My disabled Son and I stopped at Popeyes for our first time. We were greeted warmly. Great customer service and great food! The restaurant was clean. We highly recommend the Popeyes in Weatherford Texas! We will be back! Thank you again!

Great night manager! When I got there on Friday afternoon at 5pm they were packed with large orders and a full dinning area. She handled everything professionally didn't stress out and kept things in order. Even with everything going she remained kind and polite greating and communicating with all. I placed a dine in order for me as I had another 1-1/2 drive home and than placed a large order for my family at home. She offered to hold everything in back till I was ready and made fresh items when I was about to leave so it would be warm and fresh. Highly impressed and would recommend to all.

The food was wonderful but we ordered 3-Sampler meals and there was no pieces of chicken in any of the boxes, just the 2-tenders and 8-shrimp. We were very disappointed and were still hungry when we finished eatting. We were 25-miles away at home when we found there were 6-pieces of chicken missing. I feel a refund or replacement meal is in order for the inconvenience, but unsure who, or where to call.

On this trip to Popeyes, I was interested in ordering the Ghost Pepper Wings. I had tried them once before, and can say by the time I got to the last wing (ordered 10), I had a good sweat going on my forehead. Sadly, once I got to order I was told the warehouse had pre-maturely ran out and the Ghost Pepper Wings were being discontinued. Sounds familiar as the same happened to the wildly popular Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. Maybe Popeyes will do the same for the super spicy wings and bring them back permanently. Until then, I suggest getting a side cup of the Spicy Mayo to dip their regular spicy items (ie. Tenders, wings, or chicken) It is the Spicy Mayo which gives the chicken sandwich the extra kick needed for the 'spice lovers' out there.

From our experience, it's pretty solid. No, there's not a drive thru. I've never been inside, but my husband goes inside every time & says there's not any issue with the store. The store is extremely clean. The "old ladies", his words, not mine, are "extremely nice". They warn you it'll take a minute bc everything is fresh, but it never takes as long as they claim. It takes about 20 minutes to get food, but it is ALWAYS fresh. We live 10+mins away & our food is still piping hot when we get home. I have no complaints & I can be a hard woman to please. Ps. The chicken sandwhich they say is "so great"... is truly great. I love Chick-fil-a.. but they ain't got NOTHIN' on this sandwhich, y'all. Seriously.

One of the best places to get chicken in Weatherford. The establishment was very clean and the staff there was very nice. Food on the other hand was PHENOMENAL. It is next to a truck stop so you will see some shady looking people. Other than that 4 stars.

This Popeyes is at a truck stop. Great tasting food. But they didn't put the coleslaw in the bag with the chicken tenders and fries. Guess partly my fault that I didn't checked to make sure everything was in the bag. But I was back on the road again before I noticed. Also I ordered the mild chicken tenders one piece of spicy chicken tender was mixed in. Kind of a surprise when I bit into the spicy one. At least it wasn't to flamin hot 🥵 and it was good tasting.

When I went today, the manager Kerri was super helpful. They were dealing with a large amount of orders and set expectations on wait time very well and all and all were a great staff. Thank you. Your job isn't easy and you are appreciated.

We’ve waited too long for overcooked cold food more than once. It’s along the interstate and so we pay 2-3 dollars more per order than many/other locations. We love the food and it’s the only one within miles of where we live. I’m all about being your customer, but you’ve gotta meet me halfway. Sincerely

Be careful if you order blackened chicken. I didn't know it would be spicy hot! It burned my mouth. I should have asked, but I assumed it was not hot. Also she forgot to give me any dipping sauce when I had told her which kind I wanted. A reminder to always check the bag before leaving a fast food restaurant. Otherwise, the usual Popeyes food.

Most of the times I've been here during the day the service is amazing and it is clean and nice but at night time I find that the help is just there, not very friendly or helpful, employees are doing nothing to help customers and they( employees are very rude) won't be there in the evenings again! Also I witnessed the cooks arguing with each other loudly!! Very disrespectful towards customers

I got my food pretty quickly but only 1 of the workers were wearing their masks properly. The lady white the blue collar shirt on. I guess she was the manager. I went in the evening time.

Not the friendliest staff. They come off as passive aggressive to everyone everytime. The past few times I went it was the cashiers with slight attitudes, like they didn't want to be there. Today I asked for a regular chicken sandwich and got spicy, no big deal. But I wanted mayo on my sandwich and for whatever reason they didn't put mayo on it. Just put it in a container and gave it to me. And the fries were old and nasty. I threw them away. Never fails. Maybe it's best I don't come back to this one. It's not the first time this has happened.

