This is a newer Dairy Queen. Employees were friendly and happy. They have soft serve pup cups...free. My puppy loved it!

Open as of 12/24. Food was hot and ice cream was cold. Very speedy drive thru and our complicated order was all correct. Keep up the great work!

The location seemed like it wouldn't get business but I was wrong. The place had cars wrapped around the building and the drive thru was fast. Perfect treat and entrance to the freeway was easy and accessible. Thanks Warren Buffet for buying Dairy Queen and making ice cream.

We go at least once a week. Drive thru moves quite fast. Orders are always correct even though we get confused ordering. Enjoy the juicy burgers, fries and esp the ice cream.

The wait time for the drive-thru was a bit long but the food is amazing The chicken strips will season and juicy then it comes with a side of fries ranch and two buttered pieces of toast

Yay they're open!! Came for the 1St time. Sure the drive-thru line was to the street.. But hellooo.. WORTH IT!! Ordering was quick and efficient and our order was correct and ready at the pick up window. So excited we got one close to home. Welcome to the neighborhood DQ 🍦🤩

Love that they opened this site close by. My family loves DQ great food , good customer service. Although lines can get pretty long, especially with this consistent heat wave we've had for there Ice Cream.

We did drive thru, there was a wait but we'll worth it. Cones, sundaes, Blizzards, you name it I've tried and they are all awesome. Soft Serve as it is suppose to be. Be safe , some questionable characters constantly in the are but sade atmosphere overall. 😉 enjoy.

They got my order wrong in the drive thru but had already handed it out the window. When I mentioned it was wrong and asked them to just charge me the difference and give me the right item the two Edgar's at the window seemed confused like dogs hearing a sharp sound. I told them to just forget it... nevermind and they had the audacity to tell me to watch my attitude and to f@¢π off. We looked forward to this store opening but they need better hiring procedures so they don't end up with little boys running the place and driving business away.

Really love this DQ. Staff is usually really nice and their food is good. My husband is obsessed with them to be honest, especially because they have gravy and fried cheese curds! Love their blizzards too of course. Their food always puts us in a good mood.

I've been here before but not this time that Google asked me for a review. I actually went to Baker's which is behind Dairy Queen...I think...lol. but Dairy Queen does have great ice cream and shakes and food and more....much more....lol... sometimes they also are at Wienerschnitzel's....😋😋😋😋

Got a butterfinger blizzard and it was perfect. Haven't had one since I was a kid and it tasted as good as I remembered. Line was slow but oh well, that's the price of a good product, you get popular.

I come here with friends and the customer service is always the best! We order the chicken strips and they have them out ready with little to no wait. Kimberly is a great worker and she is so kind! I’ll be coming here more often to get the soft served ice-cream.

Drive through only on the 27th of July. Lobby doors closed due to staffing issues. 3 of us went sat outside to eat blizzers. Then lots of cars started going through the drive thru.

The only reason I could not give this place 5 stars is because it was slow. I was sin the drive thru line for about 15-20 mins. However when I did get my meal it was great. I got a kids meal chicken strips, which I was surprised to know it comes with a little kids soft serve. My daughter's got banana splits and some brownies ice cream. It was really good especially the quality of the chicken strips. Great soft serve for much cheaper than a Baskin Robbins or anywhere else.

Another chain. Employees seem to have a bad attitude here. They rarely tip the Blizzard and have overcharged on more than one occasion! Special orders are definitely not welcomed and they let you know it. Food has gotten slightly better. Burgers are no longer red and cold inside and the fries are cooked enough to be almost crispy. Wonder why there's no line here? Just try this location out! Good luck!

A little slow, but the food is always decent and the prices aren't bad. We usually only go if we're in the road and this was the case. Easy on and off the freeway, and although it took them some time to get us a three meal order, we were back in the road pretty quickly.

I only go to get the onion rings they have the best, and I love the health Hershey brownie sundae . I don't really eat anything else here because I'm a vegetarian, so I haven't tried that actual food food

This place is almost always very busy and it's kind of pricey. Dairy Queen's ice cream is good, and the staff hasn't messed up any of my orders so that's a plus!

