I had the pleasure of dining at L'ERBI, owned by Manuel Bouchard and Joel Ramirez, with some friends, enjoying excellent meat in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and the service is attentive but never intrusive. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, who were kind, professional, and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Joel, who handled an oversight of mine with great integrity and compassion: a gesture that demonstrates not only professionalism, but also human value. Recommended by Google reviews on our way back from France. Located in a small village reached from the main road by climbing a few hairpin bends. The place is very cute inside, with two super-fast and helpful waitresses that every restaurant should have! The meat and cured meats are truly delicious and top-quality! The desserts are truly exceptional, heavenly. I highly recommend it. We arrived without a reservation, but I recommend giving them a call. Congratulations again to all the kitchen staff. A youthful atmosphere between a pub and a restaurant. Excellent welcome from two very professional girls. The menu ranges from gnocchi to meat alla braccia, from cold cuts platters to hamburgers with a wide selection of local craft beers and good quality wines. The service is very fast and the staff provides extensive explanations on the origins of the products, all local of absolute quality. Excellent value for money, a place to try .... I will personally return.

If you like meat, you must try this restaurant. The wine list is excellent. The menu is short, but the products are high-quality. The prices are also more than fair. If you're not vegetarian, you must order the meat. "Rocche dei Manzoni Nebbiolo, carta musica with pecorino, gnocchi alla bava, fillet with green pepper, gianduiotto." These are a sure thing. Well done, definitely one of the best in the Pinerolo area!

We had a wonderful family evening at L'Erbi last night. Great beer, excellent food (the fillet steak was wonderful and perfectly cooked). The desserts, all homemade, were also very good. If I really had to find a flaw (but it's a really small detail), I'd say they didn't provide bibs (perhaps disposable paper ones) for the kids. The price was average. Recommended!

It's not hard to connect with the chef, who is very helpful and knowledgeable. After a chat about the rib eye steak, we instead ordered a trio of grilled meats. Surprise, there was also rib eye steak. An unexpected bonus. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent and plentiful. The beer was delicious, and most importantly, they brought you water right away. The place is just how I like it: rustic and welcoming. The service exceeded all expectations, but it wasn't our first time there. The bill was a little high, but if you leave satisfied and think about your next visit, it means you're satisfied with the value for money.
