70/100: the store was clean, the staff friendly. Panda Express has reduced their meals' size. The quality and the taste are still the same. I had no issues while visiting this location.

Great location, been here many times. Friendly staff, good food. Better than other Panda Express becuase it's less crowded and more responsive. Good food offerings - they've never made a mistake with my order. Also very fast service if your in a rush.

This is my usual place to go for panda. But here is a story of today's visit Ordered my food (everything is great) Iam about to pay and I tell the cashier I want a refresher from the machine plz . I pay she hands me my food and tells me ok that is it. I let her know I asked for a refresher from the machine since I don't want one that has been sitting out. She tells me "you should of told me instead of just standing around" I told her I did and I am sorry I wasn't clear (she rolls her eyes ) I say Light ice plz. She fills the cup full of ice I tell her again light Ice plz she gets upset and takes out e pieces of ice I ask nicely if she can plz take a little more out. She gets mad and tells me that's how they make them I tell her plz and she takes a bit of ice out . Finally I get my drink but when she gave me the drink she shoved it a little . Recipe says the name is Angeles M. Cashiers likes this is what makes business go down.

Honey walnut shrimp), so there are more side than actual entree. I'm not sure if this is a corporate thing the employees have to do, or if it's just this spot. That's ridiculous to me to pay for an item and only receive a literal 1/2 cup amount of it!! Other spots like Panda Wok will give you a large amount of food, enough for two or three people for about the same price. I feel like it may be better value for the money to just get sides of the items you want and get them to go. Their sides (cream cheese wanton, chicken egg rolls, etc) are always great addition too. Not sure I'll be back here.

Management needs to hire more workers to help the exceptionally long wait times. The workers were great and friendly, but they just need more. Especially on Friday night. Management should do better, maybe pay living wages? Idk.

Not open at 9 AM on Christmas Eve. Even at 9:30 AM an employee was struggling to open the door when it should have been open 30 minutes before. Horrible location with incompetent staff. A small side here is microscopic. I paid $7 for this tiny side of steak (see picture). Is this for a baby?

Worst Panda Express I have ever been to!! Service is absolutely atrocious! The waiting is insane. The workers make you stand in line watching them put online orders together. Make you wait in the excess of 20 to 30 minutes. Once you get pass the 1st station, you have to wait yet again 15 minutes for them to proceed with your order. Not to mention having to wait for the dishes to be prepared because the cooks are unaware of what's missing. You have people standing all around waiting for their orders. Once I got my food, I proceeded to the soda fountain. Got strawberry Fanta and guess what?! The fanta was flavorless.. Worst Panda experience ever with one of the workers giving major attitude on top of it all. Will not be coming back. I'm sure many others share this sentiment.

There were 2 trays with broccoli beef, one of which was old and overcooked as it has been probably sitting there all day and one that was fresh. I asked the attendant to serve my plate from the fresh one and she ignored me and gave me a look of disdain that was very rude. Now, I work in customer service and she could have at least addressed my concern about the obviously old food or explain why I couldn't get my serving from the fresh tray, she did neither. I will not be coming back to P.E. And this location is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a bowl of bejing beef and got this. And the beef was burnt. After the employee scooped it I almost walked out. This was $10. The last 4 times I have been here my food has either been burnt….or short….or both. This location has been the worst I have ever been to with slowwww service. They just cant seem to figure it out here at this franchise. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. This experience sealed it for me

Katia the manager is so freakin rude!!! The portions that they give is crazy!!! I added shrimp premium which is 1.50 more plus the cost of the plate beside the fact that she was counting the noodles to add in the plate they added more vegetables then the shrimp I was paying for so instead of fixing the issue she said ok u don’t want the plate and gave it for free to the other person next to me like if that will hurt me in away!!! Besides that is so unprofessional of her having a make out session in the corner with her boyfriend come in and didn’t even wash her hands!!!

Food is okay, but the young girl at the front dishing the food is not friendly and unprofessional when I went in last night. If your that miserable, get a new job and dont take it out on the customer. Wish I would of gotten her name!! Anyway do better panda management!!!

My friend came to get me food here just now and had to go back because they got my order wrong and left out part of our order. just for them to give him the smallest side of what i actually ordered, the container wasnt even full they just gave us what was left. terrible service and i know they did that on purpose! dont come here!