The food was okay... Ordered 2 of the 2 for $4.00 meals. Cashier only rang up one meal. We ended up being charged over $3.00 for the hamburger even after we explained again that we wanted the 2 for 4 deal. Cashier just kind of ignored us when we asked why were charged so much. The hamburger was not worth it and had so much mustard that the bun slid off when you opened the wrapper. I like mustard but it was a sloppy mess... also ordered the rotisserie chicken bites. Again, it was okay but not worth the price. I can go get a while rotisserie chicken for almost the same price. The drive thru was slooowww!

Good experience. My order was 100% on point. The only problem I had was that my son received an old pumpkin spice blizzard. It seemed like it been in the freezer for awhile because the whole thing was (rock hard) frozen including the whipped cream; not good for business if they are serving old food.

Service is good but two days in a row I went through the drive-thru and order one blizzard. Both times they charged me for the person behind me and tried to give me their order. Double check your receipt. Other than that, everything is good

This seems to be a brand new business. I was happy to see a drive-thru DQ. Not a long wait but when I did put my order in, it took them a very long time to process my card and I was starting to get nervous. Once my card was given back to me they flipped my blizzard and it started leaking from the lid they put on it. I took it they did not give me any napkins. As I was about ready to leave they told me that they had accidentally charged the car behind me and now needed to give me credit on my card. That was very upsetting. I could tell that the girl at the window was new and she was probably being trained but I ended up getting the raw end of the deal. when they gave me the ice cream I noticed they have put a lid on the small Blizzard and it was squished down so much that you could not possibly open the lid they put the spoon inside the cup through the lid and so I couldn't take the lid off and my car without making a mess and I couldn't take the spoon off either.I was going to go through the drive-thru and give it back but instead I had to figure out a way to tear off some of the lid and ended up spooning it out little by little. I was a bit disappointed to say the least. I have a dairy allergy and this was going to be a treat that I should not have picked up and then to top it off have all this happen. Encouragement not to come in and save myself from the hassle. I asked for a turtle pecan blizzard and all it had was pecans but normally they put in some sort of chocolate syrup that hardens and it didn't have it. Boohoo boohoo.

I live nearby so this is a nice stop for a sweet treat. Although everytime I go, service is extremely slow. Drive thru line takes forever and the inside is always dead and empty. Kind of makes me wonder why? Ice cream is good, as it's ice cream. Food on the otherhand can be hit or miss. When I ordered a meal from here both the burger and fries were cold and soggy. Not very appetizing. This is a fairly new location and I had very high hopes for it but they definitely need to restructure their employee standards and get food items out in a timely manner.

Never really been that big of a dairy Queen fan, their food is very plain, their ice creams are pretty pricey for something really small, I would not recommend this place if you do not like basic things.

Drive through for 28 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Guy couldn't get my order right and actually forget 2 items. (good thing everyone must ALWAYS check the bags) No more Dairy Queen for us.

My mom and I went to dine in yesterday April 22nd 3:00 pm. My mom ordered a banana split. The young man heavy set with acne laughed saying they ran out of bananas. She decided to order a pineapple Sundae. I ordered a #1 Double bacon cheeseburger combo. I waited a few minutes to ask for my cup for my drink. They kid said I didn't order a combo I told him I did. He charged me the difference. Another two women customers came in ordered all 3 of the employees were up front trying to open the cash register they said manager was the only one that can open the register they asked for that manager. One employee said the manager is in the restroom. I heard the cook laughing in the kitchen saying something about dropping customer's hamburger patties on the floor. .My mom's pineapple sundae didn't have very much topping. My order was ready I waited at the counter for my food. I was being ignored. It sat under the heat lamp over 5 minutes. This visit was very disappointing. I live very close to this DQ and very convenient.

The wait was ridiculously long. Everything is overpriced. The food was not good. The chicken strips were gross and the ranch is even worse. The bread that came with our meals is a plain piece of toast. They could at least slap some garlic butter or something like they have done at other dairy queens. I worked at Dairy Queen over 20 years ago and the food was delicious. I would not recommend the food at this location. The ice cream was fine, but I don't think you could mess that up. I will only be back when I am craving a blizzard.

