This location is usually busy, with a line of people to the door or close to it during peak hours. The staff is friendly and the food is yummy! I wish they would enlarge the kitchen and dining area to accommodate the crowd and possibly add a drive through. Many times I will place my order through the app to speed up the process. When I do, my order is always accurate and ready when promised.

One of my fast food go-tos, you can get fresher and healthier options (depending on what you choose) than anything at most other fast food options. The vegetables are fresh and tasty, not greasy and fried to death. If only they had a seitan or tofu option! This location is usually very clean and well-staffed.

First, they were out of Teriyaki Chicken, then they charged for the large plate and only gave two entrée instead of three. The cheese rangoon were burnt and disgusting. The veggies in the mushroom chicken were nit cokked. On another note, the receipt only has the month and year listed, it was useless to scan in any receipt app. The only thing that was nice was the Rootbeer and the Orange Chicken. I normally wouldn't rate something so low, but too many things wrong.

I ordered the black pepper steak bowl. I got some kind of hard tough pieces of beef. I don't know what happened this time, because I order this all the time. I tried calling, but no answer. I'm really disappointed with this order. I don't know if I will try Panda again.

Walked in and had no line and waited 3 minutes while not a single worker helped or even acknowledged I was there. About zero service and I walked out.

This review is for Panda Express in Bosque Blvd in Waco,Tx..... Food isn't bad but the portions are ridiculous. I don't know if it's the employees or they are following the manager directions but the food quantity in the 2 entree plates are a joke,the portions are good for kids. With the food amount served,we need to pay half of the regular price .. My suggestion is ..Panda Express has to send all the employees to Chopsticks to learn how they have to serve the plates.

Very very very SLOW!!! The service is slow. Workers are slow and chaotic. Food gets cold while waiting for them to ring me up. Terrible. I was in line for 30 mins ABSOLUTELY so RIDICULOUS! THEY NEED TO BE BETTER WND HAVE FASTER SERVICE

I'm a doordasher. This location has never once had an order ready when I arrived. The front counter is always so chaotic. Theyre always out of something that causes a wait to prepare.

I contacted pandaexpress thru email after horrible service poor food quality!!! Was refused general managers name and after talking to corporate i received call from who I was told was the General manager it was a female I couldn't remember the name however I work for the big dealership by there we go quiet often for lunch after I explained my experience that day to gm I was told how sorry and my entire order would be replaced she asked for my name said it was wrote down call when I was ready so my husband and I did that was called liars and refused to correct there problem once again for me!!! So im now thinking it was never the gm I spoke with it was probably the manager who was very rude to us refused to give gm name!! I will never eat bk there again!!!

I am highly distressed. As a healthcare professional, I stored my food in the refrigerator and now I am eating it during my lunch break. To my shock, there are insects with legs in my food! This is unacceptable and could potentially cause illness!

They obviously do not sell full bowls anymore. I should of paid half price. Which is like $3.55. If your not going to sell full bowls let people know. You've lost another customer.
