A morning coffee spot with excellent service from the waitress and excellent coffee preparation. Several breakfast options include a sandwich or different styles of potato omelets, and the prices are very affordable. The place is very spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a great atmosphere.

If you are in Vitoria visit here. Pintxos are wonderful. Meals are incredible. Basically a great place to visit. I live in the US and because of random luck I'm been here like 5 times in the last 10 years and it's great.

The pinchos here are amazing, very close to the city centre and the closes tran stop is less than 2 minutes walking.

Relaxing and peaceful

La comida es buena si vas a por desayunar algo, la variedad de tortillas muy acertadas, los entre panes también. El servicio podría ser mucho mejor, sin embargo la chica que está allí lo intenta un poco más. Van un poco perdidos con lo que te ponen, aun cuando hay poca gente. Relación precio/calidad es muy bueno.

We chose it at the last minute, but it was a great choice and the service was excellent. We had a problem with one of our dishes, but they listened to us immediately and resolved it. The rest of the meal and dessert were delicious. We will be back again. We appreciate such personal and professional service. Thank you very much.

We were a large group (about 40-50 people), and we received first-class service. The menus they prepared for us were excellent... and we had agreed to two days of food (Saturday and Sunday). I recommend it.

Good choice for breakfast. Casta ordered a lovely tortilla and coffee. Modern interior, bright and airey. Lots of terrace seating. Must get hammered when the arena is in action. Sells Amstel beer, not one Casta likes.

Usually nice place with good pintxos. Unfortunately there's a new young waiter who is rude and disrespectful to foreigners who try to speak Spanish. I was shocked and I am not returning back.

Habíamos pedido un menú cerrado para un grupo de personas por motivo de una celebración y la comida, hablando en primera persona, tenía luces y sombras. No habría estado de más haber preguntado antes de servir los platos (sobretodo el entrecotte) si la salsa la queríamos sobre la carne o aparte. El pescado para mí estaba muy seco. El sorbete muy bueno. El revuelto también. Y las croquetas también. La ensaladilla ni fu ni fa. Y el bronce no lo probé, lo siento, no me gusta el chocolate. Lo dicho, luces y sombras. En un futuro es posible que repitamos.

Ambiente: zona buena, aunque las mesas están muy pegadas, con lo que hay que levantar la voz y esquivar muchas sillas y mesas para poder moverse. Servicio: pesimo. Uno de los camareros se le nota que no quiere trabajar. Parco en palabras y además bastante seco, nada recomendable para el trabajo en público. Todas las mesas de la terraza sucias. Otro de los camareros es más simpático. Comida: los pintxos son normales, sin nada a destacar. Calidad: media. Cantidad/calidad/precio: poco aceptable. Aparcamiento: parking de pago cerca y en la calle zona de pago. Espera para mesa/reserva: en un principio poca espera. Bastante sitio en terraza, al igual que en el interior. Pagar con tarjeta: si es posible. Recomendación: 4/10 Si te ha servido mi publicacion, dadle al me gusta. Gracias

Atención pésima. El local en si está bien, es amplio y bien decorado, pero la persona que me atendió un verdadero maleducado, desinteresado.... Ni buenos días al entrar, mala cara atendiéndome, gestos.... Una situación muy desagradable. En cuanto a los desayunos, el café sabe mal, las tostadas que a priori son de pan pan están más duras que una piedra, el tomate lo ponen milimetrado y la tonalidad del mismo me genera desconfianza, el zumo estaría bien si se tratara de un chupito ya que el tamaño del vaso es de risa... En fin, una experiencia de lo más desagradable, le daría otra oportunidad de no haber sido por el trato recibido, desde luego no pienso volver. Para desayunar, tenéis enfrente el bar 2, ahí se está de maravilla, lastima que estaba cerrado y tuve que venir a este.

I'm giving it 1 star because there aren't any 0. Friday, 9 p.m.: Empty bar (of food and people) and waiters with little desire to work... We had a hard time finding something for dinner because they had only a few items on the menu, and we had to remember what we ordered because they hadn't written it down... We ordered something quickly and went somewhere else. It's a shame what this place was like years ago with Pablo in charge and what it is now.
