I haven't been to an Applebee's in a long time, so I had forgotten how good they're food was. Excellent parm and shrimp steak! Excellent customer service! Our sever Joaquin was as good as it gets. He did a great job and always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I will def be coming back.

Sooo good to be able to dine in. I was seated immediately by a "smiling" host (at least looking at his eyes I assume he was smiling). The dining area as well as the bar area was busy but my order was taken in a very timely manner. I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Considering how busy it was, my meal was served rather quickly. At first the chicken looked like it might be dry. I wish I would have thought to snap a pic. It wasn't, it was moist and super tasty. All in all, parking, cleanliness, service and especially the food deserve my 5 stars.

The service was great, especially considering that we came in shortly after noon. I had the pick 2 lunch special, nothing novel or different, but a small Caesar salad and a bowl of French onion soup. Both classic dishes and well done, especially the soup. One of my friends had chicken fajitas and the other had an Asian chicken salad with the chicken fried. Both enjoyed their meals as well. Drinks were kept refreshed. We were seated promptly. There was really nothing they could have done better.

Trevor assured our experience was memorable. He was also very knowledgeable of the menu and specials which helped my 10 year old to decide the right meal. Good experience. Wonton chicken tacos were delicious and the Perfect Margarita was very good. Will return for those things. The reason did not give 5 stars was because the hostess made us wait (10 minutes) to be seated even though there was plenty of seats available.....

5 times that stupid electronic check out device failed. Ridiculous. Each time it said my check had changed. I'll be keeping an eye on my card activity.

Happy hour is great. Our polite waiter left us hanging for like fifteen minutes after we were finished eating though and there were literally ten to a dozen employees on a Tuesday evening. Three or four of them were constantly circling the division between the bar and main eating area the entire time we were there. No idea what they were doing, they weren't sweeping, wiping tables... I guess the manager crammed in the back little room was happy with it.

The chicken won ton tacos are the best. We also ordered the combo appetizers, and they were OK, but half of the plate was chips. Then we had to ask 3 people, and 15 minutes later, for the bill. When it finally came with the kiosk, I could pay because it powered down. Luckily, we had can and just left it on the table.

The food is always good. We like coming here to try their latest mixed drinks, though I will say they are usually quite light on the alcohol and are more of a novelty. If you order a regular drink from the bar they seem to contain a normal amount of alcohol. The staff is always nice and attentive.

For a party of 25 or more the service was good. Our Waitress was fantastic. Considering the # of people we had. Everyone liked there food. I was disappointed in my meal. I got the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp I got 4 1/2 pieces. Chicken was alright. Got lots of potatoes and onions. Other than that we had a great time on your Farewell dinner for my Nephew he's off to the Army.

I have service a 2 start due to the host never really checking to see if r need anything besides serving us our food. Also the food takes a while to come out

Even though most of the times is a long wait to get a table the food is good and the drinks also. You can always enjoy a beer and appetizers while you wait for the main dish. It's worth it.

Don't go if you're in a hurry or hungry. We waiting for a long time to even have someone get our drink order. The food was good but the appetizer was cold. Once we got the food, no one came to see if we needed anything until we finished our food, and we ate slow. And to get the check.... another long wait because the machine on the table wasn't working.

App order for take out, 2:07 pm on 10/15/23. Ordered a BBQ dip with my son’s strips platter plus paid 25 cents for for another BBQ and also for a ranch and Mexi-ranch for a total of 75 cents extra. The girl put only one ranch in the bag along with my 2. I told her that there should be 2 BBQ for a total of 4 dips. She insisted I was wrong. I wouldn’t leave so she gave me a 1/3 full much smaller container of BBQ before she stormed off. Prior to that she had forgotten my coleslaw and gave me a paper container with about 1/4 of the usual amount I’m normally given. The 2 of the 4 fountain drinks were filled an inch and a half from the top… the other 2 were fine. This is really lousy service… especially when the server tells another employee that I didn’t pay for the 4th dipping sauce when I did pay… and purposely giving me less BBQ, soda and coleslaw than I paid for. Very disappointed…

The food was good, but slow service. There were only two servers for the evening shift, but hardly any patrons in the restaurant and it was still slow. They did the best they could, but should have had at least one more server. Our server was very friendly and apologetic for the wait.