Me and my son usually come here on warm evenings for blizzards. It was 9pm so line was long thought it was unusual for Gardner to be working late. Got up to window noticed young workers messing around all gathering to back area of restaurant. When I got home noticed my blizzard had just a little bit of sprinkles not very happy with visit.

Went here two weeks ago after skiing for ice cream with my kids. Drive thru was the only option and it took 30 minutes. Decided against my better judgement to give it another try last night, hoping that things would be different. It was actually slower and longer - 45 minutes in the drive thru! There's no excuse for this - obviously they are very understaffed. In n out gets twice the amount of cars through their drive thru's in half the time or less. Need to figure out how to run a faster operation - this is a FAST FOOD joint after all. Two stars purely for the great ice cream - hard to find fault there - nothing beats a blizzard, in my opinion. But I will go to other DQ's in the future, never coming to this one again.

Very disappointed this time. I ordered (4) $6 dollar meals and upgraded to a blizzard for 3 of them . With one being plain nothing on it at all just plain. Got to window paid and realized they was only handing me a drink tray with 3 blizzards 3 sprites no ice so I told the window guy.. henhem and hawed but took more money and handed me the sundae and a meal had to wait like 2 mins. to get his attention again and finally I got my 4th sprite. Pulled away to realize all the burgers had nothing but cheese. The 4th burger as well . We wanted everything on 3 burgers and the 4th we wanted PLAIN MEANING NOTHING BUT MEAT. Very bad service this time very unhappy with the service . Very unhappy with the food. Very embarrassing because there was several cars behind us as well.

The experience last night was ( 4-22-24) I ordered 2 blizzards on the app @7:45 PM to be ready at 8:00 PM, drove to the restaurant, I arrived @ 7:58 told the young man my name I was here to pick up my mobile order, his reply was they will be right out! 8:15 I asked why have I not received my blizzards? Turns out they were in the freezer. Young lady tells me “ you have to let us know your here” oh man I was upset. The restaurant is not very clean, floors are dirty, sticky tables. Even though this restaurant is close to me I will probably start visiting the restaurant over on Kendal…. So sad!

Stopped by for a blizzard. Drive-thru was super long. So I went inside. ( BIG MISTAKE ) No A/C. Waited like 15 minutes in the heat. Blizzard was good. But you gotta fix that A/C. No one wants to eat in a sauna

This is the slowest place in the county, or one of them. I just came for a doordash order and I can’t go inside so I’m forced to wait in the dreadful drive thru line. I’ve been here 40 minutes. When I get up to the front they say park in the front to wait. 😐

Went through drive thru and ordered float and when I got to window they told me they didn't have the lids to make the floats.i know how they make them and a lid is not required. Didn't need to be lied to. Not professional.

Service sux. Been coming to dairy queen for ever. Always have ordered a mocha chip blizzard (chocolate chip with coffee in it). This dairy queen always says "oh we don't have that" I'm assuming because ether don't know how to make it. This time they got creative and said " we don't carry the coffee thingy". their words not mine.

I went at about 12:15pm for lunch, the staff was very rude and uncaring and it showed in their food. I ordered a chicken salad. It was tiny, the left was old and it only had one chicken strip cut up on it. . Maybe they kept the other half of my salad for their own lunch? I don’t know, but I will never go back to this location.

Truly poor customer service at this location. Been 3 different days and all different times. Seriously THE WORST customer service in the area, employees are rude and derogatory. I thought it may just be me but I watched them inside be rude to several customers. Sad because the food isn't bad at all, it's just their employees always seem miserable and take it out on the customers, both inside and drive thru. Hope management can help work this out.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! I Mobile ordered, went to pickup my order, and was told to get in the long a$$ drive thru line. I never got my order after already paying for it. They hung up on me when I called and then would not pick up the phone when I called back to cancel my order. They took my money and refused me service! Take the mobile ordering option off your app if you're not going to honor it.

Can't comment on the food since I wasn't able to place an order. My family and I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting to order. During that time, at least 2 of the 4/5 employees looked towards the counter and saw us standing there, but did not acknowledge us or give any indication that someone would be with us at any time. After the 3rd employee did this, we walked out.

