Pabilo Silva's Pollo Feliz is great because it has parking and you can wait for your order.
I really like its flavor and if you buy two it lasts longer and is cheaper.
I especially love the handmade tortillas and the chicken, although the sauce tends to spoil very quickly, but that's normal because of the heat.
Happy chicken? Well, it didn't look so happy roasted on my plate. But tasty, haha.

En éste lugar se vende el mejor pollo al carbón de Colima y Villa de Álvarez.

The food was very good, but they give you a tiny amount of sauce for each chicken. The waiters weren't friendly at all and didn't smile. The handmade tortillas were delicious, but they were served cold.
A branch with a good service atmosphere. The only thing they're missing is card payments to make it a more profitable branch.

As other people have already mentioned, they always forget something, even if you're going to buy it in person, so be very careful when shopping. Also, as already mentioned, the staff is very apathetic and unfriendly. Also, on one occasion, the cashier didn't give me a receipt and told her colleague what I ordered. I saw her suspiciously; I suspected she had entered a smaller order into the computer than I had ordered so she could keep the extra money. Be very careful when shopping there.
The phone service is terrible... They hang up on you without saying anything, you call back and they don't answer, they just pick up the phone and leave you talking to yourself.
They always, always, always forget something. This time, they forgot to add my order of 10 tacos dorados.

Terrible service compared to the Villa Izcalli branch. They offer you a different experience there and tell you if you like it. Here, they just serve you and give you what they want.
Terrible service from the person who helped me. They gave me a package of chicken that was missing an accessory I asked for. I called to see what solution they could offer, and they told me they would send it to me at an extra cost, or that if I wanted it, I could get it, which they couldn't do anything about. If I wanted it, it was there... meaning the customer is screwed, because of their error. Oh, and to top it all off, when I called, they left me talking alone. They put the phone aside and didn't solve anything, they just waited for me to hang up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Terrible service from the young man who served us. The order was incomplete, they didn't resolve the issue, and they expected us to take responsibility for their mistakes. A rip-off!

Almost two hours after placing the order, I called six times and no one answered. They called me back and told me there was no delivery person. Almost two hours later!!!