Was in bar when 2 separate parties were upset because they were skimped on alcohol. One man said he paid 46.00 for 2 dbl shots of tequila but was served single shots. The manager said I'm sorry sir that's how we do it here....The other people were upset because they ordered long islands and couldn't taste alcohol and didn't get a buzz. The staff did nothing to satisfy either party and the both left very mad.

Walked in on Saturday night about 6 p.m. They were only busy in the bar but we still had to wait 15 minutes before we walked out. As we were sitting waiting, there was a total of 17 people that walked out. The last group told the hostess that they were only there for their all you can eat boneless chicken wings and she told them that they were out. My wife and I were there for the same reason. After the group left I asked the hostess if it was true that they were out of the boneless chicken wings and she said yes. That probably should have been something that she should have mentioned when we came in.

We've been to this Applebees several times, but the plates this time were just not up to standards and the wait time was horrific. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived we were not excited at all and ended up calling a manager. We had ordered an 8 oz steak, and the steak wasn't even 8 oz. Honestly, the saving grace for us was Patty the manager. She was super nice and offered to remake our dinner. Then Patty herself went back into the kitchen and recooked our meals. It was awesome to watch. Yeah, she was our saving grace, her and the dollar drinks. If you go there, please thank Patty for us. She deserves it.

Took forever to get a table the employees spend too much time socializing with themselves. The soup was yummy but very small.

I hadn't been here in many many years but was in town for a unrelated event. We went in for a early lunch. Barely anyone in there seated right away. Server was kind and professional... however it took a ridiculously long time for the food to get to the table. Once there the plating was Def sub par and looked as if thrown together in a hurry. I couldn't imagine that being the case as we were one of 3 small tables in the building. I won't be going back for years and years again.

A clean place with friendly and attentive servers. The food, well, I imagine that the kitchen is doing the best they have with what they are given. The sodium was near the top of the chart. The food was not affordable but the heartburn was free. So there is that. Again, I doubt this is the fault of the chef. But if they read this, I do not write to offend but rather warn other diners. And what did I expect? It served our needs, a clean, friendly place to park ourselves for a while, pay too much for meh food. All of the employees were quality and on point.. and I actually couldn't understand the menu. There was some ki d of deal going on. Three for three or two for two or something. When next in Salinas I will ask the advisement of local contacts for other options.

The steak was suppose to be 8oz and it doesn't look like it. My poor wife was looking forward to a good steak and she said it was grissley. Her advice is to get the Asian Chicken Salad. My meal was good. I had the chicken and shrimp. It was good. I enjoyed it. Just wished it had more mushrooms. The service was ok cause we had to find someone to refill are drinks.

So Takeem worked his butt off to do EVERYTHING. We watched him host, bus tables, take orders, check in on tables, and everything in between. He was a rock star and he was trying his best. Everyone and everything else.. was a 1 star experience. It took over an hour to get our food. There were multiple items on our tab that weren’t ours. It took a long time to even see the first person who was hosting. At some point a random waitress walked by.. asked if we needed anything. We said water refills and kids water. Well when Takeem checked in and we said she was getting it, he said he would bring it if he walked by again and we didn’t have water… guess who ended up bringing stuff? My man deserves a pay raise. But do not bother going there if you have hungry kids because it’s a 2 hour ordeal. If I didn’t see him busting his rear. I would have walked out an hour in when only the kids meals were brought out and the rest of us waited 25+ minutes more. It was infuriating to say the least.

Understaffed (1 waitress, 1 greeter-seater, 1 bar tender, no bus help). Our simple dinner took over 3 hours with 45 minutes just waiting for our check. We couldn't even self check out as "they were out of batteries." Food probably would have tasted good if it had been hot.

