We stopped by for a visit, and I doubt there's a better place in the area. A must-visit. Great food, service, and above all, very welcoming. For four, we ordered a variety of croquettes and Iberian ham as starters, delicious. For starters, a ribeye steak and spectacular braised oxtail left us delighted. To finish, we had four delicious homemade desserts. The bill was about €45 per person (€180 total). Without a doubt, if we ever return, we'll come here again.
We came to try the ribeye, which was very good, medium rare, but given the quality of the meat, it wasn't a problem. The ribeye comes with potatoes and roasted peppers. To whet your appetite, a good gilda!!! For dessert, gozua to share, so far the best we've had in the area.
We went at noon, but the dining room was packed (it happened to be a holiday, which we didn't know), so we had a spectacular octopus pintxo. We made a reservation so we could go for dinner, and everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the dishes—all 10/10. Our favorites were the cod croquettes, the soup, and the baby squid. The goxua was the first one we tried, so we have no idea; it was good, but it wasn't our favorite dessert. The atmosphere was incredible, the place was beautiful, and the waiters were very friendly and pleasant. We also want to highlight the kindness of the woman in the kitchen preparing the pintxos. When we were lost in the morning because we didn't know who to ask for directions to the dining room or where to leave our glasses and octopus pintxo plate, she helped us with a warm smile. We would definitely return.
One day, while strolling through the streets of Vitoria, I happened upon this restaurant by chance, and its facade caught my eye. I decided to look it up, and it didn't take long to arrive. Two of us went for dinner, and we loved everything about it. The service, the food, the atmosphere... We don't usually order salads wherever we go, but this one caught our attention. The cod and potato salad was definitely a hit. The oxtail and sirloin were breathtaking, and of course, the typical Basque dessert, goxua, couldn't be missed! Definitely a place to return to and a must-visit in Vitoria!
A magnificent experience. We were a group of 11, and they placed us in a room just for us. The staff's attention was exquisite from the moment we arrived until we left. And the food was excellent, from the starters to the meat and fish dishes, with no excessive pauses between courses and everything served at once. Highly recommended. At €70 per person (not cheap) it includes drinks, desserts, and coffee. But it was well worth it.
Reservations are necessary. We found the set menu a bit too large, so we opted to share several starters and then move on to the ribeye steak. We ordered a ribeye for two, as recommended by the waitress, and it was a fantastic choice. The artichokes with ham and truffle purée were spectacular, and the peppers and cod salad in pil pil sauce were very good. The beef was excellent; we ordered it rare and loved it. It comes sliced into strips with coarse salt, accompanied by roasted potatoes and piquillo peppers. All washed down with a Remelluri, always a great choice. The homemade desserts were fantastic. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place.
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, with a traditional style that exudes warmth and makes you feel comfortable. I ordered seafood and it was delicious, with the dishes well prepared and cooked to perfection, and the freshness was evident in every bite. The fish and shellfish had a natural flavor, without being overdone, which I quite liked. The service was pleasant, with friendly and prompt service. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a recommendable place to enjoy good food.
Everything is simply delicious. Excellent presentation. Local flavors. Professional and friendly service. I 100% recommend eating there. Unbeatable value for money. Excellent wine list, including the Txakolis. The cheesecake is delicious. The price is truly more than compensated by the flavor, quality, and service.
We ate as a couple; the tables are spacious, the ambiance is reminiscent of an old tavern, and every wall exudes history. The service was phenomenal; the staff was very attentive and polite at all times. For our meal, we opted for the Txangurro (spider crab) and Galician-style octopus as starters, and the lobster rice as our main course. The portions were generous, especially the rice. Although you're in Vitoria and it's more typical to choose meat dishes in the area, we have to say they were exceptional. The price is fair; you pay for what you get considering the high quality. The bill came to €60 per person. Definitely worth repeating and sharing!
We took the opportunity to celebrate an important date for us. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere is unbeatable. The staff are amazing. The food was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Don't hesitate.
A beautiful, old-fashioned place with delicious pintxos and recommended croquettes.
An emblematic, busy place with excellent service and very elaborate pintxos... excellent place
Spectacular place for the atmosphere and the food.