Bad service, part of order missing Bad food, cold hamburger. Salty, tasteless fries Slow service. One half hour wait High prices. $4.77 for a large Sunday the size of a small coffee cup. 59 cents extra for a very small amount of peanuts. 59 cents extra for a dab of whipped cream.. Vets 10 percent discount was .95 cents on a $20.00 receipt. You figure it out Disappointed customer. We really looked forward to this DQ opening in our neighborhood since we loved DQ where we moved from. This was our second visit and there was no improvement. There will be no third visit!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I got this weekend. My little brother has always payed attention to watching the cashier flip our blizards. I understand that only one is flipped through drive thru. But for the first time our cashier did not. My little brother quickly pointed out and we told her she did not flip any. The cashier was very upset we noticed and claimed it. She then complained about it and close the window on us completly dismissing us. I stayed until she payed attentioned to us again. She then stated "You're not getting anything until your next visit" we were completly okay with that i asked if there was sometype of coupon or what would i need to claim it on my next visit she then proceeds to tell me "just tell them when you come and dismisses us again by closing the window. I AGAIN wait for her to open the window and tell her my concern. "How will the employees beleive me" she the responsed "they will" and closed the window again. This experience was horrible after years of going to DQ waiting for our exiting chance that one day we could claim the blizzard not being flipped turned into such a dissapointing experience. Its not such a big deal but for my little brother it was we always told him to keep an eye out its exiting to get icecream and having one close to us all for nothing.

I placed a app order but this location is still not open except for the drive thru. I was stuck in the drive thru for 40 mins. Ruined the night, had to cancel my plans for the movies because I had no way to get out of the drive thru, I didn't even care about the ice cream at that point

Definitely won’t be coming back to this one will go out my way to go to the other one. Not only is there no customer service. they don’t even ensure that you have all your food before you leave there drive-through. We asked the lady if that was everything and she said yes and of course when we got home we’re missing a whole meal three piece tender.

So I visited the Arden Rd Dairy Queen this evening for a Banana Split cost of $6 and change. No peanuts and the Bananas was aged. Waste of time, money, and gasoline. 2nd bad experience at this location. Tried calling to express my concern but no pick up of the phone. Sorry experience. Young servers with spite and malice would do such poor quality work. Save your money, time, and gasoline

Horrible customer service wish i could give it negative stars . came tonight like I usually do after a long day to get a blizzard . When i got home i noticed one of my blizzards was wrong and I really just wanted it to be right so I drove back waited in almost a 20 minutes in line so they could fix it and the boy ( not man becuase a man doesn't yell at women ) tells me he's only going to give me half becuase I had "eaten half" I didn't the blizzard had already melted by the time I returned it at the window but I didn't argue becuase I just wanted the right blizzard. He came up to the window with such an attitude after "remaking" it (I'm pretty sure he just blended more vanilla ice cream into the old blizzard) and my husband tasted it before we left the window and it was still wrong and this time it was worse becuase they didnt even make it right and it barley had any toppings mabey becuase it was the old one idk.but if m gonna spend almost 6 dollars on ice cream I want it to be not only right but worth it . So again we told him it was wrong and he put his hand in the cup and told us that he made it right but there was he literally only found 1 piece of a topping when he put his hand in the cup !!!! And the other topping was still missing and now he had ruined it by putting his hand in there. My husband demanded he make another one after yelling at us and ruining our blizzard . He made it agian and put it in a mini blizzard cup . Not even what I paid for and I didn't even eat it becuase he was so mad I don't know what he could've done to it so I just threw it away. Waste of my money and time . He needs to learn customer service skills . I'm a server and have been through so much worse but have/would never treat a customer like that . Thanks for ruining our Night

I looked forward to the new Dairy Queen. My first experience was not good. I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad. I opened it up to find brown, rotten lettuce. I noticed the owners car in the parking. How can a person not realize how bad the lettuce was. I will go elsewhere.

