The menu was as delicious and complete as ever. In my opinion, it offers the best quality/price ratio in Vitoria. It's a shame they don't offer the delicious cheesecake daily for dessert. I was disappointed today; I wasn't hungry anymore, but we always make room for it. We'll be back and we always recommend it. Keep up the good work!

Choosing to have lunch or dinner at Raíz is a guaranteed success. We've been several times, and being served by the same waitresses who served us over 10 years ago is a real treat. The menu is varied and delicious. The pergola is very versatile, but the interior dining room is also very welcoming. We'll definitely be back any other day; any excuse is a good one.

I love the set menu. I've been several times and it's always been great. If there are two of you, you can choose four dishes from the list. The quantity is generous, the quality is very good, and the service is excellent. And of course, I'll be back, no doubt about it.

We like trying new places, and this was one to keep on our list. We'd heard great things about it, and we left delighted. Very good food, and the staff was very professional and attentive. Highlights: We were very surprised by the fried tiger. I don't remember ever having a fried tiger. Just the right amount of batter, it wasn't heavy. It wasn't like other fried restaurants where the batter is heavy and there's too much dough. The filling was very good. The empanadas were delicious, the shredded meat inside was wonderful. I took a photo of the inside because it was so juicy, not dry at all. The salad has a very unusual presentation and is incredible. The chicken was perfect, not dry at all. And the natural yogurt ice cream was so flavorful. We ate from the weekend menu, but we were surprised by the portions of potatoes and ham toast. We'll go back to try the fries; they looked amazing... We ate: salad, 2 empanadas, 2 tigers, half a chicken, dessert for two, and coffees, and it came to less than 25 euros per person.

We'd heard great things about this restaurant, and it was truly better than expected. All the dishes were excellent, and the starters surprised us: burrata, artichoke flowers, and potato millefeuille. A wide selection of wines and beers... The staff was very attentive, and the decor was modern and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

100% memorable. It's best to book and specify a quiet table when booking. We got one next to the bar, and there were five of us. One of us had to sit right next to people who were drinking, with waiters passing by... and it was a bit uncomfortable. Regarding the food, the puff pastry and the swordfish were a must. The rest of the dishes were also very good, including the desserts. Regarding drinks, they didn't charge us for water. The service and the waiters were very friendly. Regarding the price, we thought it was fair for what they offered; it came to around €25-30 per person.

Un buen sitio para comer, un domingo pidiendo a la carta, sin vino, solo cervezas, te sale por unos 35€ por persona, con un buen servicio. No hay que fijarse en el detalle si no en el conjunto, lo comento porque cobran la ración de pan a 1,5€, y son 3 rebanadas. Todo muy rico, y muy recomendable

The food was exceptional, but I think they're understaffed to offer the menu as they do (four courses to share instead of two each) and to serve both the terrace and the interior. Waiting five minutes between courses is unacceptable. Not bringing water when you ask for more is also a mistake. The desserts weren't bad, but you have to remember you're paying €16 per person!

Fuimos un domingo con reserva previa, solo habia disponiblidad en terraza y aceptamos. Llegamos y nos dio la sensacion de estar algo apretujados porque una mesa se habia movido en direccion a al estufa acapando nuestro sitio (ibamos con carrito). Pedimos tigres de bogavante y kimuchi de vieira que estaban bien (los he comido mejores en otro restaurante mas centrico), y unas alcachofas con panceta joselito fuera de carta . Los tacos estaban riquisimos, y la espada. El steak tartar el faltaba un punch de aluño, aun asi ls carne era espectacular. La tarta de nutella muy rica si eres un amante del chocolate. Solo volveria a probar la opción de menú del día. En cuanto al servicio me gusto que dijesen el precio de las cosas que hay fuera de carta, pero las camareras me parecieron un poco secas.

No puedo decir que haya estado mal la comida pero si hay varios puntos a mejorar. Las verduras en tempura estaban ricas pero aceitosas, con quitarles un poco aceite mejorarían mucho. El pollo estaba bastante seco por dentro yo creo que por estar demasiado hecho. En cambio la ensaladilla si que me ha gustado, con un toque picante y diferente. En mi opinión los platos están bien, pero a falta de un último toque que terminaría de rematarlos.

My neighborhood bar/restaurant, a special place. Good food, good atmosphere... it was always good, but lately it seems like you owe them something when you go... You call to order a burger, and other times they told me before 10, but when you call before that time it's because they've already started serving, even if it's 9... excuses! It seems like they don't want you to order takeout, especially not for a burger, which, by the way, we go to because it's delicious... The food is a 10, in general, and we've been many times. The service used to be better, now it seems like you're bothering them... bad looks, they make you feel uncomfortable even if you're just picking up your order... I remember when Gorka was there, it was different! There's too much nonsense... I know what the restaurant is... a quiet, intimate place, but even if you're just passing through, as was my case (I was picking up my order), the atmosphere is strange. What a shame! One of the best in Zabalgana, but lately they've become very "stuck-up".
