The Caesar chicken salad is awesome - nice portion of well seasoned cooked chicken, fresh lettuce, croutons and Ken's Creamy Dressing. YUMMY! Make sure you get the young man to take your order.

We lived in Warwick many years ago but remember Frank's as 'the place' to go for excellent pizza. We used to crave the "Taco Pizza". Not sure if they're still making it, but if so, give it a try. DELICIOUS!

Food was great. The pizza was well sized and well seasoned, with a crust that's almost like a breadstick; it's hard to not eat the crust. More importantly, Frank was unbelievably friendly! He was fun tot talk to on the phone, and he made our stay at the restaurant quite nice. Thanks Frank!

We really liked their pizza years ago and haven't had it in awhile. Mainly because we weren't in the area. But had it last night and it was delicious. Nice people behind the counter too.

Frank’s was amazing! I hadn’t had good pizza in a while and I decided to come to Frank’s for the first time. The service was amazing, the staff was friendly and the pizza was to die for. 11/10 would recommend.

Really dig this joint! Friendly and helpful staff, that enjoy their job. They have decent wings and they always prep Togo orders really carefully. I like their calzones too. Try a hot or cold sandwich, we enjoy the Tuscan hero.

We’re slowly eating our way through Warwick and just ordered Frank’s Monday 2 for $20 cheese pizza special. We’re kind of pizza snobs (having been spoiled in New Haven IYKYK) and we both really liked Frank’s! The pizzas are a true large and fed the 2 of us for a few days. We’ve only tried the regular cheese pizza so far but we will be back for more & to try some other things on the menu.

Mixed feelings about Frank's: On the one hand, their pizzas are good and they deliver. On the other hand, orders are not always correct and buyer beware that what you see may not be what you get. After ordering the same dish on separate occasions (Penne Lia Maria), neither time did it include the grilled chicken, as stated on the menu. Paying $15.00 for pasta in a weak oil with some veg doesn't cut it.

I understand I am not the only delivery order in town at prime time dinner hour but maybe this offers a clue. Having the pizza delivered a little late does not bother me but having it delivered cold and stale definitely does.

Pizza smelled good, but the website said they close at 8:30 on a Saturday but they actually closed at 7. When we walked in at 7:12 he was mopping up.

There was no sauce on my normal cheese pizza and I was highly disappointed with the quality overall.

The place is filthy and the owner is rude and will call the police if you have a complaint. There are so many other much better pizza places in Warwick.

Must say this is not the best pizza in town. Moved to Warwick and I have tried 4 pizza shops and none have lived up to an amazing pie. Too cheesy and just dripping off pie. The place could use a good cleaning. One guy is making your pizza is also ringing you up and taking orders over phone. It's ok when your not busy but he's a heavy guy who you can see the sweat dripping off his face. Wouldn't recommend nor would I go back.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! I just ordered food from here tonight 09/24/2021 for my family (Eggplant Parm dinner and lasagna) and when we took our first bite we could instantly taste that the cheese that they used was spoiled. So we called to let them know what was going on with the food. Their first response was to hang up on me. So obviously I called them back and their second response was that we must have Covid, something was wrong with our taste buds, and that we don't know what "Good" food tastes like. He also told me Not to come back tonight so we could get the food fixed. The guy who spoke to us was the OWNER and instead of apologizing about the food he started yelling at me. He was blatantly disrespectful towards me and my family over this situation. What upsets me the most is that my family and I have been going to this restaurant for 20+ years and for them to treat us this nasty is just disgraceful. We will no longer be dining at this restaurant ever again. Honestly the way I was treated tonight I'm ready to call the health department on them myself.

The last few orders I have received have went down in quality (less topping and burnt). I have also been getting a lot of attitude from the employees. Try the other places in area you will be happy. The guy told me he makes the food (implying he would spit in my food) I also gave a lot to them. They should really call a health inspector because there are flys all over the food.