The employees basically ignore you. And walk off in the middle of the order.. they act put out when you order and get your order wrong. It takes forever to get your food once they figure it all out. But their food is super delicious and I'd order again if I had 45 minutes and the patients to deal with their attitudes.

Food was good, except the chicken sandwiches. My husband got 2, and watched them get them from under a heat lamp! Never again will I get a sandwich there. The buns were burnt on both sandwiches. Most likely from the constant heat. Doesn't take alot for bread. Chicken was completely dried out. Eight dollars down the drain. I've always gotten them fresh there. Going down hill!

The Shift Lead has a sign on the door that says No Bone-in Chicken for 2 hrs on Tuesday evening @525p. My online order was placed at 415p. When speaking to the Shift Lead on duty, with an attitude, she explains that they stop to clean their fryers everyday in the middle of the day. She only offered us to wait an automakers 10 minutes for spicy chicken when our whole order is Mild!! How can a business be successful for long with this type of service?!?!?! I love Popeyes Chicken but instead of taking another sabbatical from Popeyes, I'll just spread the word & stop expecting to receive what I ordered and paid for from Popeyes Chicken. UPDATE - The Store Manager came and apologized after another worker told her how rude the other lady was. She offered us additional side/ dessert. Although we waited a total of about an hour (because it would've been more of a hassle to get a refund through the app), our 🐔chicken was freshly cooked and we were satisfied at the end of the experience.

Standard Popeyes. My order was incorrect and they rectified it without a fuss. Staff is very limited but very friendly and constantly working to make everyone's experience the best it can be. Ordered a 3 piece tender and got about 7 so that's a win lol. Could've been cleaner though.

Normally this place is bussin. But the disrespect of these “chicken strips” is unfathomable. The red beans and rice were on point too. Just mad they gave me popcorn chicken instead of chicken strips.

Ordered thru grubhub. 8 piece and 2 large red beans and rice. Got 1 large and 1small red beans and rice. My 8 piece had 4 of the smallest wings I have ever seen. Meat was burnt clean off them. And I got a leg 1 breast and 2 thighs. Good job! I think they should be paid 25 dollars an hour! Oh yeah it was40 dollars.

Went through the drive-thru placed my order. When I got to my destination what I had ordered was NOT in the bag. I paid 15.43 for a three piece meal. WTF..,.are these fast food eateries a thing of the past..or are youth becoming the by product of our inept parents.

I didn’t think it was possible to be a bad Popeyes employee until tonight. The woman at the counter was rude for no reason at all, they were out of rice, and they were out of mild tenders. Not sure how difficult it is to run a Popeyes but they’re doing bad.

The ladies working were fantastic! But, the food left a lot to be desired. Five(5) piece strip meal..... I got 5 pieces, alright. But, totaled to about half of a chicken breast or some really very sorry chickens.

Waited 4 minutes before anyone even walked up to the front counter to take my order. I left without ordering food

yummy food-but dirty, grungy & old restaurant. nasty rugged area next to truck stop. lotsa traffic & parking lot trash. nervous to touch any surfaces. i have handicapped👩‍🦽placard-but i couldn’t find any parking. cashier didn’t greet me, no hello, just took order & NO thank you. Loved the chicken sandwich but not area or service. should’ve gone to the Jack across the street. Popeye only ate spinach, not chicken.

This evening around 7-745 pm we went to the popeyes in Weatherford inside the Petro and i must say the customer service was horrible!! I do hope the cleanliness is way better in back of house than it used to be!! We made the trip from bit of a distance as i got a email saying bogo offer on 3 piece tender meal and i needed help from a manger to get the deal!! The female manager in gray shirt truly had no interest at all in helping us figure it out!! So i did the survey and explained the situation and true lack of customer service to point it made my other half uncomfortable even being there.. While waiting for 5 minutes to ask someone to give her honey as the manager in gray shirt walkes passed her twice, stating which 3 of us overheard her when asked what was wrong to say people!!! Wish she had a name tag on but unfortunately if she doesn’t enjoy ppl that need help with worst customer service skills on planet then id suggest finding another job where your not around ppl or customers!! Popeyes is expensive thus the deals are huge to ppl in this economy!! Be better and try smiling and act like you enjoy your job!!!! The food was phenomenal by the way…… Simply help ppl when they need help getting the deals!!!

