I had a good time here: the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is generally attentive. The only negative was a woman with a cast on her finger who only brought one dish to the table at a time, which unfortunately gave off a rather lackluster impression for a restaurant of this caliber. I always love returning to the Mistral restaurant. The restaurant is housed in a masterpiece of 18th-century rural architecture. I celebrated my first wedding anniversary at Mistral, what can I say? Everything was fantastic and the food was excellent! Every dish was perfect. Impeccable service. I had already been here for my wedding lunch last year and everything was wonderful on that occasion too, the location is truly beautiful, intimate and elegant. The owner is an exquisite person, very attentive to the customer. I absolutely recommend it... it has become my favorite place! Both for the wonderful memory of my wedding and for the restaurant itself!

I'm a regular at "Mistral," and it's always a pleasant surprise. I recently went for my 50th birthday and can confirm that I had an excellent dinner and received special treatment. The owner, Gianni, his son Davide, and their staff, Monica and Marta, welcomed us with professionalism and warmth. I made a great impression on my guests. I'll be back in October to celebrate with friends, and honestly...I can't wait! Highly recommended!

The restaurant is located in a historic and characteristic building from the early 1800s; the room features exposed brick vaults forming large arches, and smaller arches above the windows. An architectural masterpiece. The moderately bright lighting creates a private and intimate atmosphere. The welcome is discreet and discreet. The table is elegantly set: the cutlery is lavish, the tableware is exquisite. The welcome was delightful, and then we opted for the meat tasting menu. The dishes were well-cooked and beautifully plated. Each course is a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes. The ingredients used are of the highest quality. The wine list is extensive: Piedmontese, Italian, and even international. We chose a noble Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, a choice based on a moderate aging period. The service, in three words: attentive, precise, discreet. A special dinner for an important occasion.

What a lovely restaurant! We came here to celebrate my mother in law's birthday and the whole experience was amazing. The interior of the restaurant was very intimate and beautiful. It was a good size restaurant where you felt at ease and could easily chat with your companions without the chaos and noise of larger restaurants. The food was delectable and presented very well. I'm looking forward to our next trip to Italy so that we can come back to this restaurant!

Top quality and service. Excellent restaurant, with both local (Piemontese) specialties and great classical dishes. Non huge, so be sure to place a reservation. In the mild season, there is an outdoor part of the restaurant, where it is really agreeable to spend summer evenings with good friends, excellent food and wine.

I returned to this restaurant for the second time, and the experience was once again positive. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with thoughtfully designed spaces that make it suitable for both a romantic dinner and a quiet gathering with friends. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—a true added value. I chose tagliolini with white duck ragù, a truly well-executed dish with rich flavor. The wine was also a good choice, with an interesting selection. The desserts, while good, aren't up to the same standard as the main courses and could be slightly tweaked to better complement the culinary experience. Overall, the food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. I recommend booking, especially on weekends. This is a restaurant worth trying, and I'll gladly return.

An elegant and refined setting, well-organized and clean, with friendly and attentive staff. Everything here, from the decor to the dishes, is seemingly meticulously crafted. An excellent wine selection complements a well-structured traditional menu with a few innovative twists, which, unfortunately, don't quite make the cut and are a bit bland on the palate. The vegetarian selection is also good. The price is reasonable for the location.