I have been a loyal customer of Franks pizza for over 27 years. And tonight I was told by the manager that there are 3 other pizza places in Warwick I should order from because I called to see about my slice orders delay. To digress , we had placed another order several days ago. and he called me to see why I had given a tip on the app slice of 2.49$. As embarrassing as it was I informed him that there was no other option on the slice app and I had noted that a 2$ delivery fee was added to the bill in addition to the 2.49$ . He said the driver does not receive the deliver fee ? I apologized and he said he would look into changing the tip options on the app. I have always been a generous delivery tipper so it made me feel very uncomfortable ordering again. But I decided to do so anyway in good faith planning to over tip the driver. As I was ordering I noted the new tip options on the app feeling pleased that our conversation before had resulted in positive changes as there were several tip options . But as I completed my order there seemed to be a glitch so I redid it and it went through. As an hour passed without receiving the order which I got an email confirmation should have been delivered long ago , I called the store. First the person who answered said they had no order then he said they had my order but it was for pick up. I was told that if I wanted it delivered it would be another 45 minutes. So I asked to speak to the manager who was the same rude man who had called me before. He accused me of being drunk and said your the one who gave the 2.49$ tip. And said. There are 3 other pizza places. Basically told me to F off. I can not tell you how rude and callous this person was. After we have been steadfast patrons of his father for almost 30 years? I ordered from franicos and was treated respectfully and by the way the food was much better. I have never written a review before and probably won't again but Warwick community, I urge you to rethink patronizing franks pizza.

Went in to pick up, first thing I noticed was the place looked dirty. When I got my food the chicken tenders were under cooked. Had to break them all open to see which ones were and were not cooked. Ended up throwing them all away. Also with my two orders of chicken fingers and fries. I barelly got any fries at all the tin was half empty. Would not go back, or recommend.

I live in Warwick and have ordered take out in the past. Came in with the family and it was dirty, unclean. The tables were sticky and when I asked if they had something to clean with, they had nothing. The air didn't work so it was hot and muggy in the place. As far as the managment let me tell you the rudest little individual runs the place. After ordering and eating we remained a bit after on a business call because we are realtors. He chose to comfront us and told us to head out, to go to a library...meanwhile no one was in there, if anything it would have given the illusion that he had any business. Im sure he meant well in his sad and sorry way. In all the rudest, dirtiest establishment not worth going to. Warwick has alot of other establishments that are way better over all.

The delivery showed up very quickly, so I’ll give them that. Aside from that, the pizza was terrible. I haven’t found great pizza since I moved up here a few months ago, but this is the worst so far. The crust was way too soft and doughy; no crisp at all. There was barely any sauce also. It looked like a NY style pizza but the taste and texture were way off.

I ordered a gluten free pizza because I have a severe gluten sensitivity that causes me to experience nausea, migraines, and flu-like symptoms for 8-10 hours. When I received the gluten free pizza, I was surprised to find breaded eggplant on top of the pizza. I called in to see if the breadcrumbs were gluten free, and was told they were not. I explained that I had first tried to take the pieces off but that the breadcrumbs were melted into the cheese and that I wouldn’t be able to separate it and eat it without having a reaction and asked for a new pizza. I was told by the person on the phone that, although I had requested a gluten free pizza for my allergies, it was somehow MY responsibility to confirm that they would not put gluten on top of my gluten free pizza. I personally think it’s common sense that if someone requests a meal without an allergen, you would not proceed to put that allergen on top. After explaining this to the gentleman, he hung up on me. The negligence is ridiculous. If I had celiacs and didn’t notice, I could have died. Thankfully my allergy isn’t THAT severe and I DID notice. But I still had to pay for a dinner that I don’t get to eat. Plus I’m tired and it’s late and I’m left to figure out something else to eat when the whole reason I paid for pizza anyway was because I didn’t want to cook! If you don’t have an allergy and they do actually get your order right, then I’m sure you’ll enjoy your experience because the pizza looks delicious. But again that’s an assumption, since I can’t actually eat it 🤷🏻‍♀️

The man working basically told me it was not his problem and that it was the third-party’s problem and screamed at me to get out of his restaurant. My husband went back to speak to them since I was so upset and the man said he had called the cops on me! I did speak to Door Dash who powered the online ordering service and they said that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they had received my money. (I don’t even care about the money at this point!) I am in total disbelief over the treatment I received from this unhinged individual. I wish I had thought to pull out my phone and record him and all of the wild remarks he was making. I will not support his business and will share my experience with everyone I know.