Good service. Large wine cellar and even better atmosphere. The place is like stepping into a medieval bar, impressive. Super appetizing tapas and wines.
We were treated to a txuleton menu and were very pleased. The menu was delicious, the service was splendid. Everything was perfect, and we look forward to coming back.
An AUTHENTIC place.
Very good service and good wines. We nibbled on truffle leeks with ham and tempura suckling pig bites at the bar. Delicious.
Excellent food and very friendly service.
In an unforgettable setting thanks to its long-standing restaurant, there's a corner for romantic dinners featuring home-cooked food and delicious culinary delights.
Absolutely fantastic! A charming restaurant located in the heart of Vitoria. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire menu, with its wide variety of dishes. I highly recommend it!
Wonderful Typical of cities
Absolutely delicious food, the service was excellent, atmosphere even better. Must book in advance, has a little bar at the bottom of the restaurant, really nice place!
Excellent atmosphere and menu
BRUTAL. Everything was perfect. Food, service, the restaurant itself, the wine list... Definitely a good place to come back. A sure bet.
A beautiful place for dinner in the city center. Delicious food and excellent service.
the place is amazing and full of history. the food is outstanding!! I think the service is a bit slow but it's such a nice place, come with time and it'll be good
Everything was excellent: the service, the location, the atmosphere, the food, and the preparation. We ordered the menestra (you have to share it since it's so filling) and it was a great choice, as it was exquisite; it's been a long time since we've had a menestra of this quality and flavor. For the main course, we had hake stuffed with spider crab and shrimp... and slow-cooked, grilled ribs (everything delicious). For dessert, we had cheesecake, which we found most bland. The price was ridiculous considering the quality of the product. It's a shame we didn't come on a Thursday because they have steak days until December, and it definitely makes us want to come back. The gluten-free bread is also among the best we've tried. Congratulations to your kitchen and your staff. 🙏🏽🙌🏼👏🏽
Great tapas and beautiful decor.
Dream restaurant, exceptional food, we will definitely return, super nice waiters and super attentive waitresses.
Delicious food and very friendly service. It's a shame we didn't have a reservation and had to eat on the terrace. Reservations are essential. Highly recommended.
We're visiting Vitoria, and I was looking at restaurants. This place caught my attention because of its medieval style. If I'm not mistaken, it's from the 15th century. The food was delicious and the service was magnificent. We're very happy with this restaurant.
As always, spectacular!!
I forgot to take more photos, but I'll leave you with the dessert one. We chose the Toast menu (a classic). You start with a glass of cava to toast, which really whets your appetite... From there, they bring out the starters little by little. Ham with delicious toasted bread and olive oil. Assorted croquettes. Prawns. A crab-stuffed shell, and a cod salad. The main course includes two dishes: half a turbot and a small portion of sirloin. In our case, they were wonderful, and we switched dessert for one from another menu (giving advance notice). Definitely a place we'll return to often. It never fails.
Everything was perfect! The house is spectacular, and the food is also top-notch. Perfect for family enjoyment.
EVERYTHING was delicious. The restaurant was very nice, and the service was fast and efficient. One of the waitresses who served us seemed new, but she was SUPER professional, very friendly, and pleasant. I'll list the dishes in the photos in order. The first four were half-portions to share. 1. Salmon and tuna carpaccio with citrus fruits 2. Sirloin carpaccio with Idiazabal cheese and pistachios 3. Foie gras with red fruit jam and walnut toast 4. Baked spider crab 5. Baby squid in its ink with white rice 6. Fresh foie gras on a bed of mushrooms, spring onions, and baby potatoes Modena 7. Grilled beef fillet with baby potatoes and peppers 8. Goxua 9. Pantxineta with vanilla ice cream 10. Milk chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream. One of those places you have to come back to because they never disappoint. A huge drawback is that it doesn't have any type of adaptation for people with reduced mobility. A shame.
A very pleasant and quiet place in the upstairs dining room. The service was perfect, very friendly and attentive at all times. It's not a cheap place, but in my opinion, the value for money is worth it.
A beautiful place with a medieval atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was also very attentive. We were surprised by the price because we expected it to be more expensive, but although it's not the cheapest, the value is very good. It's true that we ordered three starters and a main course to share between four, and we were very satisfied.