I was disappointed in this new DQ. I ordered food & a dessert. They gave me the wrong food, when I told them it was wrong she informed me they were out of what I ordered. (So I guess it's ok to give me something else in place of it without asking?) Then I took a sip of my dessert drink, it did not taste right. I told her what I ordered, told her what it tasted like and she informed me it tasted different because they were out of the ingredients for my drink so they used something else in place of it but they could remake it if I wanted. So I got my money back but will not be stopping here again since they don't feel the need to inform you when they are swapping ingredients or food items when they run out.

On July 30th at 4:00 p.m. we went through the drive-thru had terrible service they couldn't hear us on the on the speaker then when we got to the window they still couldn't hear us there they didn't get our order right they didn't put whipped cream on my Sunday and whipped cream on the other Sunday the service is terrible. And they slam the window on my face while I was still talking asking a question this was a horrible place I won't come back.

Everytime this dairy queen closes up before 10pm. They baracade the drive thru before even 9:30pm and when they answered the phone one time they said yes we close at 10pm but we are stopping all orders now. Most horrible service I have ever experienced at a Dairy Queen. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will advise everyone else. Tasty freeze weinerschitzel are my go to.

We went there 4 times looking for there Shrimp Basket. Each time was a Thursday night. First 2 times the girl said "We ran out". The second 2 times they said "Fridays only". Sent a message to their corporate office with no response but when we went back this last Thursday the Shrimp Baskets off the menu. The last visit the girl didn't give me back my VISA card. Had to cancel a lot of auto pays. Update 04/09/21: The late reply to this is inacceptable. We sent a complaint at the website weeks ago with no reply. If your representing DQ YOU should be reaching out to the franchise owner, not us. That's NOT how to run a company. DQ will no longer get our our friends and family.

It would be awesome if the phone number on the website was updated/correct. Just came back from getting a banana split with baby potions of soft serve and got triple charged for chocolate. Would have gotten strawberry and chocolate toppings but they were out of strawberry.

I rushed over to get a blizzard and since the app says it closes at 10, I had a half an hour. Although Google said they close at 9:30, I still pulled up to the drive through at 9:25. However, when I attempted to make an order, they said they were closed. Very unprofessional to close earlier than they claim. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

First and last time coming here. I ordered a cheese burger combo which I would of done better going anywhere because it was $8.15 for a kids meal size burger and fry. They have the box for the fries but it's not even full, I was told that it's measured! Then you should get a smaller box to fit the meal. The meal was cold too. The girl working was just as rude as the food was horrible! Won't be back. Too many other options! The worst DQ I've ever had!

First time trying DQ ever so I was excited to give it a try. First issue, lobby was closed due to short staffing. Long drive thru line, took over 30mins to get to the front to pay. We placed the order online and when we got our food the burgers were cold. Our cheeseburgers didn't have melted cheese as advertised. It felt like a frozen microwaved burger was given to us. Thankfully the chicken strips were delicious but nothing else really had flavor to enjoy. Staff was friendly and did their job right but the food is a whole different story. Definitely first and last time trying this place. Should have gone next door to Baker's instead

The young men taking orders on 7/14/2021 @ 2:39pm need better training on customer service they were for no reason very rushy, kept interrupting me while I was ordering. Which caused them to mess up my order then over charged me for the item I had originally asked for, which was a substitution on a combo. Got the food quick but wasn't that good and lettuce was bad on the Chicken Sandwich. Never coming here again.

I came at 9:40pm on 1/2/2023 got 2 large blizzards with extra fillings. There was barely any fillings at the top and the bottom wasn't even mixed - just vanilla. They didnt offer a lid for the large or napkins after making the outside of the cup a mess. The drivethru auto mated system said they were closed 20 minutes before closing time. Then someone asked what wed like to order but and they weren't serving anything other than ice cream. Card only btw..

