Very Relaxed environment, casual, Homely, so you get wonderful service from attentive wait staff. I have many allergies(chicken, nuts, dairy, & pork) yet I was able to enjoy the most delicious Ramen ever! Substituted with vegetable broth, with a refreshing Soju on the side & all was perfect. Highly recommend.

Red miso ramen is so good! Broth is rich and flavorful. I suggest just getting the mild spiciness and fatty pork for the meat!

The server was great and extremely friendly. Food tastes very fresh and hot. Ramen was not too salty perfect for slurping down the broth and the takoyaki was perfect not too sweet and had a light crunch to it. Inside the restaurant the vibe was great💯

Dank ramen. You have to get cheese on it. Haven’t seen that option at many places, but man oh man the torched cheese is delicious. Got the spicy miso with pork and the tonkatsu with chicken and tofu. Broth was rich, but not too much so was good for slurping. The sushi rice with spicy tuna and banana tempura are also delicious. Really friendly owner. Fantastic service. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was spicy, but super delicious with all the veggies. I don’t really care for the Tofu. For me it would’ve been even better without it. Customer service is A1, as well. I was happy to be able to eat out and feel like I’m actually on a date again. LOL I highly recommend. AND I WILL BE BACK!

I love love love this place! I have been coming here forever and it is always a vibe! The music, the atmosphere, the customer service is always amazing. The food is of course also very delicious. My go to is the SPICY MISO RAMEN or the ROCK N' ROLL. I do hot for the ramen and it's perfect, flaming is perfect for those that can really handle spicy- that one is no joke- still very delicious. For appetizers, love the chicken karage tastes like nothing I've had before anywhere else. The calamari is delicious as well as the garlic edamame. My sisters and I always come hang out here for any celebration we might have. We were just there yesterday celebrating a birthday and they made us feel super comfortable; felt like family. Every time someone asks about a ramen recommendation, I send them here and they always love it. You can't go wrong with whatever you decide to try. I'm sure you will be pleased! 😀

Most ramen houses have sub-par sushi, but California Ramen Factory's sushi is fool die for!!! I highly recommend their Blossom roll, it's a unique dish of this restaurant. We really like this place. Ramen taste good.. not the best but is good. Nice atmosphere but customer service is very good 💯 Attentive server I have visited this place twice so far. The spicy Ramen is really 🔥 We like it I wish little more broth flavor little bit more.

Been going here since I was 16 and they always had five takoyaki for 6 which is a good deal but now it’s three takoyaki for 6 that’s crazy hopefully they change that soon because no way this is real

It was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. I was expecting a little more from this place. The chicken in my dish was overcooked and a little dry. Overall it tasted pretty good but could have been just a little more saucy. Drink variety was extremely limited and they only had chopsticks to eat with and not everyone can use chopsticks, myself included. Had to use the big giant Asian style spoon they send out in the dish which is exceptionally hard to eat out of. Eventually had to kinda use my fingers and the the spoon to try to eat.

I don't usually like to update my reviews, but sometimes you have an experience that's just so drastically different from your first visit that you have to write about it. We showed up at california ramen around 1:00 on a recent Saturday and the place was predictably crowded, but we were shown to a table in the back after waiting just a few minutes. So far so good. About 15 minutes after we sat down (and after we ordered), though, our waitress moved the empty table next to us so that it was about an inch away from our table. And then she crammed an additional two tables next to that one. Sure enough, minutes later a very loud party of six was seated mere centimeters away from us. The experience was completely ruined, but we had already ordered so it was impossible to just walk out (which I desperately wanted to do). At least the food will be good, I thought to myself. Not so much.

This has the potential to be one of the best ramen spot around. Unfortunately, as of 5/11/18 it’s not. The food is good, but I’ve had better. The issue is they turned what look like a fast food place into a sit down restaurant but their punching above their weight with their strategy and operation. e.g: we walked in, we didn’t know what was going on, do we sit and wait for some to come to the table or do I wait order the “order now” sign, where you order digitally (doesn’t work or off). Then let’s talk about the service. The people working there are super nice but seem lost and confused, better training could do. Also I wanted extra garlic on mys soup, but I was discouraged by the person taking the order. Simply put, its good, their presentation is above average food needs to evolve.

We used to come to this place too often in the last. We could say we were their regular customers. Until today, we were disappointed with the quality of their ramen. I always order my usual favorite, the Tonkutso ramen because it was really delicious. But today was a little different thank before. It's not that good anymore. The broth was just a 1 or 2 for me. I wonder if they have a new chef. I was not happy at all. Did not finish it and I had to take it home (because it's a bit pricey) and I didn't wnat to waste the food. The air freshener they have on got into my head and I feel a bit dizzy and irritated with the strong smell. My husband wasn't happy with his black ramen as well. Now, we're not sure if we're still coming back to this place that we used to love coming to for years.

Honestly the worst Gluten-Free/vegan ramen we've ever had. I appreciate them for having a soy free , gluten free and vegan option but yhe broth was bland, the noodles texture was really gummy and the texture if the mushrooms were really interesting. I didn't enjoy it at all. Couldn't finish it but ate as much as I could because I was starving. I won't be back but appreciate the effort. Service was ok.

This is NOT the place to go if you want good food & service. It's edible, but the food is still disappointing. Sushi was subpar, I had the monkey roll & picked at it. Ive also tried the spicy tuna & yellowtail. both of which are a miss. miso soup was good though. but the service was HORRIBLE. We were given two little napkins for our meal, and it took looking around for way too long to flag someone down to get more than two thin napkins. I also ordered a hot green tea with the meal, and never received it. That was an oversight I was willing to overlook, but they then charged me for it. I noticed the error BEFORE my card was swiped. I told the waiter to remove the item I did not receive before giving him my card. They then placed the new receipt on the table without explaining a voided receipt on top. When I asked about it, they told me the charge would come back in 2/3 business days & that this newer receipt was the real amount to be charged. Taking the money out of my bank twice because of their errors & not being clear about it until we asked. Messy. I then asked to speak to a manger for clarity on our credit charge, and we were met with the explanation that "it probably wasn't on purpose". And was an honest mistake. Not an immediate apology, just a "it's not on purpose". The purpose is irrelevant to me, we just needed clarity on the charge. Regardless, my card was swiped for the first transaction without my consent & then I was given a second receipt without a word of their mistake. My card should have been ran once, without the tea being paid for that I never received. Why did I have to inquire with the manager to get a straight answer out of them about our bill?? This place was clearly not worried about servicing me and my friend well. Not sure if it was our look or what made it okay to argue against me, a customer, about mistakes made on a restaurant's part. It's pretty horrible service if you ask me.

Awful food. The people posting is great must be bought. All the food is awful here. The sushi is awful and the ramen is the worst I've ever had. The egg was hard boiled, the pork belly was burnt is was all just awful. I couldn't eat it.

That chicken was still breathing! 🤢 This is the second time we have a bad experience at this place. First time a whole a** roach flew right onto our table as we were eating but decided to give them a second chance either way. We’re def not giving it a third try 😭

Ordered for delivery. Taste was meh. They provided miniacule broth with the tonkatsu black ramen, with a tiny sliver of pork, not even chasu. Paid extra for bland, skimpy ramen, and only half a yolkless egg. This is garbage. Avoid this place.