A great place to sample local produce prepared to the highest standards.
I really liked the pinchos. The ham croquette was spectacular.
We had an amazing dinner during our stay in Vitoria. We got some hammon as starter and it was delicious. Later followed by two massive steaks with potatoes and peppers. The meat was cooked really well and the quality was honestly great. Desserts were good, not amazing but typical so just not really our taste. Only “bad thing” (our fault for not looking at the website) is the fact that if you want the full menu you have to book it at least two days in advance so just be prepared.
Wonderful place, in the center of Vitoria. Building with history.
Picturesque place, very good service and high quality food, spectacular suckling lamb!!!!
Excellent setting, excellent location, excellent service and excellent food.
Everything was great, a highly recommended restaurant for both dinner and tapas.
Everything was perfect, the Gasteiz tasting menu was excellent and the service was top-notch.
Vitoria's oldest restaurant deserves special mention. Located in a 15th-century building in the heart of the historic center, it exudes the atmosphere of that era. Time seems to have stood still. Both the service and the food were exquisite, making it highly recommended.
What pintxos!
We ate pintxos because the restaurant, where we'd already eaten before, was full. I couldn't say whether we'd had a better meal à la carte or with the pintxos. Different ways to enjoy Portalón cuisine, but equally good. It's worth it.
Basque cuisine restaurant, a former 15th-century post house Set in medieval times Exquisitely prepared dishes and a wide variety of meat and fish Highly recommended
Very delicious food and spectacular surroundings
A beautifully curated restaurant in a unique setting. Excellent service and quality food. We ordered off-menu dishes: white beans with clams and wild sole. Excellent products and well-prepared.
The place is very cozy and comfortable. It's beautiful, and they have a wine cellar that's a must-visit. The waiter was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The food is exquisite, both the tapas, the wine, and the portions. They cater perfectly to vegans. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it. I would definitely go back on my next trip and I highly recommend it. You have to try the octopus!
Great place to eat...very welcoming to meet, attentive staff.
We sampled the Gasteiz menu and everything was exquisite. Perfectly cooked. Delicious. We'll definitely be back.
Very cozy, good food, and great service. A great restaurant.
We had a great meal! Everything on the menu was delicious and the portions were generous.
A must see in Gasteiz. Delicious food , welcoming Restaurant Team with Aitor and his colleagues . The soup and the cider were delicious . The tomato salad 🥗 with fresh local tomatoes
Vitoria is a must-stop if you're having tapas. The variety and quality of the toasts and croquettes are exquisite. I fell in love with the octopus one.
Delicious food, good quality ingredients, and it shows. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth it. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. The restaurant itself is very, very nice. I always recommend it.
The building's beauty and history alone make it worth a visit. In my case, I only had a few pintxos, but it also has a dining room. I loved what I tried, and it's a must-see.
An incredible, beautiful place. From the 15th century. Fair service, they're on the run, they didn't say good afternoon when they approached our table. The toast menu is adequate, without great pretensions.
A historic restaurant in the center of Vitoria (founded over 500 years ago) that's worth a visit. Another place recommended to us by some women from a butcher shop in the Vitoria Food Market. We went on a Thursday at lunchtime, and it really had a super-calm atmosphere... which, frankly, is what's most appreciated these days with so much hustle and bustle and rowdiness. We ordered the half-sized crab, grilled wild turbot, and the cheesecake for dessert, and everything was exquisite. For drinks, we had a white txacolí called Eukeni, which was delicious, and for dessert, we had a delicious Asturian cider. The restaurant is beautiful, and I would gladly return. The only thing I would say is that it took a while to bring our food, since the restaurant wasn't packed, as it can be on a weekend. A very nice place to eat and visit 😉
A 15th-century house converted into a restaurant. A grand manor house with staff dressed in local regional costume. Lunch is available from the set menu or à la carte. The service is exquisite. We had a carpaccio of beef tenderloin with Idiazabal cheese and Arbequina olive oil, extraordinary. And for main course, a beef entrecote and hake kokotxas in pil pil sauce. A true delicacy. Simply delicious. For dessert, we had "Panxineta" and "Gochua," typical of the area.
A very good restaurant. Starting with the building, the attention, the service, and the dishes... a ten out of ten.
