I went home. Upon opening my plater I found that in one of my meals there were tiny pieces of sushi covering sticky rice. The plater was not supposed to come with rice. I was cheated out of my meal and they replaced it with sricky rice. I have been coming here for 8 yrs and unfortunately have never had this type of horrible service. This place must be under new management because the Japanese guy would be very attentive and did a great job making the food. Latino cooks do not belong in a kitchen serving Japanese food.

I have so much I have to say, but I’m just gonna keep it all in…. Customer Service was horrible.! Everything horrible! just the most worst unprofessional sushi restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life.! That’s all I have to say… because there’s too much I would have a big paragraph on here if I had to say every single thing, just don’t go here go to any other sushi restaurant in the high desert, but here.

This place used to be the only sushi place in the HD we would go to before they changed owners. The sushi used to taste fresh and perfect ingredient ratio.. since the change in owners we’ve ate there a handful of times and finally decided tonight was the last. The quality in food was noticeably different since the change but it’s progressively gotten worse and now it’s just gross. I ordered a $7 cucumber salad which was 90% cheap bagged salad & 10% cucumber, no crab meat. We ordered an appetizer, the Mexico City roll and an OhBoy, everything is soggy/mushy, has a weird dirty after taste to it and both rolls are mainly rice with barely any of the ingredients inside. Such a shame they changed owners this was the best spot.

Service is horrible. The wife and I waited awhile for us to get drinks. They didn’t give us a menu and took about 10mins to order food. They gave us our food but with no plates or sauces , we had to ask them for it. Sushi is ok, better places up here. Would not recommend or come back.

Horrible customer service tonight. Usually we get a very nice waitress but unfortunately she was not working tonight. Also we ordered our appetizers and meals, 30 min later they informed us they did not have what I ordered. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this location

My husband and I just move to Victorville and we were looking for a good sushi place a friend for work suggested this place. Everything was OK ( We didn't think is as good as my friend said) until we found this little creatures in our food. I manage to snap a picture of one the other one got away 😵😮🤢

Walked in around 3pm and waitress sat us by the sushi bar and we had asked if it’s okay to move tables (Respectfully) Since then she was ignoring us and wouldn’t come up to us and asked if everything was fine nor if we wanted refills.
