It was a fantastic experience, the most delicious food we've ever eaten, the wait staff is incredibly kind, the chefs are the best, the place is decorated like a real palace, incredibly clean, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it, I give it a score of 100 out of 10. The best in terms of quality, luxurious atmosphere and very kind staff. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that the salmon in the sushi is cut too thick, while at Like in Biella the one on Via Rosselli is much thinner and more delicate. Even in terms of quality, Like beats it. It's only the atmosphere that attracts, but as for sushi, I had a hard time eating it because the fish is cut roughly. Then I ordered spicy sushi and it arrived normal. I'll point this out the second time too, the same, not spicy, a little disappointed.

Excellent food...if you try it, you'll hardly go to other sushi places. Congratulations. The only flaw: they take away the plates while they're still under the customer's chin. I put the last bite in my mouth and they take it away. 😓 Otherwise, everything else was fine.

We had lunch on December 21st and were very pleased with both the high-quality food and the spacious, well-kept, and clean environment. Ample parking and a good selection for lunch, too. We'll definitely be back!! We returned tonight, February 5th, for an even more extensive and consistently high-quality menu, and a very friendly and attentive staff. Well done!!

It's top notch. It's a wonderful place with exceptional service. The bathrooms are truly amazing and beautiful. Plus, it has a truly enormous parking lot. The price for lunch is €15 plus €2 cover charge and drinks on the side, pretty much the same as elsewhere in the Biella area.

Uno dei sushi dall’aspetto/ambiente migliore nel Biellese. Consigliato per cena non per pranzo. Entrata spettacolare. Interni dallo stile lussuoso e moderno. Nessuna pecca sull’igiene. Servizio ottimo. Siamo stati seguiti da un cameriere molto preciso nel modificare i piatti ordinati. Anche quando dalla cucina hanno sbagliato piatto lo ha fatto mandare indietro e rifare. Qualità del cibo buona molto simile agli altri sushi. Quantità di riso negli uramaki perfetta. Pecche: per pranzo le porzioni di sashimi e carpaccio sono ordinabili solo 1pz. per persona. Non c’è salmone alla piastra per pranzo. Menù pranzo 20€ + acqua 3€. Consiglio di andarci se si vuole fare una bella scena con familiari/amici. Meglio cena che pranzo.

Food: I don't like raw fish, but I've had cooked dishes, but they didn't satisfy me, everything was too sweet and with too many flavors. On the other hand, my daughters who love sushi really enjoyed it!

It's definitely one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area. The prices are slightly higher, but the type of food and its quality make it worthwhile. The atmosphere is very nice and clean, and the service is fast. Highly recommended. .

All-you-can-eat sushi of above-average quality, but with several exceptions. Many of the more special dishes can only be ordered once, but the price, however, is average. The place is very large and warm, so it's best to arrive early to avoid the problem of not finding a seat (either inside or outside/parking).

A me il cibo non è piaciuto, con questo non dico che non sia buono ma le porzioni alla carta erano davvero ridicole. In foto ok ma poi piatti per i puffi ma il conto era per Gulliver.

I was here yesterday for lunch with my family. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best due to the service. Even though we ordered immediately after sitting down, the dishes arrived extremely slowly. The most annoying thing was the order management: some orders got lost and we had to ask for them multiple times, and the dishes arrived at the table in no particular order or pattern (main courses first, then appetizers, etc.). I completely understand that the place was very crowded, but it feels like the staff couldn't manage the room. A little more education and training would make a big difference. As for the atmosphere, it's very nice.

The place is beautiful, new, spacious, elegant, and modern. The service was fast, the only flaw is that you have to use your phone to order, and since I had a low battery, I had to use the phone of the person I was with. It would be helpful to have tablets at each table so that those who can't use their phones can still order whatever they want. If someone were alone and had a low battery like me, what would they have done? The raw fish was generally fresh and good, with no strange smells or tastes. Typical Chinese and Japanese dishes that are now found in every sushi place in the Biella area, no new dishes. The price is above average, €40 for two for lunch is a bit high considering that at their nearby competitors we spend €31 for the same items and the same service. The lunch menu price is average at €15 on weekdays, but if you add a €2 cover charge and €3 for water, the price goes up to €20 per person. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The dishes were all good but nothing special compared to the others; plenty of choice; some items, even though ordered and requested, never arrived, but it's likely that the first few days will require more organization. The evening menu is probably richer and definitely offers more options than the lunch menu.

Prima e ultima volta che siamo venuti a mangiare in questo ristorante. Incominciamo dal prezzo, viene pubblicizzato a un prezzo minore di quello effettivo, come nella foto, sui tavoli il prezzo viene indicato come 15€ pranzo feriale, sul sito dove si ordina invece viene indicato 17€ che è il prezzo effettivo(ci è stato detto che ci sono 2€ di coperto). Il cibo non è di qualità, e inoltre si vede che cercano il risparmio, sia nelle porzioni piccole(gyoza e udon) e cercano di risparmiare usando più riso e meno pesce nei nighiri rendendoli più simili a un onighiri(come proporzioni tra pesce e riso).