An incredible place to taste the most succulent dishes of Basque cuisine. A marvel.
Excellent The smell, the presentation, the flavor are spectacular.
The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, the food is very good, and the restaurant upstairs is very quiet. I highly recommend it.
Highly recommended! The service was 10/10! The waitress with the red hair was amazing! The food was excellent, I especially recommend the cod fritters! A delicacy! The place is very charming and cozy, perfect for a couple!
Excellent grilled vegetables. Spectacular foie gras stuffed trotters. The service was absolutely professional.
A very charming place with good food
Perfect restaurant in Vitoria. If you want a good meal, come to Portalón. Very friendly and helpful service. We will definitely return.
Great place with fine food. We had a perfect dinner.
RESTAURANT EL PORTALON. VITORIA-GASTEIZ. BASQUE COUNTRY. A 15th-century coaching inn. At the foot of the Old Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Santa María. Located on Correría Street, it is one of Vitoria-Gasteiz's most iconic buildings. The grand entrance gate, which gives it the nickname "El Portalón" (The Big Gate), served as an access point for carriages and a storage area for goods. They offer a variety of menus, ranging from €28.60 for children to €99 for a wedding menu. We had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious tasting menu of Basque cuisine. The experience is enhanced by wine, but also more expensive, and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. On another occasion, for dinner, we sampled their magnificent pintxos and tapas, which were much more affordable and varied. The atmosphere is special, almost medieval. The setting is fantastic. Very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended. I like it.
Highly recommended. Excellent food. Good service.
We chose a set menu. Everything was exquisite. The staff and the place were fantastic. It's a place we'll definitely return to.
Very good restaurant, good food and good service 👌
Lamb and lobster salad was sensational
Delicious food and spectacular service. I'll come back again and again.
Very good food and pintxos, attentive service. The dishes came out late compared to the side dishes. A good dessert.
Everything is exquisite. A must-see.
Very nice, old place, very good service and very good food.
My partner and I went to try the Portalón menu and we were very happy. The service was excellent, the place itself is beautiful, and the food was delicious. The sirloin steak was outstanding...spectacular!! It melted in my mouth. A place to return to and recommend.
Cuisine, atmosphere, attention and unbeatable service.
Beauty and taste!!!!
It's said to be the oldest restaurant in Vitoria. When you go through the majestic gate, you find a medieval version that resembles a Castilian inn due to its decor. We were told that reservations were required, but there were very few tables occupied and only one waiter. He was well-versed in the menu to advise us: spider crab to share, baby squid in its own ink, and delicious grilled monkfish. For dessert, we had the typical pantxineta and goxua. It's not cheap, but everything was exquisite. A great choice.
A very central location next to the cathedral, set in an old medieval mansion. Very nicely decorated, very clean, and the service was excellent: fast, friendly, and very professional. The food was very good, with the fish cooked to perfection. The price was excessive, but reasonable for what they serve and reasonable for the establishment it is. I recommend it.
Lovely place. Excellent food and great service.
Good place to eat dinner. You can start first with some pintxos and a glass of wine. Then the restaurant menu us great.
First visit and a very good experience. Excellent service, a quiet atmosphere in the third-floor dining room, no noise. As for the menu, the cod salad was spectacular, the croquettes offered a good variety—porcini, ham, squid in its ink, and spider crab—and the ribeye steak, served with potatoes and Padrón peppers, was cooked to perfection. I recommend the Ramoncisimo dessert; they've been making it for 40 years, there must be a reason...it's delicious. The only thing I found a bit small was the bread portion, but otherwise, it was wonderful.
The place is truly beautiful, great for a couple. They have various menus, but I recommend not missing the octopus. It's best to make a reservation because it fills up quickly.
Quality product and good service
Incredible restaurant, with exquisite medieval ornamentation. We ordered a Gasteiz menu and it was spectacular. I give it 4 stars because a restaurant of that level cannot afford to have the men's bathroom so incredibly dirty, with vomit on the floor and full of filth.
There's a terrace, but the interior is lovely. There's a wine cellar on the first floor with sofas, where you can have a drink and snack in privacy.
A charming place. An old inn.
