No icing for the cinnamon rolls and when called about oh are you sure there wasn’t a package of icing. Like it’s my fault they didn’t check it.

Dining room was very cold. There were out of ice, coke and kid toys. FF were warm but burgers cold. Diet pop had a syrup taste to it?

I wouldnt eat here the shake machine has magets inside and if you ask for a cup of water it comes from a rusted sink facet. the place where your food is cooked is nasty. they never have supplies.

If I could rate this 0 I would. It's unclean, unsanitary and the staff are next to unless. Do NOT order online, they will tell you they have it then that they don't. They don't offer you a refund or any other help. They default to "this is your problem and contact your bank." The man who claims to be a manager is rude and unclean, no personal hygiene. I'm so glad all i did was pass through Watertown, I can't even begin to understand how they are still in business.

Second time in a month i got Sick from Disgustingly Greasy food!! First time, at least the service was good .. yesterday gal was rude, slammed window shut before i could ask for catsup & receipt .. NO MORE CHANCES 🙋

I’ve been here a few times and not once have I been satisfied with my meal. The employees act like they wanna throw your food at you and never smile. I’ve gotten a burger from there before tonight and it was cold and gross. I’ve ordered mellow yellow everytime I’ve gotten food from here and it’s always soda water with no syrup. I checked my burger today and there was ONE tomato, two SMALL pickles, and the tiniest bit of ketchup. Safe to say I’m never coming back to this location ever again. Don’t waste your time nor money here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Burger King location. I ordered a Whopper at 10:20 PM through the drive-thru, and when I opened it at home, the patty was cold and extremely hard—almost impossible to eat. I returned to the restaurant to ask why the patty was in such poor condition, and they told me the fryer was closed, so they had to use a microwave to heat the burger. They then told me to come back the next morning to get a replacement, which is completely unacceptable. I then asked for a chicken burger instead, and when I compared it to the Whopper, it was even worse. The meat, bread, and veggies were in terrible condition, and both burgers ended up in the trash. Terrible service and quality all around. I will never be returning to this Burger King again."

Pulled up to drive thru at 10:02am, waited over twenty minutes to get through drive thru for breakfast. While waiting at drive thru window all we could hear was fighting and yelling at each other in the kitchen. Younger gal (around collage age) at window was polite but you could tell there was something going on. In total it took us over twenty-two minutes in drive thru.

I rolled into the drive thru at 7:15pm, ordered a Texas double whopper and a chocolate shake, In a shrewd tone of voice the girl said they had already cleaned the shake machine and I couldn’t get one. Now listen customers. It’s 7:15pm, 82 degrees outside, and they aren’t serving ice cream products.Seriously!!! Furthermore, my burger tasted freezer burnt. Disgusting… So, I went to the new Wendy’s , I got a Delicious burger and a frosty.. So long BK Watertown…..