Was not a fan of the staff please get rid of the way they call names and use numbers. The worker got my name wrong so I didn't know my food was ready for min tell they had to say what the order was. Even they got the name of the customer ahead of me wrong too and gave an attitude to him. Chicken was somewhat cold was a disappointment but the biscuits I really enjoyed how they taste.

11/27/2021 approx 6:00-6:20pm The food is always good but the customer service ruined my husband's entire experience tonight. He ordered Spicy Chicken. They said they had to make new and he would have to wait. He waited for 10 minutes and then the next customer came in and ordered Spicy Chicken. They bagged up that person's food and handed it to him and my husband had to continue to wait. Then when he addressed it (shouldn't you serve the person waiting for 10 minutes before the person who just walked in the door?) The employee didn't make eye contact and mumbled "oh I don't know. I'm bagging up your order now" then handed him his stuff, no eye contact still, and walked away. We would fill out a review on the receipt, if we had gotten one. Tonight's customer service was pretty poor.

I ordered some wraps and chicken dippers online a little over 30 minutes ago. I picked it up 25 minutes ago and got back on the road just to find out that my dippers were missing. I've already eaten my food and my order is still showing as being ready soon. Because of this I can't get a refund on the missing item and I'm not about to backtrack 20 plus miles when I have a delivery to make. Close.out my dang order y'all!

Not impressed. The food was decent, but it was pretty barebones on the inside, and the service was horrible. We ordered 2 meals and sat there for 45 MINUTES waiting for our food. The workers gave the next person's food to the wrong people, when they returned it, the workers tried to give it to the first guy, he declined it because they had already touched it. Overall, 2 stars. Won't be coming back. Slow, Empty, and Unsanitary.

Bro I won't go up to Popeyes ever again. First time I went it was an hour and a half from closing and they had no spicy chicken for sandos, being where they are located you wouldn't think they would shut down an hour before the where scheduled. And the second and last time was just now I ordered three things. Three. And they still messed it up. Don't get me wrong I work in the food biz but come on man.

We always love Popeyes. This time it was terrible. The macaroni and cheese was more cheese than macaroni ( to much cheese). We were not happy with our food.

On last visit at the Weatherford location, the manager was more than accommodating. You were able to mix and match chicken on the family meals. No more. Then tried to order 2 chicken wings. Nope, need to order 7. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Went today for a 6 dollar box special. Got a med drink total 9 something. I asked for a extra wing. Came out to 14and some change almost 15 bucks. Said any one piece is a extra 4 something. I should have just walked out. My coworker was next asked for 2 6 dollar box specials said she could only have one per customer. She laughed and said one was other coworker still at work. Only way she could get two was to pay full price of one for 6 and the second for like 10 something. She left and went somewhere else. 25 employees at my work said well we won’t be going there then. Lost my business also.

This location is out of something every time and it’s not right before closing either. It’s poor inventory or poor planning. And then I ordered chicken strips and they tasted like they had freezer burn and were under cooked. They had to be thrown away.

I placed an order for a 16 piece chicken tender family meal online from the Popeyes website, plus ordered additional items. They left out the chicken and sauces, so my partner went with the receipt to get the missing chicken. My email receipt and online order on my account shows I ordered chicken tenders, but they said we didn't and refused to give us the tenders unless we paid extra because they didn't feel like we paid enough, eventhough I paid exactly what was listed as the online pricing. They literally tried to extort us for me to get the full order on my receipt! We will never be back to this location

30 minutes for chicken combo. No one would make tea. 600 pound life people standing around eating and doing nothing. The typical lazy people who want a check for doing nothing. Pathetic horrible service.

I walked in and I ordered 2-original chicken sandwiches. I received my order and got home only to find they made them spicy 🌶 I wasn’t expecting this. She asked me original or spicy-I said original. There is no excuse for this. Had to throw them away! Extremely disappointed

Popeyes on 2001 Santa Fe Weatherford, TX 76086 has made a customer for life...for Chicken Express. Our experience was a total let down. Order was not correct and charged us for several “upsize” that was not requested. The lady behind the counter was very unprofessional and the workers couldn’t care less what they were putting in a box. Please shut this establishment down as who ever is running has no control on what is happening. We spent our last dollar on this chain and will tell everyone we can about this experience. Bad thing is, we have eaten at other Popeyes 2 or 3 times a week, will not happen again.