This is a bit sad to post. We really want to like it. This place has conscientious staff, but the food is mediocre at best. Plus they’re frequently out of stuff. We eat there about once a year and, unfortunately, it goes down every year.

Service was slow. The food was cold, and you'll need to pay attention when you are paying your check. I ordered the 2 for $26, with 2 glasses of water, but received a bill for over $82. Looking at the details on the bill, which was not ours 😡, attempted to get my waitress, with no success, I stopped another employee multiple times after asking her if she could send our waitress over?The employee went into back, I guess to let her know, and our waitress didn't even come over. So I asked the same employee if she could get the manager. The manager was quick to respond, but instead of accepting the error, he wanted to blame the kiosk 🤔 really? 😠 what made it even worse, then our waitress decided to show up and ask us if we needed anything else 🤦‍♀️. The employees were very rude!!! Ask to speak to manager and was told there's no manager at the moment. The waiter Anthony is a awesome employee he is kind , fast and as a smile on his face. By observing Anthony he was was the only employee taking all the orders and delivering food to all the tables. While others employees just talking and walking around!!! Anthony should be acknowledge as a great employee and caring about his customers!! We order drinks and they were water down! Very disappointed and would be the last time visiting this location.

The food is what you'd expect. The big reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the order accuracy. Everytime we've ordered to-go there has been problems. The order has been wrong, missing items, or it took 20-45 mins after pick-up time to get. If you're looking for a quick bite, don't go here.

I dont know why they put us in the very corner while others being seated in the center. The food was served very late and the cheese was very watery on the pasta and it was gross and made me sick. The entire system in the store doesn't seem to be alright. The food cooked was terrible at least when i visited.

I ordered food to go. I ordered the neighborhood, beef nachos and a Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was fine. The lettuce was fresh. It could’ve been more cheese. There was hardly any Parmesan cheese on it and it could’ve been a few more croutons but other than that it was fresh. The neighborhood nachos on the other hand were the most disgusting thing ever and I don’t know if I will ever go back to Applebee’s. How could they send me out the door with this. The nachos had absolutely no cheese, there were three chunks of ground up beef stuck together and chunks, they were burnt on one side, the other side they clearly had been sitting out for a really long time because they were dried right up. I am not happy. I really needed to eat something. I hadn’t eaten all day. I had just come back yesterday from my mom’s cremation service overseas. I really needed to eat and they send me that. This is a lot about the place that they would send something like that out the door with burnt meat and dried up meat. What are they thinking? They can get rid of it that way while they’re losing out on my business. I used to go to Applebee’s regularly like 4 or 5 times a month. I will not give my business to shady practices, like sending food out the door that’s burnt and dried up and nachos with no cheese on them!!!!

Service at the Watsonville restaurant was the worse today. From the start we were treated badly from the greeters who told us to have a seat and then got mad when we sat in the seating area saying we could not sit there because it was a hazard but they did not have it closed off with any signs, drinks were watered down, food took over 45 min to arrive and then the food was cold and dried out. Horrible service!!

This Applebees sucks so bad. We just walked out and the experience was horrible. The short, little girl working the bar was way to comfortable working there. We never got our appetizers, we could have said something but honestly she not once noticed and that is why she got no tip. There was barely anyone in the restaurant but it was a 15 minute wait, that’s why we sat at the bar thinking it would be faster. It took 45 minutes to get the cowboy burger and the oriental chicken salad. We talked about going to El Michoacano on freedom, kinda wish we did. 1 star for our water taking less than 10 seconds to get.

Tell those frat boys to help out so the cooks aren’t having to bring food to customers. Seven waitstaff on the floor and cooks still having to bring the food to customers. It took three requests to get a Pepsi brought to our table. This isn’t a cool hangout spot, this is a workplace. Food was excellent, service was terrible. Also, no soap in the men’s restroom, meaning none of those waiters are washing their hands!