The place is a 15th-century building, so it's very pretty, and the service and food are spectacular. There's a bar at the entrance where you can have aperitifs. Try the house vermouth, I'm sure you'll like it (I'm not a vermouth drinker, but I really liked it). You can buy bottles. The only downside: it was hot.
Cozy place, very good dishes and unbeatable service....
The location is simply incomparable, the food delicious, the service hard to beat, and the price in line with what is offered.
Restaurant with medieval decor, excellent service and very, very good food (we ordered ribeye and entrecote).
Good service, good food, pleasant atmosphere in a historic house
A beautiful place, you can feel its tradition, the value of the building that houses it. Very tasty food, well prepared with adequate quantities. Medium-high prices. Maybe it was a little chilly in the restaurant during service, but I suppose that's a matter of taste.
Excellent place and spectacular bull's tail.
Excellent service, product, quality-price... We had the toast menu and it was a success. We will definitely return. The staff was wonderful. Congratulations.
A classic in the city. The restaurant itself is a 15th-century portal, well-preserved, with a lovely wine cellar. The interior is fitting, though not particularly luxurious. The chairs are somewhat uncomfortable. The service was adequate, though a bit slow; our meal took two hours. The food was the highlight. We had a set menu, very traditional, without any frills or originality. Everything was tasty, though the fish was a bit dry for our taste. You always expect a little more from restaurants like this, especially from dessert. The ice cream was very basic.
Very cozy place, especially in winter. The service and food were good. I'll be back if I'm in the area.
An impressive bar-restaurant located in a stunning old inn opposite the old Cathedral. It has a tapas bar at the entrance, a wine cellar area where you can enjoy wines, and the restaurant on the first floor. The tapas aren't among the best in Vitoria, but the visit to the building alone is worth it.
A beautiful and beautifully decorated building. We couldn't eat even though the restaurant only had one table occupied because we didn't have a reservation, which was a shame. We had some pintxos to eat and left, continuing to leave tables empty. I don't understand this way of operating.
Located in a building dating back to the 15th century, El Portalón has a lot of medieval character to pair with it’s delicious dishes. I enjoyed the cultural history, ambiance and food. However, the waitress was quite disrespectful to our (appropriately behaved, spanish-speaking, hungry) group of six. She had three other people besides ourselves in the dining room, yet was neglectful, forgetful, and unfriendly. Our food came out at completely different times, with several of us having entirely finished our meals before the rest of the main dishes came out. The food was good and I would recommend visiting - but the service was subpar for the price, to say the least.
Walking through the city, we found El Portón. It was 12 noon, but the tapas caught our attention, so we made a stop! They were super-prepared and super-delicious! They had room for us to eat 😭😭
Nice place to eat some tapas, cozy and also many tables. What I liked the most were the octopus skewers that are very good and the star skewer also good service, fast and also with an area like a wine cellar above. There were more but I couldn't go. It's good, it's recommended.
Magical place
We tried the Toast menu, which wasn't bad, but I was hoping for something better. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Well I thought it was something else a little disappointed
A place with a long tradition, with the feel of an inn, full of details and medieval decor evoking battles and ancient noble families of the area. We sat in a small room with a few tables and ate leisurely (they have larger rooms and banquet halls, which are more popular). Highlights included the Txuletón and the bonito hijada, both delicious, accompanied by a proper Rioja Alavesa wine. The service was very attentive and discreet. A place to return to, with slightly higher but justified prices. For special occasions (best to book) or to have a pintxo at the bar, which opens onto the street at vermouth time.
I really liked the medieval style of the restaurant, the staff was friendly but very slow. I ordered the octopus dish and it was good, nothing special though. As a main we opted for the turbot (rodaballo), and this is where things started going wrong. Firstly, the waiter was confused about the dish and wasn’t able to answer my questions. Personally, I believe that waiters should have a good understanding of the menu. I wanted to order the whole fish, I was told it would be a fillet which isn’t an issue. We receive our octopus, and a while after that one of the waiters informs me that in the end they’d be able to do the whole fish, meaning that all this time they haven’t even started with cooking the fish. We had to wait for AT LEAST an hour, waiters were very politely kept telling me that it’s a “complicated” dish and that there were some issues in the kitchen. Eventually after having already lost my appetite, we are given the fish. Was it horrible? No. But was it worth 80€ and an hour of my time? Absolutely not. Our lovely day trip in Vitoria unfortunately ended with us being annoyed and feeling robbed.
