As its name suggests, their specialty is grilled beef, and it's very tasty. They sell it in tacos or quesadillas, gringas, or pedidos. The dishes are hearty and are complemented with pot beans, lettuce, radishes, raw and fried onions, cilantro, lime, and salsas. The place is simple and has several tables.

The food is delicious, and I like the portions. The problem with this business is that they're inconsistent. They might be open for a whole week, and then they're gone for days. So, many times you end up going for free because they're not open and they don't give any notice. They're supposed to be closed on Mondays, but sometimes they go up to 15 days without service.

I go for a taco, totally determined to eat just one. I end up eating at least three, and a soda. My favorite tacos with spicy and flavorful salsas. The taquero and I almost always have the same conversation: - It's been a while since you've been here? - Yes, I have been, you're not open. - Yes, I am open! - You're not always open! - Well, but we're open now. The service is top-notch and the carne asada tacos are heavenly. I go for one, but I eat three or four. I love the handmade tortillas and the salsas. Although they could be spicier. They gave the place a facelift. The best carne asada in the neighborhood.

I'll be a good judge, since I'm not paid to comment. The tacos are excellent, seasoned and filling, as they aren't normal tortilla tacos or small ones. They're medium to large, enough to fill you up with 2 or 3 tacos, and if you're a big eater, I think they'll fill you up with 5 or 6, but I think that would be exaggerating, or maybe they have a good stomach. The service is good, but they could improve on speed and faster delivery. The atmosphere is pleasant, but as I said, everything could be improved; the walls are a bit empty. Having a concept in the restaurant would improve things. They could even be a little cheaper and they would be much more crowded, since some people go for the budget option because they don't have many resources, but it would be nice if they had promotions at least one day a week and you'd see the difference. I give 5 stars because quality wins over the negatives. Greetings. I highly recommend these tacos. At least for me, they're some of the best in Colima and Villa de Alvarez. They surpass many in the surrounding area. And I say this because I've had a taco that I reheated in the oven the next day and it was still good. There are several where the meat is dry and the tortilla is hard.

Very good tacos, with large handmade tortillas. The meat is charcoal-grilled, which gives it a special flavor. The service is usually good; they're not super fast, but that's because they don't use commercially made tortillas. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because the place itself could be improved. But the flavor is highly recommended.

It's super expensive, you make an order and the person serving you tells you that today they don't sell orders, only half orders, because it's a clever plan. That happened to me on Thursday, the day Tacos Panchitos closes, it's the day they make a killing since they were out of meat, they want to make it last, the beggarly half order that they supposedly give you isn't even the size of a taco. They spread the meat on a quarter of the plate and the rest in beans and they give it to you for 70 pesos when at Tacos Panchitos a taco is 4 times the amount and they give it to you for 48 pesos.
