I was there last Saturday with my family and I have to say that I had a great time. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, Federico is super professional and always with a smile and the food was really good, absolutely recommended.

We came here just for dessert, on the recommendation of our Airbnb host in Viterbo. The ambiance outside was cozy and inviting, perfect for lingering over something sweet. We tried a creamy dessert layered over a moist plum rum cake at the bottom- delicious. Another favorite was the raspberry and cherry dessert topped with hazelnuts and chocolate crumbles, a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Both were excellent. The only downside was that it took quite a long time for us to place our order. That said, once the desserts arrived, they were well worth the wait. I also couldn't help but notice the other dishes coming out to nearby tables- they all looked wonderful. Next time, I'd definitely come for a full meal too.

Beautiful place with friendly, professional service. Both the regular and gluten-free pizzas (Ciociara and Buon Brutto e Cattivo) are very good. The appetizer platter was also quite good. You can see that they put a lot of effort into selecting high-quality ingredients. In one photo, you can see a small stool that serves as a place to put ladies' bags (a very nice idea). The caramel dessert (gluten-free) is absolutely amazing! :D It's addictive! :D. The price is fair for the quality of the products offered.

Comfortable atmosphere with moderate lighting. Dark gray tones, no tablecloths, beautiful glasses. Friendly service and clear information. Perfect for celiacs, 90% of the menu is gluten-free. Dishes with unique and refined preparation. We liked it. Well done!

My family and I arrived late at the restaurant without reservation, were appointed seats at the terrace after which we were served swiftly and attentively. The food was great, tender and fair priced. For entre I had a type of shrimp raviolia, for the main course I had octopus. Both were cooked well and tasted good. I would recommend having dinner here. The service was friendly, professional with great detail for the food. Every dish of interest was explained in English with great care and patience by the owner Marco, who happened to served us (my family and I dont speak italian, we had a lot of questions and were assisted with each one). The food arrived timely and warm. The location of the restaurant was well and the decor was cozy, fancy and welcoming. Many local products are used in the dishes, which I can personally appreciate. All in all, I would recommend dining at Gur.me and will personally do so again if I visit Viterbo some day in the future. Tasty greetings!

The home made desserts created by Chef Stefania will accompany you with sweetness at the end of your dinner giving you the unexpected desire to return the next day to try and be surprised by new flavors (this is what happened to me to my partner) the restaurant as well as offering a sublime culinary choice offers its customers a very wide choice of wines from all over the world expertly combined by the somelier Marco. If you pass by Viterbo you cannot not try the delights of “L’angoletto della Luce”.

Abbiamo cenato per due sere consecutive in questo bel ristorante che ci aveva attirato dall”esterno per un bel cortile proprio in centro città! Mangiato benissimo con entrecote e taleggio più cicoria…

Ristorante molto carino, location elegante ma informale, propone piatti tipici della cucina locale ma rivisitati in chiave moderna con accostamenti degli ingredienti bene bilanciati tra il gusto, sapore e impiattamento. Lo chef è molto brava, veramente all'altezza delle proposte. Buona la carta dei vini, di cui molti della zona, con prezzi adeguati al prodotto. Siamo andati leggendo le recensioni positive nonché su indicazione di un amico. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Gli stringozzi erano decisamente fantastici, come l'antipasto di baccalà. Il proprietario è molto cortese e attento nel descrivere e presentare i piatti, tutti molto interessanti. Il prezzo è decisamente giusto per la qualità servita.

Very nice atmosphere with a kind and helpful staff but defiantly on the more expensive side. Protein dishes are too small to be alone and cost 12-20 euros. As an American student it's a little out of my range to return but the food was good.