I'm am livid with the service I received tonight from the girls at the DQ on Arden. Not only did the driver thru worker take the order wrong, I had to correct her 4 times and she still placed the order incorrectly. All I ordered was a banana split without pineapple and substitute the chocolate for caramel. Apparently that was too difficult of a request for her pea size brain to comprehend. Drive all the way home to find they're was chocolate all over. I called the store and finally got through on my fifth try. I asked to speak with a manager and the girl on the other end informed me that she was the manager for the shift. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. When i explained the issue, and told her that due to an allergy the banana split could not be consumed. And I was very unhappy she went on to tell me i could go pick up a new one when I'm in the area, but then continued to say that i confused her employees and that i didn't make sense. She was very rude and hung up on me. I later found out her name is Sara. And the girl in the drive thru is Bb. So after she hung up on me we went back to the store. Where the manager was rude again. And insisted that the split had been half eaten. We told her it was melted since we had to drive back. After attitude from the employees and their disrespectful attitudes I requested a refund. She tossed it into my hand and shut the window in my face. Worst customer service EVER!!!

39 minutes in drive thru, THEN I get told no chocolate soft serve. Which is the only reason I went to that DQ. Then I get home to find cookies in only half my blizzard. I was pissed.

Walked in, we did not get greeted we were waiting for literally over 10 minutes, not knowing if we were even going to get our order taken. 4 employees only talking in between themselves through headsets. Customer service not a priority here at this location.

So slow the drive through was so long the manager on duty was rude on the intercom and her helper was so slow giving out the food and drinks and ice cream and a blizzard. Once I got my blizzard she turned it upside down and said here and have a good day with attitude. Never again. wienerschnitzel has better customer service then dairy queen

I have never left a review before but this issue really bothered me. I did a order on the Dairy Queen app, paid for it and everything hoping I would be able to just go to the door and pick my order up but instead there is a sign saying for mobile orders to pick up in Drive-Thru. What is the point of paying ahead of time if I still have to wait in the long line?? Very disappointed, you guys really need to update your app so people know that you still have to go through the Drive-Thru to pick up order. Waited over a half hour just to get our blizzards and they were all melted, definitely not going back again.

I ordered 2 6 piece chicken tender meal with a drink. Both of the boxes only had 5 chicken tenders, a max of 5 or 6 fries, and bread with butter slopped on it(it was supposed to be toast, but it wasn’t toasted at all. None of the food was up to temperature. It was cold to touch. That type of food, if it had been eaten, would have given up food poisoning. I work in a kitchen, so I know none of the food was even to 100 degrees, and most food have to hit a temperature of 165. The ranch that was given to us was curdled/ spoiled. This is the worst food yet I've ever received. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying food from here if they can't even keep food at temperature range so it can be eaten. It was a total waste of money.

I was not impressed first I ordered like 4 drinks and the girl at the window didn't have the sense to put them in a cup holder. As the items came up she was just handing them out the window no bags not even a do you want sauce nothing. Then I ordered a six piece chicken meal she gave me a four pieces. I will definitely not be eating there anymore but I will still be buying the ice cream I loved there hot fudge Sunday.

They refused to issue any type of credit or refund once I had already paid for my order. They stated they had NO ice cream, conveniently the day Dairy Queen had an $85c promotion going on for Blizzards. They also seemed very annoyed and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The manager called “chente” just said we had to go through their support online. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL employees that are running this franchisee.

Order on the app at 5:15 and didn’t get my food till 5:50… and on top of that my food was ready and just seating under the heat lamp told them but they. Keep on saying they’re low on staff one sec. When I got my food it was lukewarm and the chill cheese dog was cold due to the fact it was under the heat lamp. Won’t be going here again

When i asked to speak specifically to the manager named Betty i was then answered by another employee who asked me "What was the issue" when the conversation was for this person only i was then informed that she did not want to speak with me. Now feeling very disrespected to not know why i was just ask to show my receipt to confirm my purchase of my blizzard by order of Betty. This was very childish and rude of this manager and i got no explanation as to why this happened.

Took my daughter out for some delicious Dairy Queen but ended up getting handed someone else’s food but I gave it back cuz I orders two royal blizzards. When I got home I tasted my royal rocky road and it tasted like a snickers. So I drove back when I got to the window the manager “Raeleen “ wasn’t happy that I brought her product back she told me I got the right blizzard which she offered to remake one after being confrontational. I just came back to get what I paid for. She gave me a new one not even filled to the top. She was so petty I’m sorry you have this person representing your company December Herrera.

