Hannah and Ashley were awesome! They were quick, attentive, and genuinely cool the whole time. They kept everything moving without rushing us and made sure we were taken care of. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about the experience. Definitely made the visit better.

As non wacoians it’s been hard to find great restaurants all around. We’ve now visited La Fiesta 3x and each time is amazing! Service is great, everyone is friendly and it’s not a huge party place. Even when they have a full house you still receive amazing service.

I think there's been a revamp of the menu. Food was good, different from what I'm used to, but I still enjoyed my dinner.We ordered the carne guisada, ribeye tacos and chicken fried chicken. Sierra, not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly was our server. She was GREAT, made sure to ask if we were ok very attentive. Very friendly vibe and made us feel right at home. For sure will keep us going back. LOVE IT

Went here with the family last night and this place was better than I expected! I had the Pancho Nachos, and boy were they good! A large portion of cheesy chili con queso, deliciously seasoned ground beef, sour cream, and guacamole. I had a bite of my mom's chicken, spinach & mushroom enchiladas that were cheesy and flavorful, and my dad had the steak fajitas that came out sizzling hot with tender beef that were also cooked and seasoned to perfection. My next meal is gonna be hard to choose since everything was so good! I definitely plan to come back. The famous purple margarita was also a favorite and must try! Our waitress was so sweet and funny (I feel bad that I didn't catch her name). All the staff was friendly and there was no wait on a Monday evening, and the atmosphere was laid back and not too loud. I enjoyed my time here. Give it a try if you haven't already.

EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious 😋 I had the 2 beef enchiladas con carne with refried beans and Mexican rice. The rice was fluffy and light. The enchiladas were packed with flavor. Salsa had a slight kick, which I like. The Pina Colada was smooth and yummy. The waitress was a delight. Wish we had this restaurant in Fort Worth. I guess I will have to make more visits to Waco to indulge in their scrumptious food.

We enjoy the chicken fajita enchiladas so much. And the birria tacos stay moist and juicy if you don't eat them the day you order them. The salsa is always a little disappointing surprisingly. It always tastes a little rancid somehow. Not my favorite. Everything else is always on point though, and I don't think they've ever messed up my delivery order. Thanks for being on DoorDash! What a God send!

Tonight was our first time here and this place is a gold mine. From the initial chips and salsa to the service (our server was Ciera and she took such good care of us), to the special of the day (we both had the chicken enchiladas) everything was so good. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. The beans were so good and the flour tortillas were 🤌. We will 100% absolutely be back.

Great food, great vibes, great wait staff! We had the stuffed cigars and Chile rellenos. Our waitress was absolutely perfect. Her name was Sadie and she knows her stuff! Great service and recommendations -- we had SEVERAL margaritas. Best in town. Not cheap, but the best I've had ever in Waco! Thank you Sadie! We'll be back, girl!!!

Service was slow but nice. Food was ok. Sat outside on the patio. Bathrooms were nice.

Friday night height of dinner. No issue getting seated right away. Server Eric friendly personality without being annoying. Food came out hot, delicious. Had a reasonably priced alcoholic bev and dessert. Most impressive was the teamwork. Server Eric got tasked with a job and 2 other servers made sure the coke glass was filled. You rarely see a place where on a busy Fri night staff have one another’s back. We had an enjoyable dinner out- would take family there for Tex Mex and just a fun environment.

Grew up in Texas. I've been to a million Mexican restaurants. This was the best Mexican food I've ever had. My family agreed. You know the flavorless refried beans that usually come as a side? We were fighting over my son's until he finally tasted it and told us he was going to eat it. That's never happened before. I thought the chili relleno was kind of weird. There was almost a roll around the outside. Way too much bread, like a loaf of bread, bread. I just didn't eat all the bread. Anyway 10 stars out of five! Don't miss this place! Update. Spring 25. This is just meh. I don't know what happened. Maybe changed cooks too many times. Super disappointed to expect to be blown away. However, this has happened to a lot of restaurants, especially Mexican ones. Maybe it got too expensive and they had to switch up ingredients, but I've had better. And I've had better from this very restaurant. Maybe it was an off night. We did all order different things than we did last time. Might find somewhere else next time we hit town.

Fun place - and sour cream chicken enchiladas are to die for!! Decor : Absolutely a nice and clean TexMex environment. Charming spaces and tables are not too close together. Music is softly playing in the background. The bar is large with three TVs. Very warm and inviting. Score: 10 out of 10 Chips: Chips are medium thickness, unsalted, very nice. Score: 7.5 out of 10 Salsa: Salsa has a beautiful traditional tomato based flavor medium on the spicing and low heat - flavorful. Score: 9 out of 10 Chicken Quesadilla w/ onions & peppers: Skip this one. The chicken is absolutely bone dry, tough, and overcooked. The peppers and onions are beautifully sautéed al dente and the cheese veg and meat ratios are proportional. Score: 2 out of 10 Guacamole: Very nice, but had bit of saltiness to the point I could not enjoy it. (Note: I also don’t use much salt myself, so the average person may not even notice it.) Score: 2 out of 10 Beef Enchilada with chili con Carne sauce: Good portion. Meat is moist, not greasy, but also not seasoned very much. The chili carne sauce was nice but had a bit of sweetness (possibly sugar added). Was enjoyable, but not outstanding. Score: 7 out of 10 Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada: Amazing! Outstanding! Absolutely get some! The chicken is extremely moist, absolutely perfect seasoning with just a gentle hint of heat. The sauce has a beautiful tang from the sour cream and the correct consistency. Good portion. Can’t wait to come back and have them again. Score: 10 out of 10 Server (CiCi) Absolutely wonderful. Very attentive refresh my drink without me asking for it and very courteous. Score: 10 out of 10 Overall Score: 7.5 But for the guacamole and quesadilla issues, score would be 9 out of 10. DEFINITELY go for the Sour Cream Enchiladas!!!! I’ll be back for those!

The food was good and the flavor was plentiful. Service was ok. Forgot the queso then brought yellow instead of white. The street taco, beans and rice were very flavorful. The quesidilla Birria was full of meat but I thought light on cheese. The sour cream, pico and quac were great flavor additions. Overall it was a good tex Mex meal and we both left full.

Plenty of parking. Dining area and bar look nice and the place is clean and has enjoyable ambience. The servers are good and the menu has plenty of options with daily specials easy to identify. The food is a subjective thing, but it was just okay. The ground beef has a very "artificial seasoning" taste but the chicken was better. Back to the beef, it is ground so fine like sand and honestly reminds me of Taco Bell beef except more granular and not as tasty (can't believe taco Bell beef tastes better). Chip and cold salsa were fine. Overall this place is just fine but not somewhere I would rush to go back.

I did not like this restaurant. The tortilla soup was served luke warm and was mostly onion. I was also not a fan of the chips or my margarita. I ordered the skinny and it had a 'fake' flavor. The vibe was like the old Isle of Capri casino meets country.
