This pizzeria is a hidden gem, deep in the Italian Alps, where they serve you the best pizza, one that will delight you until the very last bite. The dessert, Panna Cotta, is truly extraordinary, served in an extravagant style: a cloud of sauce drizzled over it—no unnecessary garnishes. It's precisely for this food and the wonderful and friendly owners that we so eagerly visit this restaurant whenever we're in the magical Val Pellice. Thank you, and see you soon!

A truly lovely surprise in the middle of a green, idyllic valley in Italy! The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, surrounded by lush forests – and we received a very warm welcome right upon arrival. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, enthusiastically explaining the special features of the pizza to us – especially the dough, which was very unique, apparently made with hemp. I've never had a base like it before – truly exciting and truly delicious! Overall, a loving, authentic experience with great pizza, friendly people, and a truly Italian flair. Highly recommended!

It's the best pizza I've ever eaten! They have various types of dough that change frequently and a wide selection of pizzas, both savory and sweet. If there are several people at a table, you can even go around the place. I love their chocolate mousse! The place is clean and very welcoming. The owners are two wonderful people, kind and super helpful, they make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this place!!!

A rustic, simple pizzeria with delicious, unique pizzas made with local ingredients, such as sarass, a traditional ricotta cheese, and mustela, a typical local cured meat. Light dough, perfectly topped pizza. And what about the owners? Extremely helpful, kind, attentive, friendly, and witty. Even though we were new, they made us feel like regulars. A great experience, a completely different take on pizza. Pizza doughs are made with whole wheat flours, grains, spelt, and many other ingredients, including local produce, from sairas to bagna caoda and even mustardela. The sweet pizzas, like the one with tartatin, are also unique. Worth a try, especially considering the quality and excellent price!

I now understand why this restaurant is ranked #1. The owner decided to use local ingredients to make his pizzas. You won't find the Neapolitan, the Four Seasons, the Margarita, or any other pizza you're used to eating elsewhere. This establishment serves only original creations, both savory and sweet. A wide selection of doughs (rye, barley, four grains, gluten-free, etc.) For those who want to be surprised, for those who want to get off the beaten track, go here...