Emily or Elara is what my receipt says has horrible customer service and doesn't know the difference between a small and medium blizzard. I Been coming here for years with No issues. I paid for two medium blizzards and a mini blizzard she gave me a small and tried to convince me that it was a medium. The cups wasn't even filled to the top like it normal is .she Then took it back and gave me medium blizzard with just Vanilla Ice cream at the top no cookies.once i noticed and complain she just looked and said that's how it comes which is a lie .I requested a refund for my blizzard and she said I had to give all the ice cream back for a refund . She has horrible customer service .and the lady at the window being trained you could barely understand her english. I will be calling corporate.and I want give this place no more of my business.

Nope, nope nope.....run away. The service her is terrible, the speed, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the accuracy.....literally everything is terrible. We've tried it multiple times because my kids want a blizzard but even my kids have gotten to the point of not wanting to go there anymore. Seriously, don't waste your time or your money.

Very poor customer service I’d recommend avoiding this location. I made a mobile order because the drive through line is usually long and slow. I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready. There were 5 staff members that I could see. They all looked at me while I was standing at the counter and no one offered assistance or even acknowledge me. They were extremely rude to other customers in the restaurant as well. One customer had to shout to get their attention for napkins and one of the employees grabbed some from the back and with a nasty look dropped the container of napkins on the counter and walked away. As for me it took me almost 10 mins longer than what the app said my pickup time was. Avoid this location the wait time is extremely long and the customer service is terrible.

This location is chronically understaffed. We waited 10 minutes in the line to order and it took 30 minutes to get our food. This is a cheaper option fast food joint but there was nothing fast about it. The food is decent but the pricing on the menu is wrong. The lady in front of us ordered the exact same thing that I did but was charged double. We tried to figure it out by comparing receipts and it was confusing. There were door dash workers waiting for their orders and were very stressed about getting the orders to their customers because the food was taking so long. There were no napkin dispensers available nor condiments. I did not get my sauces that I ordered but did not want to bother the employees because they were slammed.

Employee named Jacky is super rude. Other customers in store were appalled with her customer service. Will be calling corporate as well as the other customers. I understand store policy, but being disrespected and rudely spoken too is unnecessary and so unprofessional.

There is an employee there I would love to tell you her name but she refused to give it to me and took her name tag off I was in the Drive-Thru this is not the first time I've had a problem with this particular employee I have come there when other people have been there and no problems I've been going there for years well since it opened I try to give her my order she says I don't understand what you're saying she's very rude I try to tell her what I want on the combo the last time I asked her what the different flavors of the flurries were and she told me there was too many to name besides just the general rudeness this time got into a heated discussion with her about my ordering of the combos I wanted I asked her a simple question about the $7 combo that you could add the $2 and get the flurry with it twice I don't understand I don't know what you're saying and then she asks what I want to drink I said diet Coke and she goes what do you want to drink just like that and I said diet Coke and I started to say that I wanted the ice cream with hot fudge on it so then she says what you want to drink and I spelled it for her then she spelled back other things to me which is whatever so after trying to order the combos I asked her would it be better if I came to the window so I went to the window and she told me that if I was rude to people I can expect the people to be rude to me so at this point she just closed the window on me and so yes I did flip her off so then she opens the window and tell me that I'm not a Christian and I don't believe in God and I told her God has nothing to do with people being rude as to her name and she said no I don't have to give you that so I went around and parked went inside to see if there was a notice anywhere where you should call for either comments or complaints so then she started in again so I took a picture and then she started yelling at me that it's illegal to take a picture in there it's a private place and I asked her for the corporate name and she said no she don't have to give that to me and I told her that I can get the corporate number another way and flipped her off yes I was wrong but I was extremely frustrated this is not my first time having problems with this one person the other people are great she no

Drive thru always takes way too long. Ordered online to pick up in lobby on a Friday night at 9pm. App stated I could pick up in the lobby at 9:30p but lobby closes at 9pm 😑. Knocked on the door and the manager came up saying lobby is closed go thru drive thru. Advised I ordered online but he didn’t want to hear me out and kept pointing at the drive thru line. Showed him the app he came to window and said I couldn’t pick up from inside. I asked if he could just hand me my 3 items but he refused. So frustrating to wait 20+ min in the drive thru 🫠