Posto carino ma poco attenti.... Abbiamo ordinato, ho chiesto un antipasto che non è mai arrivato perché a detta loro non avevano capito.. Il primo buonissimo, i tortiglioni con gamberi e crostacei buonissimi, il ripieno sapeva di mare , la pasta fresca , la cottura giusta. Il risotto antica tradizione, sapevano di ben poco. La tagliata non aveva alcun sapore, i funghi pochi rispetto alla carne e anche questi non sapevano affatto di porcini . Mentre la faraona buona ben cotta buono l abbinamento con la salsa. Anche qui hanno dimenticato il contorno che avevamo chiesto.. Dato che il posto alla fine è carino dovrebbero assumere personale in più anche se il locale era quasi vuoto i tempi di attesa troppo lunghi. I prezzi non sono rapportati alla qualità

Ciao amici viaggiatori, Seguendo TA abbiamo optato per questa vineria ristorante per pranzo e ci ha lasciati soddisfatti a metà. Prenotiamo tramite the fork segnalando una ricorrenza e al nostro arrivo non sembrava che se lo aspettassero.. il locale è molto bello e curato, veniamo fatti accomodare in un comodo tavolo e la gentile cameriera ci porta del pane caldo davvero niente male. Optiamo per un tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi del posto che non era male, anche se abbiamo dovuto chiedere la spiegazione di cosa ci fosse nel piatto.. la nota dolente arriva coi secondi: filetto di branzino onesto ma le due tagliate, seppur ben cotte come richiesto, non erano il massimo.. probabilmente il taglio non era dei migliori, in quanto la carne era un po’ grassa e venosa. Optiamo per due calici di vino ma, nonostante sia un enoteca aveva solamente una variante di rosso e una di bianco disponibile.. le altre indicate sulla lavagna erano finite.. bah.. Rapporto qualità prezzo a nostro avviso non molto proporzionato.

Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and attentive waiter, we were a little disappointed by the lack of a receipt (which we could have asked for) to understand how much we spent on wine and water. We also didn't appreciate the truffle much, but if avoided, it still left a quality dish. We ate two cuts of meat, both tender, well-cooked and treated very well... overall, adding a butter and anchovy appetizer, a side dish, a dessert, two glasses of rosé and a water, the quality/price ratio is fair. €93

The food is fantastic, compliments to Chef, even the dishes are very small like in French restaurants, but the service has to be significantly improved for the level the place pretends for. They forgot to bring a small birthday cake with a candle I asked wishing to make a surprise for my husband, after having waited for 15 minutes we left and Maitre didn't even apologize, he was too busy with other Guests. Disappointing!

I understand why there was still room here and the others were full. The location is nice (a nice, well-maintained bathroom). The welcome at the entrance was smiling and very friendly from the wait staff. While receiving smiles is always a wonderful thing, the wait staff, consisting of two waiters, pestered us every three seconds throughout the entire meal with "Everything okay? / How did it go?" Insistently and insistently, but one can't respond badly, but really pathetically, instead of all this fuss, I suggest: don't make us wait so long for the courses to be served, but above all: each course was of minimal quantities (€12 for an "appetizer" that was an empty plate with 3 small pieces that would have been fine with toothpicks; a "lasagna" that was small circles of puff pastry with only melted cheese inside (what is that?); for dessert (€9, so more expensive than usual) I ordered the pastiera: (they brought a plate with -not even- a normal slice on it, no!, half of a half slice, a morsel! Served with a spoon, not a fork, which disintegrated instantly)! For two glasses of wine recommended by the super-smiling waiter, €18 (at this point I would have bought the bottle, right?) All nonsense, in short, lots of fuss, lots of "is everything okay?" to eat air and spend €80 (And I spent the same €80 at another restaurant, which was also upscale.) I recommend lowering the prices or ordering more substantial dishes.

A negative experience due to a few factors. First, the lack of tablecloths on the plywood tables, despite the venue's supposedly high-end appearance, leaves much to be desired. Second, the endless waits for each course and the constant repetition of requests for water or other small items. But the most serious thing, in my opinion, is that the menu doesn't include a wine list; it just says "ask the staff." It's a shame the staff "forgets" to tell you that the recommended wine costs more than the meal, only finding out when you go to pay. Congratulations again for the service.
