If you want to enjoy the most spectacular sunset over the Vigo estuary from a privileged location, surrounded by excellent service and very reasonable prices... La Vela is the ideal place. Oh, and I must mention something quite rare but very important to me: the restrooms are very clean, with hand soap and toilet paper. This is no small thing, quite the opposite.

A magnificent bar for a drink after leaving the beach and watching the sunset. I don't recommend it for dinner, but I do recommend it for their magnificent cocktails and those wonderful mojitos, with friendly service, although sometimes they make you wait longer than expected. Still, it's well worth coming here for a few drinks with friends as the sun begins to set. The sunset and views of the estuary are breathtaking. The music is just right, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A benchmark among summer bars in Vigo.

Ha empeorado Llevo años yendo y aunque el sitio y las vistas son impresionantes, los precios han subido mucho, y una caña es media (o menos) de una caña habitual. Respuesta...hay el BOCK que es más grande. Los baños sucisimos Que pena

Las tapitas son de mala calidad. Una vista hermosa pero la administración solo se basa en su naturaleza, no le da encantó personal solo le interesa el consumo por el dinero. Vuelvo a venir ahora en Mayo 2022, y vuelve a ser lo mismo. 45 min esperando dos mojitos. Le quitó esta vez otra estrella, por el desinterés de la dueña o administradora que en una oportunidad conocí, el año pasado. Mojitos oscuros, osea sin ron blanco, mmmmm la coctelería mala, si no saben de cócteles no los ofrezca en la carta. Que lastima.

Muuuuuuuuuuuy lentos. En terraza agua 2 euros y caña 2,5 con 3 aceitunas. Es cierto que la terraza mola, pero no la hora y media que tuvimos que esperar hasta ser atendidos.

Tiene unas vistas maravillosas, sin embargo echo de menos algún tipo de tapas, las que te ponen con las bebidas son muy pobres. Es un sitio para ir a beber un refresco y disfrutar de las vistas sin esperar nada más, si te apetece un buen servicio no es el sitio.

El local es increíble y al lado de la playa, le doi solo 3 estrellas porque estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio, tomamos dos cervezas, pagamos 6€ y no nos pusieron ni unas tristes aceitunas...ni nada!!!

Vinimos a tomar algo. La verdad que los cócteles están muy buenos y las vistas también pero hubieron varias cosas que no me gustaron. Para empezar, al llegar solo había una mesa ocupada y muchísimas libres pero solo podíamos sentarnos en una parte del establecimiento porque las que estaban en el sitio más “bonito” estaban reservadas por si alguien pide botellas y demás. Entendería que no pueda sentarme si está todo reservado y con gente pero estaba completamente vacío por lo que pensé que quizás nos podrían dejar sentarnos ya que como he dicho, estaba vacío. A la hora de traernos las bebidas, te dejan la cuenta al instante lo que hace que sientas como que te están echando o que tienen prisa. Jamás había visto ese sistema de no haber probado ni siquiera tu bebida y ya tener la cuenta en la mesa. Atención amable pero tampoco para tirar voladores. Precios algo caros pero supongo por estar en plena línea de mar. Eso sí, te ponen algo para picar con las bebidas que es algo a favor. Estaría muy bien y mejor valorado si corrigiesen eso.

We went for a drink at this bar by the beach. The place is beautiful, with incredible views and tasteful decor. However, the customer service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, they told us directly that there was no room without offering us the option to wait. Even so, we decided to wait a bit, and when a table became available, we sat down on our own. It seems that nowadays, if there's no room at that moment, they ask you to leave… but we had come specifically to that place. Once seated, it took quite a while to be served. The waitress served two tables that had arrived later, and when she finally approached, we asked for the menu, and she scolded us for not having asked for it earlier. Furthermore, after clearing away the remains of the previous service, she left again. When she returned to take our order, she again reprimanded us for having asked for the menu "for nothing," since we only ordered drinks in the end. After waiting…another waiter finally brought our drinks, but when it came time to pay, they didn't hesitate for a minute: it had to be paid immediately. In short, a place with enormous potential, but the service could be much better, and the unprofessional treatment made us feel uncomfortable. It's a shame, because with a good team, this place could be a real gem.

Fuimos a picar y tomar algo, pero no vale vale la pena. Es la segunda vez que voy y ninguna de las 2 fué buena. Pedimos la carta de comida y nos dijeron que no tienen carta, que el código QR no funcionaba y las opciones que me dijo que tenían de comida no acompaña al potencial que tiene el lugar. Increíble que un punto tan increíble con tanto potencial tengan una gerencia tan pésima. El local súper descuidado, el baño con la tapa de la cisterna rota y pegado con celo. Las copas que nos han traído para la cerveza estaban sucias. Una pena realmente, podría ser un lugar increíble.

The bearded waiter has little desire to work, is so rude and tactless with customers. Oh my goodness, I mentioned it to the table next to us, and all six of us agreed. Terrible treatment. That alone won't let us return. He needs to get his act together and start treating customers politely and tactfully; we're not his colleagues. Otherwise, the place is very nice, and the waitress is lovely, but the guy is terrible.