Service was absolutely terrible. My cashier was clueless. She was so out of touch on everything. Every question I asked her she didn't know or just didn't have an answer. I asked her what are your specials for the week.Her response. I don't know we don't have any. I told her wait let me pull it up on the Popeyes app. I ordered the food and I pulled my barcode up to be scanned to get the extra bonus points. She said Oh our scanner isn't working sir. 😕 O.M.G. So the specials I pulled up I can't get credit for it and you won't sell it to me for the price I'm showing you for the exact store address we're both standing in at this exact moment. Just simply ridiculous. I will never...Ever Ever Ever come back to this Popeyes again. Please retrain your staff. I'm not upset just disappointed. Management Please set aside the time and retrain your staff they're doing a poor job.

Horrible. My real complaint is the tenders were so scant, and all woody breast. Like biting into rubber. $18. 98 for a 3 tender meal and one extra side. $4 for a single side of mashed potatoes and they didn't give me a spoon for my to go order.

Food was good except that while there, I noticed the counter lady, the one with the nose ring, offered discounts to some customers as they walked up to the counter. Yet she did not offer a discount to me when I walked up to order. I also noticed she did not offer the discount to a very few others. I am not sure what is the reason for the disparity of service between customers, but I felt cheated and somewhat undermined by this.

Do not EVER consider eating there. My cashier ZACK was amazing. He greeted me, took my order , and was very nice. After getting my order, I came right back in when I bit into my shrimp and they were as hard as rocks and my chicken was no better and looked like it had been cooked in grease that needed to be changed yesterday. I showed them my food and asked could I get fresh food. Zack told the woman/cook in the back and was told the chicken was "only" 11 mins old. When she appeared in the front, I showed her my food and she preceded to let the assistant manager, who happened to have come from the back and apparently responsible for changing the oil. The woman said it would be a wait and I said I dont mind waiting at all just want it fresh . The manager interjected and said it'll take him until 11pm to change the oil. It was 4 pm at the time mind you! So, I simply placed the food even closer to the cashier and asked for a full refund. I went to my truck to get the card I used and came back in to one of the employees saying "people just want free food". The manager said nothing and continued to just ignore what was said and started processing my refund, so I addressed the employee and said "no people want FRESH FOOD" and "I hope that wasnt directed towards me". Never again!! Worse customer service ever aside from Zack who was the best and I hope he finds a better place to work at, then a place like that. Disgusting! Wish I could give no stars!!

Cashier was super nice, but with only 1 person working to make the food, i had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Not only that but i got maybe 6 fries with my sandwich. Also the drink machine says to ask for a new cup before getting a refill but my husband was told to refill his cup anyways. Overpriced for what you get.

The short Hispanic girl in the back with all the tattoos, maybe 5 foot 4'10 is beyond rude. Vulgar comments and jokes, I watched her make another employee cry about a 3 weeks ago maybe a month. I haven't seen that employee back. She ruins the vibe there. Was so disgusted by her behavior I almost didn't want to eat my food. Also before I ordered that day, previously not knowing she worked there I walked up to my car and she had her passenger door open up against my car and was smoking a cigarette.

Ordered at this Popeyes twice before and had a fine time. But this was unacceptable. Both sandwiches came stale. Both drinks had 0 flavor in them. And the mashed potatoes had 0 flavor in them!!!! There’s gravy on them!!!! How do they have 0 flavor!!!

On a Friday night at 7 pm, there were only three people working the kitchen. This led to a 45 minute wait for our chicken! Everyone in the dining room was grumbling about the wait, yet there was no sense of urgency coming from the kitchen. It was overall one of my worst fast food experiences. 0/10, would not recommend.

I walk into the restaurant 3 people are waiting on their orders... no one in line. 1st thing I hear is good luck. After 17 minutes my order still wasn't taken so I walked away. As a truck driver we come through here often and unfortunately it's like this more often than not.

Used to be great. But they can’t run a store WITH TWO PEOPLE. Literally a cook.. and one other person runs the cashier, food line, expedite, etc… she was great don’t get me wrong but there’s no point riding online if you have to wait 20 minutes when you get there…

I live way out in the country so finding a Popeye is the highlight of my day. Anyway I ordered the famous chicken sandwich original which was greasy and unedible also ordered a three three piece chicken only original it was also greasy and the wing and thigh you can taste it as well as see it but it must have been from either early that morning or from yesterday evening. Never ever going back. Think I start cooking my own chicken.