My husband and i ordered dinner online a few weeks ago for the first time and were given a pick up time for our order. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the pick up time and in total, we waited an entire HOUR before our order was handed to us. When we first arrived, the attendant said they were "assembling the order" and to give her 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told 10 more minutes... 4 more people showed up to pick up their orders and they were all told 10 minutes.. Everyone waited a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour for their online orders to be completed. A man came in and placed a walk in order for carry out and left with his order well before everyone else who had placed online orders. The employees were morons to be frank. Very unprofessional and possessed poor customer service skills. They were also reluctant to comp us two drinks for the inconvenience which was ridiculous! Overall, it was a HORRIBLE experience and we will NEVER order out from here again.

our group and the couple ahead of us stood in the front, with no hosts to greet us. it was really awkward and not a good way to welcome guests to the restaurant. i asked to speak to the manager and he had no way to ease the issue. he left it up to the staff to figure it out and all he said was sorry we’re going through a shift change. well maybe have someone like yourself a manager cover the front and greet the guests. i told him how awkward it was and him and his staff just stared at me so awkward i felt uncomfortable. not the best experience here…

I was just in for dinner with my family and children. Had a horrible dinner. We had a couple and a man sitting behind us they where talking about anal sex and sex positions. My daughter and son were very uncomfortable. I asked the hostess to do something she apparently told her manager, all manager was talk to them to keep it appropriate because they had made us uncomfortable. She left and the man said too bad they are brining me two more beers. We got out and left. We just pay $75 dollars to her this man talking sex. As a mother it makes me very upset. I felt like they care more about their drinking customer well being than a family having dinner not a family oriented restaurant by what we just experienced.

i used to go here all the time, until about 2 months ago, im never going here again! i was seated quickly, but i was never attended. the waitress would get other people's order before me, that had arrived after us. after about 30 minutes the waitress asked for my order, i had ordered a burger. the person who was there with me had also order a burger. well, she got here burger within 30 minutes, that seemed fine, but considering the restaurant was almost empty made it kind of odd. well, i waited and finally got my burger, an hour later. an hour. and that isn't even the worst part, i had ordered my burger without cheese, and guess what? she brought it to me with cheese. i told her that i wanted it without cheese, but that was a terrible idea. she took another hour to give me another burger with no cheese. in the end it took about 2 and a half hours to get a burger. never coming here again.

Appalling service, very slow, food was cold when it finally arrived, was then microwaved to the point of being inedible. Manager was rude and found it all funny. Do not eat here. Anthony our server was excellent friendly and helpful and anything in his control was done quickly and correctly.

This is by far the worse Applebees I've been to. I've been to 12 other Applebees in my life. The service is non existent. They took 1 hour and 9 minutes to get us our food. I'm a generous tipper and I left no tip. The food was also subpar. They never checked in on us. Just took order and takes it. If you're thinking of going here, just go to any fastfood. Edit: They didn't even give me all my food too

Service was super slow and sucked. Not very many people in restaurant. Asked for tobacco sauce and it never came out. Food was subpar. Been to lower class places with way better food. Ashley talked really fast hard time understanding her. Skip this location better ones out there.

My old 4 star review no longer applies. They get 1 star for having lights on. Since the remodel the customer service has gone down hill. Very rude inaccurate wait staff, slow kitchen with only few other people in the restaurant. My burger wasn't any better then anything burger king has to offer, and the fries were disgustingly over seasoned. My wife's tomato bisque and grilled cheese was good even though we had to order it twice. The kids meals were a step above a microwave dinner. I really do not like their new decor especially the giant pictures of alcohol on the walls of the main dining area. Did bit make the place feel family friendly. After years of patronage we will not be coming back.

I had decided to celebrate my birthday at this place with my little party of 4. Waitress started out nice and then started to ignore our small requests. Example an extra plate and bbq for our boneless wings. Never brought our bread stick that was included in our Alfredo chicken broccoli dinner plate. I let her know and completely ignored us. Place wasn't busy as usual, so it was not cause being busy, could have been because she was too busy talking to client at bar... ☹️

Quick lunch took over 2 hours And wait staff never even came over, manager stopped by table, said problem in kitchen and food would be right out (that was at the 1 hr mark) it was another 30 min before it arrived. Food was fine, typical Applebee's quality, but not worth 2 hours of time. Yes, after the first 15-20 min after we ordered and no food, I should have gone in search of Manager (waitress had disappeared) to get their attention but restaurant was very empty and me and my Mom were having a great conversation and I let it slide. From now on, in Watsonville Applebee's is off the list.

