The waiter is incredibly friendly and attentive. The service is quick, the bar is surprisingly clean considering how busy it usually is, and the terrace tables are also spotless. Great atmosphere. Family-friendly and welcoming, clean restrooms, and good food at reasonable prices. They have fantastic tapas, a wide variety, and they also make sandwiches, pizzas, and combination plates. Oh! And Chinese food! The chicken noodles are amazing, and the patatas bravas and calamari are fantastic too! Parking isn't easy, but it's not impossible either. It's in a square where children can play and are away from the traffic. Plus, there are always other kids around. In short: Great tapas at a good price, with good service and a great location. Highly recommended!

We were staying near the bar and went there for dinner one day. The food is very tasty and the staff very friendly and helpful. We found the menu varied and chose fried rice with gyoza, which were excellent! The price is also quite reasonable considering the delivery fee (especially if you need to convert from euros to reais + IOF).

We went for dinner with some friends (I'd never been before) and, even though the terrace was packed, we were enjoying our beers in 5 minutes while we waited for our sandwiches and tapas. Everything was very good and satisfactory. It's not the best food in the world, honestly, but the service from the two waiters who served us was SPECTACULAR, both in their politeness and their attention to the children (they brought them candy - it was All Saints' Day - and when they saw they were playing with their Pokémon card albums, they pulled out a handful - from who knows where - and gave them to them). They were so thoughtful and attentive that we'll definitely go back whenever we feel like eating out. THANK YOU!!! Also, during the week you can order Chinese food which, from what I've heard (because I haven't tried it myself), is very good... (All this without mentioning the fact that in the little square next door there were loads of kids playing ball, running around, and having fun...)

Super good. I was there a few weeks ago for lunch, and the food was delicious. Yesterday I had breakfast and felt like I was back on the terrace, very peaceful. The coffee with milk and croissants, which they also make, were very good. And the waiter (I assume he's the owner) was perfect, friendly, attentive to his work, but with a good disposition and a smile. Because compared to other bars I've been to... where they seem to be bothered by working and seem angry when they ask you what you want? It was truly a pleasant experience, and I was eager to go and have a good time over breakfast... with a soft drink. A 10!!!

Es que he llegado a esperar hasta 1h para un cacho de pizza. Ahora parece que han cambiado de dueño y de nombre, a ver si mejoran eso... El resto bien, trato amable y te dejan pagar por separado en caso de grupos.

A typical Spanish bar with Asian-influenced food, which was OK. The pizza was different from what you're used to—more like a pizza sandwich, but OK, and the prices were reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. We were there for several hours. It was one of the few bars in Barcelona open all day on Sunday.

It's now called 5 Portes and is run by Asians who have kept the Ximena's menu and added a few more dishes. The prices are cheap and it's fine for a bite to eat with friends, but you can't expect great quality or anything special. In summer, the terrace is packed, and the service is usually very poor: they take a long time to serve you, and last time it took about 45 minutes between our drinks and our food (bravas and hamburgers). It's a good place to go without rushing, have a few beers while waiting for your food to arrive.

Terraza muy sucia, llena de hojas y servilletas, no se molestan en limpiar. Pedimos una ración de morro y estaban fatal, creo que los frieron con un aceite muy sucio y el sabor era más parecido a gasolina que a morro frito.

We ordered chicken breast for my daughter, which I also ate because it was too much for her, and the next day both my daughter and I had stomach pains. I'd never had a stomachache like that before. We took my daughter to the doctor, and they sent us for a stool test, and surprisingly, they found bacteria from eating spoiled food. I won't be back, not even to get a drink of water. And the squid legs were too small and toasted, tasteless. In total, two mixed platters, a portion of legs, two beers, and two coffees, cost €48. I won't go back.