I would’ve left zero stars Due to the lack of professionalism, rude employees the under size items they gave me for a family meal that supposed to feed five will not be going back for 75 bucks. I could’ve went to chicken express and received three times the food and a lot better and more professional atmosphere.

Worst Popeyes fried chicken I’ve ever eaten!!! Ordered an 8 piece with red beans and rice. Holy crap, the chicken was gross and burnt. I couldn’t even eat it and my dog was not a fan either. Red beans and rice were more like beans and a few grains of rice. This location is nasty and the people employed here do not care about quality of their product. Pretty shameful when you spend almost $40.00 for a 8 piece chicken meal and a small side of Mac and cheese. Not worth my money and won’t be returning here again!

I just had an Uber delivery of 24 wings(12 signature hot, 6 ghost pepper, 6 sweet and spicy) and an order of coleslaw, which was missing. The chicken was cold(It wasn't Uber's fault) and is so small! I won't be ordering these again. The packaging was nice, though. The quality of the bag was impressive. Too bad they don't do the same for their chicken wings.

Went here today to order the same thing I order every single time I am here, the 2 can dine, spicy with two red beans and rice. I asked for it and they all looked at me and asked for a code. This Popeye's never asks for a code. Ever. Then, I told them they always have the coupons near the register. I was told that they can't just have coupons at the register. I also stated that before they started having the coupons, the lady usually just enters the code. I was then asked did I want less for more. No I don't. 😒 They all just stood there, no resolution. Steady saying they don't know the code. I worked at Popeyes for years and baby, they are the Popeye's gatekeepers clearly. I just left. I don't have no interest in drama, especially eating some stuff I never get the full Popeye's experience with. I been in Texas 10 years and have only went to the Popeye's in Irving, TX on Beltline Rd because they are NOT all the same. This one price gouges because they are the only one on this side of town. I will be going to Irving this weekend and continuing to patronize that one until I leave Texas. The red beans are always extra sticky anyways. 😑

Was delivering food tonight for door-dash and was given two pickup orders. Waited 30 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken and a drink. After waiting three minutes the store gave us the food and when I asked for the customers drink apparently their lemonade machine wasn’t working. Could’ve let me know the entire 30 minutes I was waiting, but instead almost let me walk out the door without my entire order. Employees were rude and ignored me multiple times when I needed assistance. I’ve worked in fast food, I’ve managed in fast food sometimes it sucks, but do better. Y’all were not even busy had maybe 4 people in the lobby. And I waited 30 minutes for 3 strips. Unacceptable, customer service needs work.

They were out of mac n cheese which is fine, it happens, but I decided I would go to another location because of it and the whole staff, including the manager, started making fun of me loudly in the back for having Mac n cheese as a deal breaker. So unbelievably disrespectful when I otherwise wouldn't have even left a review.

The chicken tenders looked suspiciously undercooked, absolutely disgustingly dry Mac and cheese with powdery bits mixed in, and a biscuit that was dirty on the bottom. I would have been better off opening my wallet and just eating fifteen dollars.

I’d rather leave zero stars, it’s a shame the review forces at least 1. This establishment needs better management with higher expectations all the way around. It’s crazy that folks can show up, and get their full paycheck to serve half prepared mashed potatoes, which are instant in this case. Mine weren’t fully prepared so i dug in to find powdered potato. Thats not edible. Didn’t use enough water? Won’t eat here again!

I didn’t expect much but this place still disappointed. It took 10 minutes to even take my order, 35 minutes to get my food (3 chicken sandwiches). I watched as everyone else who was in the restaurant, who ordered after me, leave within 10 minutes. Blonde young lady was wearing her mask as a chin strap defeating the entire purpose of it the entire time I was in there. I am not a fan of the masks although, if you work in food during a pandemic I expect more respect to others by keeping it on, especially while touching and leaning over my food. I would not recommend this Popeyes.

I'll never go back to this particular location. Their prices are approximately DOUBLE the normal cost at Popeyes and when I asked why, I was rudely told "we can set our prices at whatever level we want to - we are a franchise". Obviously being inside a major truck stop they have a captive customer base (truck drivers) that can't easily get into fast-food places, so Popeyes chooses to gouge them on their prices. I like Popeyes chicken, but this place has made me aware that 1) they don't NEED my business and 2) they don't really WANT my business. So - they won't get my business, plain and simple.

Bought five spicy chicken tenders that were room temperature bordering on cold. I thought they should have at least be warm if not hot. Really disappointing!