Absolutely horrible service! Waitied about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us even though multiple employees made eye contact and saw us, then were told it'd be another 10 minutes for a table. Placed our order, 15 minutes later out drinks arrived, 30 mins later our appetizers arrived cold. We never got our meal, after waiting an hour we paid for our drinks and left.

We had a waitress called Angelica G and gave the worst service! First of all we had to flag her down to order drinks, once we ordered drinks and got them she left and never returned. We had to flag someone else down to order appetizers, mind you she never came back, and hour later she never came back to take our dinner order so we left.

Walked in party of 8, 4 adults 4 kids the host looks like he has no clue what’s going on tells us 15 minutes. We wait for about 20 minutes he finally calls our name then asks us if we are all 21. Clearly we are not all 21 then he proceeded to tell us he can’t sit us because the table he can only sit us in is taken and at this point we can only be seated at the bar but since we are not all 21 we can’t sit there. Big fat waste of time and not cool at all. Very poor management. Clearly the table was taken when we got there if he would of said that in the beginning we would of just said no problem and left but the fact he has us waiting for almost half an hour really made us all upset especially when there’s 4 hungry kids.

They were still show the all you can eat fries with a hamburger but they were not serving in. But the add was on the windows and we were not the only ones that came to the same thing for 9.99

Here for over an hour and a half, ordered 2 drinks. Had to order food online otherwise we wouldn't have gotten it. Someone talked to us a total of 2 times in that time r and a half. We moved from being ignored at the dining area to the bar where they seemed to be busy but the restaurant was pretty emtpy.

Okay this place is the worst. I've been here a few times. Its hit or miss on the service. And when i refer to service I mean if you are going to get any or not. Everytime we go in I expect the service to suck and the food take forever to come out. But last night we were seated after seeing a movie. It wasnt crowded they didn't look understaffed. We were seated right away. We sit and wait about 15 mins no server. A family of four was seated behind us right at about that 15 minute mark. The server went right up to them and started taking drink orders. I looked at my wife and said you ready? To leave she replied? Yup. We got up and left. Nobody stopped us nobody thanked us (not that they had to we didnt buy anything) You let people leave your restaurant without service without a purrchase. Let it be known you literally lost money on 7/2/2024. Attitude reflects leadership. This is clearly a management issue. In the 3 years i have lived in Watsonville. They have not been able to secure a decent manager which cannot secure decent employees. Until that happens this place will continue to get the reviews it deserves. I mean even the good reviews are plagued with complaints.

The service is the worst. All these positive reviews have got to be bots because I have never had worse service in my life. I went out to get something from my car and smelled that the cooks were smoking something that wasn’t tobacco. No wonder they couldn’t get my order right. It must be a safety hazard to have them worked buzzed. They are so being reported. A month later I still have food poisoning. E Coli to be specific. Wash your hands!!!

*No tip left experience * I always tip even if the service is subpar. This was my first time ever not leaving a tip. The service at this place has been terrible three times that I've gone. They need management to step up. Food is always good though. This one was the worst experience. There were only about 5 tables taken around 9pm. server came about 15min after we sat down. You can also tell other tables around me were anxious about not seeing the server so I'm not too sure how long before that he wasn't seen. We were waiting for so long that we ordered our drinks, Appetizers and Dinner at the same time. Food came in on time and everything was good. But we never saw the server come around during that time. We had ordered Ranch with our order and splenda. The server forgot so we told him about it (no big deal). Except he never came back with it (Again, no big deal) After another while had passed and he came back to check up on us we asked for a few refills and also the Ranch and splenda that he forgot. He said "oh yeah" and went on his way. He came back with the refills and again no sauce or splenda so we told him again. Again he never came back. You could see people around were having the same issues with this guy as they kept purposely looking around trying to make it known that they're in need of something and they even had to go look for him We had to stand up and track him down twice for refills and the Ranch also. I was already frustrated as it is with the service but what did it was when me and another table had to track him down for our bill. Thats when i said "nope, there is no way I'm leaving this guy a tip". At that point, why even have a server if we need to stand up to track him down? Might as well have a soda machine and a condiment section. Took me longer to find him than it would have taken me to walk to a soda machine. I'm not sure if staffing is the issue or management. But something definitely has to change at this location. I was driving up to it thinking "MAN, I hope they've gotten their issues figured out" but for the third time, their service was a MAJOR disappointment. Again, food was good though. Just make sure you order all your drinks, refills and ask for your check all on the first conversation before you need to go on a search and rescue mission trying to find the server.

