We loved Ruby our most excellent and friendly server. She greeted us with a warm island welcome and made us feel like family. The food was well prepared and very tasty. An excellent spot for dining when in the Caribbean.

An absolute must do for a BVI vacation (particularly if you are on a boat). We pulled up to the dock and were greeted by amazing service from the Harbor Master and crew (Hail on Ch. 16 upon approach). Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist us in our visit. The food at Nova was so good we came back for dinner after an amazing lunch. The Carbonara may change your life (much for the better). Drinks are well crafted and delicious. Service is on point. You will not be disappointed. See you again next (and every) November!

We had a great experience with our server, Sanjay, this evening. He was so welcoming and gave great recommendations about what to get. The snapper was amazing and so was the homemade coffee and coconut ice cream. What a treat!

We recently celebrated my boss’s 60th birthday at this wonderful restaurant, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. All of our guests were thrilled with the outstanding service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. A special shoutout to Ronisia, whose expertise in 5-star service made the celebration even more special through thoughtful touches we didn’t even ask for. The food was consistently delicious, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. If you visit, be sure not to miss the Nova experience in the Bitter End area—skipping it would be a real shame! Overall, this restaurant offers a perfect blend of superb service, delectable cuisine, and a truly memorable setting. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Beautiful area of the island. A little out the way from the rest of the usual island spots. Very soothing area with a stiff sea breeze. The restaurant has a beautiful set up with unique furniture, pool and lounge areas. The service and food was only ok considering the price. The menu was a little confusing. I ordered a fried mahi mahi fish and chip plate from a section that described it as a large shareable portion. It was barely a portion for one person when it arrived. The service couldn't explain the reason for this. Another in the party ordered 3 different sushi rolls and only received one. When he asked where the other two were the server seemed to have no idea what he was talking about and asked if he actually ordered 3 rolls. She went back and checked and ended up bringing the 2 other rolls right out. Not sure what that was about. We didn't want to make an issue of it so we just ate what we got.

The ambience is fantastic, the food is at a high standard. We took the Sushi plate for 2 as a starter - absolutely perfect. Mains were very good - Price/Value could still be improved.

I really do like Nova, I’ve come with my family about once or twice a year on average for a few years now. Great food, great drinks, GREAT view and atmosphere. However, I cannot leave a 5 star review because of the wait times throughout my times coming here. Today I boarded a 1230 ferry and was worried I would not make my next ferry back more than an hour and a half later without our food, it came 10 minutes before the next ferry and didn’t even include all of our order because it was not made in time. I specifically ordered everything we wanted when we sat just to try and help ensure it would all make in time (similar wait times have happened in the past), but it did not. I also understand the chill “island time” atmosphere accompanied by these beautiful islands, but waiting almost an hour after ordering food is a little excessive.

Arrived at 6:45 and took almost 1.5 hours to get to main course and it didn’t appear to be that busy. Weren’t offered dessert and the waitstaff were taking our water glasses and placemats by 8:45. Food was good.

TLDR: Vegan options exist, but they are mostly bland, and you'll wait 1-2 hours for your food. Atmosphere: modern, clean, and generally one of the nicer restaurants in the BVI. No real complaints about the atmosphere except that while trying to enjoy a nice quiet meal, they turned on all the TVs and projector for the cavemen to watch sportsball. When paying almost $100/person, I do not want to hear screaming people and loud announcers. Service: All of the servers were nice, but it took one hour and 45 minutes for us to receive our food after ordering. There is "Island Time" and then there is just bad kitchen management. Food: There are lots of vegan options, but it was all so bland except for the soup. The soup not only was seasoned well with salt but also had a nice spice. Everything else just felt like it was veggies on a plate. Nothing interesting, just boring. This restaurant is far from "luxury." Considering this is one of the premier restaurants in the area, I'm surprised the ratings are so high.