A place with a long history, a reputation, and a location in the center of Vitoria-Gasteiz's old town. The truth is, I was quite disappointed by the value for money and the lack of vegetarian options (just one plate of grilled vegetables and red crystal peppers for starters). Even though I asked when booking if there were vegetarian options, the answer was yes, no problem. The portions were small for the starters and average for the main courses. The waiters wear Basque clothing, I gather (see photos), and it's a restaurant that serves traditional food, but not as famous as one of the best restaurants in Vitoria. Without a doubt, the best thing about it is the architecture and renovation of the building, which is emblematic of the city. The service was good, but nothing special. The tables were difficult to seat everyone at once... Details that don't fit in a place with such a reputation, in short.
Good food, high price, bad treatment
We had five people for lunch on a Saturday in mid-February. The place is impressive, in the middle of the medieval town and beautifully restored. We've been there several times. We ordered dishes from the menu to share. We were served by a very polite lady, but we did ask her questions, but she didn't help us at all with our choice of dishes. The carpaccio was good. The cod salad was also good. We didn't like the spider crab. The rice soup was very good, although there was only half a lobster, so we thought it was a bit sparse. The turbot was good, but it didn't catch our attention at all. The txuleton was super good; it came with flavorful peppers and potatoes that arrived cold and a bit overcooked, a shame. The desserts were all very good. It's been a while since we've been here, and based on previous experiences and the price, we expected more. We paid €65 per person.
Sunday lunch. We had a 3 o'clock lunch reservation. We weren't told anything over the phone when we made the reservation, but when we were already seated, the waitress told us that because we were going to eat at that time, they were out of lamb, turbot, and some other items. That's why we didn't give it 5 stars, as this could have been communicated at the time of booking. "Just so you know, by that time there might be X items out." In a restaurant of this type, we consider this a rather serious flaw. Otherwise, everything was very good, the service was prompt and correct, and the food was delicious. The lobster rice soup (à la carte) is a highlight. The place is very pretty and quaint, with an old-fashioned feel.
Too expensive for the food we had. The place is impressive and the service is up to par, but the food was lacking in quantity and in some cases in quality (the turbot was undercooked and not very good). A bittersweet experience...

Giving it one star is too generous. Since the change in management, it's gone downhill fast. We went on November 21st for tapas. We ordered three dishes: Iberian ham, fried squid, and entrecote. To our surprise, the ham wasn't Iberian at all—it was incredibly salty, with no marbling. We complained, and the waiter told us that Iberian ham wasn't allowed in the tapas section. (But it was listed on the tapas menu!). He took the dish away and brought another, which wasn't anything to write home about, to be honest. But then the bill arrived... My daughter looked at it and saw that the entrecote, instead of €23, was €27.50. And they remade the bill because we complained, and they didn't seem to care. And for the third course, the fried squid (€13.50), they also overcharged us (€14.80). In no time, we had two bills, the one for the initial complaint and the one after complaining. Bills on demand? As you realize it? And on top of that, the staff were incredibly rude. One said the gentleman was right... Another said the menu was wrong... Another told us to leave and talk to the owner... A disaster. I asked to speak to the owner. They told me Monday at 8 pm. I think it was just to get me to leave. Because he didn't show up on Monday either. A phone call, claiming everything was fine, although it's true they changed prices four months ago, and that some menus are outdated, and that they buy two types of ham... Shameful. Everything was awful, and the restaurant was so poorly represented... It's El Portalón, not Casa Paco (and I say this with all due respect to Casa Paco, because I'm sure they would have been more empathetic and handled it better). I've attached the letter and invoices (the invoices are dated five minutes apart: before and after the complaint). This was a disaster. We will never return or recommend this place. Not everything is acceptable. After 30 years of eating here and celebrating family events (which we haven't done for the last few years), it's time to say enough is enough.
Very nice restaurant, but we can't comment on the food quality since we weren't able to have dinner. We booked online for dinner, and when we arrived, they told us our reservation wasn't confirmed. They sent us an email saying they would confirm it shortly, but we never received it. We were disappointed.