If I could put a ZERO star review I would. This is the second time that it happens to but I still wanted to give the the benefit of the doubt. I placed me order online around 5:35pm (only ordered kids chicken strips meal and a mozzarella cheese sticks appetizer and pick up time was 5:59pm. Well I send my son to pick it up and around 618pm my son calls me saying the order was not there so I send him the screen shot with the order number but since the link that was sent to me took me to a screen that said order not found to contact the restaurant, I called and the lady that answered just placed me on hold after I told why I was calling and left me on hold until the system routed back the call to incoming at that point another lady answer and apologized told me my order would be ready no more than 10 minutes more that was around 6:47 more than an hour after a place my simple order.

I never eat at Applebees and yesterday I decided to eat there and got food poisoning. I’d if it was the steak or the mashed potatoes . I feel weak . Been throwing up since 3 am diarrhea don’t stop 🛑 Don’t eat here

The people there were nice and kind but, it took 45 minutes to get our food and mind you it was not busy at all. The food was inedible and had no flavor and tasted stale. Not worth 120 dollars.

Have been to this restaurant a few times although probably more than six months ago. It was fine for a neighborhood restaurant. Went again on saturday. My first impression upon entering was the condition of the floors. There were papers and crumbs and what looked like a tray spilled right in the walkway going to be seated. It took forever to be served an d our table was never cleared properly. The desserts were brought to us on a table full used napkins and scraps. We had to stack and push everything aside just to see what we were eating. Very disappointing. Have no desire to return..Clean up the place

Went again this year, same putrid food and service. Burnt food. Ignored on took 20 min to get seated even, with near empty restaurant. Forever for good to come out. Bus boy playing music on phone while cleaning tables. Then, they wouldn't bring us the check, had to go pay it at their station. At the end as I was leaving the bus boy let me know he didn't like that I had a Raiders jacket on just as I did last year revealing why we got terrible service. I'll pass this on to my Facebook Raiders Nation clubs many in the area of this location. Avoid this dive at all costs.

2/3 of my party came down with acute food poisoning. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. Ate there on 10/27/23. On the plus side, when 1 of my party took 2 bites and refused to eat the server did comp the meal. That’s why the got the 2nd star for service and atmosphere

EDITED 4-30-22 FROM TODAY'S VISIT TERRIBLE, absolutely terrible and I'll tell you why. We went for lunch at approx 2:30 in a group of 5 adults and 1 child. The waitress was incredibly rude from the start, very curt and acted as though we were bothering her by being there. First when bringing out drinks she dropped them so hard on the table that some the mtn dew splashed out into the tray. Then when serving food plates they were basically thrown at us with my mother in laws hanging half off the table. Then we realized the reason she was so upset. Her boyfriend was sitting at the bar and we took her away from hanging out with him. That was made clear when she left us with no drink refills so that she could go over and sit and love up on him, very unprofessional. If she's going to be rude to customers then she should quit so she can spend her day with her man instead. (Check the cameras at the bar, you'll see what we're talking about) Now on to the food.. we got the bourbon st chicken and it was so greasy that even napkins didn't take away the mess. Mashed potatoes were clumpy like they were instant and not mixed correctly so you could taste the little crunchy things and the children's broccoli was was undercooked and basically still raw. Overall this is the 2nd BAD experience here so that's a wrap for our family. Definitely DO NOT recommend Photo of greasy chicken posted Had a late lunch today, waited over 20 minutes for a table. The shaggy haired waiter was coughing and sniffling which already had me on edge considering we had a child with us. He took our drink and appetizers order and then it took forever for him to bring them. When the food came out, my broccoli was totally raw and not steamed at all. The mashed potatoes on both my husband's and my plate were completely cold and unedible. I would not recommend this Applebee's AT ALL.. And I hope I don't end up sick because the waiter had some kind of cold.