Was missing 2 chicken strips, a dozen biscuits and was given 4 strips instead of 4 piece bone in chicken. Taste wasn't worth the price, tasted like the cooking oil was old. Called 20 times to work things out and they never answered the phone

Y'all really need to do something where delivery drivers can just pick something up, I shouldn't have to be rude and interrupt workers just to grab my order because it's just sitting there behind the counter

Dinner and entertainment. Had coupons and the Cashier rang up the wrong food items even when we had given her the coupon for the meal deal we were ordering. The fries were stale tasting. And we got to witness the staff arguing about who got to take break. Everyone had a stinky attitude and we will not be back to this location

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location today. I ordered and paid for a drink at the self-service kiosk. When I went to pick up my order, the manager on duty, Chris, insisted that my receipt did not include a drink. I showed her my receipt, but she refused to even look at it and told me to get back in line and “sort it out” with someone else. After waiting again and speaking with another employee, Chris finally checked my receipt and realized the drink was clearly listed at the top. Only then was I given the drink, and even then, her attitude was unprofessional and unwilling to acknowledge the mistake. As a manager, this behavior was disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to receive items they already paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This staff is totally inadequate. On several occasions I’ve tried to order something and the don’t have it. Today I asked for 4 pieces all dark. They informed me that they cannot sell all dark until Tuesday. By order of there manager. They should just shut down. At least then it wouldn’t bring a bad nine for the overall Popeyes company.

Came to this location at 6:30 pm and tried to order a 8 piece dark meal to go and wasn't allowed to. Was told that the chicken they had, had to last the rest of the night and I could only order mixed chicken only. This place is open till 11 pm according to their website. I'm pretty sure on a Friday night they're gonna have to fry more chicken before the night is done. I can only blame poor management and lazy workers. I will not patronize this location again. And encourage others not to patronize this location either.

Garbage! That’s it that’s all. Also after getting my nasty food, the cooked sneezed in his hands & didn’t even wash them just went back to cooking smh!

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had. Putting aside how cold and unfriendly the service was, the 10 chicken tenders I ordered had nothing but saltiness to them and were so tough and rubbery that they were nearly impossible to chew—clearly not fresh and must have been sitting there for a long time. Then I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, and unbelievably, there wasn’t a single drumstick. It was all dry breast meat and tiny wings that were fried so dark they looked burnt. This place is worse than any other Popeyes I’ve been to. If this had been the first Popeyes I ever tried, I probably would never eat Popeyes again.

The worst experience at this Popeyes. Store is supposed to close at 11:00pm and they “closed early”. Already placed an online order that said it was in the works and went inside to grab and ASHLEY said “no, we’re not making that.. go cancel the order”. It was too late and couldn’t cancel the order and have to wait for customer service to get back to me within 48 hours

Ok I ordered a 3pc, a sandwich, and some wings. First off I waited 30 mins, I think they forgot about me? They finally got me my food and said “here’s an apple pie for the wait.” So I get home.. they forgot the sandwich and all my food was cold. The food sucks, this location sucks, and the people that work there.. you guessed it, they suck. Avoid at all costs

If you want 3 associates to look at you while you wait for someone who knows how to run the register, if you want to wait 10 minutes looking at 3 guys doing nothing but staring at you, if you looking to pay 11$ for just scraps of an old oil frier, if you are looking for an EMPTY box of “popcorn shrimp” with literally crumps of popcorn without the shrimp part… You might have found the right place. Only good thing is that the rest. was clean.

They messed up the order that I made and the type I asked for 5 dark I got 4 mixed the chicken that was dark was spicy even though I ordered classic. The lady behind the counter was lost by a basic 3 Peace dark with Mac and cheese. I visited while driving though on the 24 the entire staff were actively talking about not wanting to be their and closing as soon as we left

I ordered 16pc fried chicken and nothing else, the fried chicken they gave me were the smallest chicken drumsticks and chicken wing sticks, not a single chicken breast or chicken flank, I tried asking for help and they had a manager, The lady whose name starts with M, rude and arrogant, they put a piece of cake in my fried chicken, oh my god, I have a wheat allergy, I will die! This lady actually threw the cake away with her hands without wearing gloves. She wanted to kill me. I can't eat this food. I threw it all away and will never come back...

This place is horrible the chicken was overcooked and greasy I took a bite and wanted to throw up it was like chewing on a piece of rubber, it was a waste of money, never eating at this location again
