Pulled in to this McDonald's during a cross boarder shopping venture for a quick bite . We noticed as we pulled in that the drive thru was busy so we parked and went in to order . We were pleasantly surprised how fast we received our order at our table , also at how clean and well organized it was ! Compared to many McDonald's we have been to in Ontario Canada and Durham region . The woman with the soft cast on her leg was serving inside and out , cleaning tables and tending to peoples needs by herself , all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. This McDonald's in Watertown in my opinion should be an example for all McDonald's and we will definitely be back when we cross over again ! Thank you for the great service and food !

I have recently gone through the drive-through and whoever your employee that was working on Monday, June 26 at around 8:30 PM, and the first drive-through window was an amazing employee. She was not rushing or pushy with the menu and she read me back everything that I had ordered to make sure everything was correct. And she was very pleasant. We have come to this restaurant multiple times and honestly this is one of the very first and few employees that has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. . And I honestly do hope that this gets back to her and that she knows what a great employee she is. Regardless of me telling her at the window or not. Not sure if her initials are KS number 13 but I hope truly there’s employee does get the appreciation. They deserve has a very hard-working employee at a major fast food chain

Ordered a little mac among other things and the bun was very burnt, fortunately the staff was super helpful and the rest of the order was great. The inside has had a major upgrade. It feels very modern and clean. Impressed by the new playplace. Staff was handing out fun activities for the children as well. Consider making the parking lot bigger if at all possible :) Great job guys and gals!!

was very disappointed when I asked to add Mac sauce and instead got completely plain mcchickens. No lettuce, mayo, or Mac sauce. After waiting 15 mins. This was my lunch break food so I couldn’t go back. I didn’t even eat it because I don’t like dry sandwiches :(. The service and employees at the windows were great tho.

I usually eat my lunch time and dinner times here at random. I really like their tables of such classy make and design. I also like their chain music in the '50's, '60's style of the genre era. Unlike with other restaurants. Inside this location of our local McDonald's is very clean inside and very healthy.

It was warm and humid the afternoon my traveling companion and I pulled of the interstate (I-81) for a pit stop that included a pause for the nutrition cause at McDonald's on Arsenal Street across the road from Arby's in Watertown. Parking was limited due to prep work for a repaving of the fast food giant's parking lot, which is a much needed improvement and should be nice and "crater-free" when completed. Ordering was easy, but was slowed down by my wife's sweet tea order, which apparently can only be fulfilled over by the drive-thru window area, due to the lack of sweet tea and unsweetened tea dispensers in the dining area. My friend had to search for a clean table for us to sit at even though the lunch hour was long over. Finally, our order was ready and brought out to us, which we were thankful for. I'm still amazed that those who work behind the counter, getting paid $15.50 and up, have such lousy sandwich building skills (see attached photo of my McDouble). So, my compliments to the menu photographer: the misaligned McDouble did not resemble the menu photo much! Anyway, the fries were hot and tasty with just enough salt and the Coke was cold and carbonated (excuse the burps, y'all!) and the funky looking burger still tasted good to this hungry traveler. The restaurant is in need of a face-lift and hopefully is on the list for remodeling, but parents with children, and all other diners, will be happy to know this location has a full playground and seperate dining area for families with young kids. ***=3 Stars for this visit as there's room for improvement. One bright note was our cashier, whose name I wish I caught. She did her best in less than ideal working conditions.

Consistently the worst McDonald's location within 20 minutes of Watertown (there are 4), recently went and you could tell the fries were cooked in very old oil, very strong burnt oil smell, went through the drive through again and was put in the curbside slot and I was told they were making them fresh, I waited 15 minutes which wouldn't have been a big deal at all but all I ordered was 2 double cheeseburgers which came out overcooked, dry, and cold with little to no mustard and a small amount of ketchup, which didn't help the dryness, if you are going to go to this McDonald's location I would only recommend going at night, or in the morning for their breakfast, they seem to be better at those times, if you're looking to get lunch, please consider taking a extra 10 minutes to go to state street or loves McDonald's

Tried to order the daily double sandwich only, tge women at register didn't know how to do it. She told me it's a meal only, bull it's listed as a sandwich on the menu for 3,49. My friend were cold, how many times are they going to keep up this crummy service. Not the 1st time this has happened but definitely the last for me and anyone else I'm going to tell.

this place was gross. the fries tasted like they were 3 days old and they were all cold. the nuggets were also cold.

We ordered, which was clear and concise, sausage, egg, biscuit meal with a Carmel frappe, also a sausage, egg, cheese McGriddle meal with another Carmel frappe and an extra sandwich …..we ended up with what was done on the receipt…..I can’t stand the level of incompetence that fast food businesses are showing when it comes down to service. If it is the employees train better, if the training doesn’t help fire them.

When did McDonald's decide that we want our frozen patty grilled fresh to order before being placed on a stale bun? I always get the same thing. 2 double cheeseburgers. For about the last 12 months, I spend an average of 10 minutes at the drive through waiting for them. Please, keep a few burgers hot and ready like you did the whole time you were one of the top fast food restaurants in the country. Stop pulling me into spot number 4 to wait 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers.

I'm done ordering delivery from McDonald's. I had to pay $5.39 for a large order of fries and it wasn't even a small. There's no customer service. You can't complain to anybody. Not on doordash and not on the mobile McDonald's app. There's no where to even look for your receipt. It's a rip off.

Ordered delivery but it took forever. The driver said my order was just sitting on the shelf and none of the employees paid any attention to them. Shake was melted and food was cold. Not ordering from here again.

Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences of my life, Had a deal not work on their kiosk which was completely out of my control, so I had gone up to the counter and waiting at there for about 30 minutes just for them to tell me that there was absolutely nothing for them to do. It made so since to me, because their machine had broken (the screen had turned white and the deal I had put through canceled and would not let me retry it) So they had told me im not able to be served and that i’m unable to get the deal I just redeemed (which you can’t re redeem for another 15 minutes) I asked if there was anything they could do to get my food or if I could talk to a manage bc I didn’t see why they couldn’t at least type the deal in on their computer behind the counter, and they told me that no manager is going to help me or tell me anything different. I didn’t leave and asking if I could still talk to someone… then after asking for a higher manager I was told to leave the store or they were going to call the police on me, as she starts to pull out her phone and pull her phone out and started to call for the police. I was not being hostile or rude I just asked for a higher manger bc there kiosk broke and then I was refused my order. Honestly I was pretty shocked probably won’t go back to that one ever again there always such rude horrible toxic people.

Ordered 3 meals: Got three drinks and the fries correct. - 1/4 pounder with bacon and cheese came with no bacon and no pickles - 1 kids 4 piece never got the nuggets It’s fast food not missing food....would have checked but we got rushed off