This place should be closed down by the health department for serving raw hamburgers to customers. Stay away unless you want to visit th ER.

The waitress we had was not attentive at all. Never refilled our drinks. Rude to myself and my children. The only thing is the manager was an absolute sweetheart! The waitress on the other hand was just terrible!!! She only had my table and one other table... really huge disappointment.

Food half of it was burnt. Got car side to -go an waited in car 10 min past time it was supposed to be ready.

This is my second time going to this place, the first time I got a hamburger and ended up getting food poisoning, this most recent time the lady at the bar who took our order was rude and told us our drinks were going to be right out, however we waited 40 minutes and still no drinks, all we got were those two drinks, at that point we just left. Trust me I will not be eating here again. I believe in second chances but this is unacceptable and unbelievable.

I got the new chicken parmesan with fettuccine pasta. The pasta was very the thin and small. It was like mush and hardly any sauce. My husband got the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Same noodles. No sauce. Asked waitress for more sauce. Twenty minutes later she shows up with sauce after food is completely cold. Absolutely disgusting pasta. If I was the cook I'd be embarrassed to serve such slop.

I found a hair in the hamburger, I called to let the manager know and get a refund but it did not happened like she promised. I ordered online besides I got the food late. As today I haven't gotten my refund. I will not place an order or eat in this place.

Was extremely disappointed with my order. Me and my brother ordered to- go and when we got home we found out the steak I ordered medium was actually well done. They hardly gave me any mashed potatoes and didn’t even put the coleslaw sauce on my coleslaw, I just got the veggies. My brother got a hamburger and ordered waffle fries which they charged extra for and gave him regular fries.

Very dangerous parking lot.. there’s a red van parked all the way in the corner with plates CW64605 and it’s full of shady looking people. I went last night to get some drinks and saw some men drinking beer and some guy passed out in the van and a woman with red hair half naked. One of the men had a bike and he had a huge blade on his back. It’s a bunch of men there too with the woman.. like 5 different guys. Very troubling scene I decided to leave I didn’t want to risk my windows gettting broken. A lot of homeless park and sleep in that lot and even stolen cars with missing parts have been left there. Vehicles are their for days and no one does anything.

At least 10 servers working, restaurant half full, and it still took about 90 minutes to eat here. Staff spent most of their time talking to each other or hiding in the back. Appetizer and dinner both were cold when served. Manager checked on every table but mine. Took 30 minutes just to get the bill to pay. Will not eat here again.

So I had an issue with the fact that my main dish took over an hour to reach my table & I had to ask for my food to go before anyone came over to tell me my food was on its way. My server was very nice & took my order as I ordered it. So I didn’t have an issue with that I feel like the communication could have been better. If I would have known of the time my food was being brought to me I would have just ordered appetizers. Mind you it wasn’t busy and they had staff to spare. Also my main dish was a burger & a steak for my sister, my bun was soggy and burned & the patty was slightly burn and dry with no seasoning the texture had a rubber feel. The steak was dry. The appetizers were okay. One thing I enjoy was the drink I bought. I got my appetizers right away but i went there to enjoy my meal. I noticed that 30 minutes after arriving people showed up & they got their food at the same time we got ours to go. Not sure if the chef cooked all of our food at the same time but I was sitting there far too long to get my burger & steak meal after I ask for it to go. For 65 dollars that I spent I could have just gone to a drive thru. I didn’t eat the meal. After two bites it just pissed me off.
