My mom and I went here for lunch & couldn't have been happier! The employees were nice, food was ready fast, and the place was spotless! 100% recommend the cowboy sub & the Mac salad.

20 July 2023 This is a very great place to sit back and enjoy a fantastic old-fashioned submarine sandwich. The Dagwood is one of my favorites because of the abundance of meat and of course the add-ons. Lettuce, tomatoes, spinach and so much more plus cheese! The restaurant was very clean also the staff were very friendly, except one girl who was P.Oed about getting her picture taken.... So I covered the angry girls face. We definitely enjoyed our visit for lunch. Delicious!

I’ve been feeling like DiBellas was heading down hill for a while now but I was wrong. They made me an incredible sub. Love the environment and decor of this place. Helpful quick service and big subs!

9/30/24: The men's bathroom 🚻 did not look dirty or messy, but it smelled bad. That was a big turn off. The food was very good. The service was good. The sandwich 🥪 man wore gloves, but he touched his cap & then touched my food! That was not good. I did not complain, because he was in control of my 🥪 sub.

Last few times we have gone here it's just not the same as it was. The workers were not friendly at all and the subs were lacking. I got the godfather as I always did, and after this time I'm not sure if I ever want their subs again. It made my stomach hurt for hours. The bread quality tasted stale and poor, and the meat just didn't taste good at all. Hopefully these issues get addressed and fixed quickly so people don't have to worry about getting sick when getting a sub.

Every time I order a grilled sub- in person or online, they mess it up and make it cold. Every time.

4 workers. 1 customer. Customer asked for a steak sub with no peppers or onions. Plain. Just meat and cheese on bread. After 16 minutes I was handed a sub full of poppers and onions. I truly sincerely wish I could understand how that’s possible if not on purpose. There were no other customers. No distractions. I asked for meat and cheese in bread. Couldn’t do it. This quality of service from this company has turned to shit the last decade. A once respected place of business now struggles to have 4 workers place two items on bread and hand it to the customer.

Order large sub. Extra meat. Sub felt skinny. Went home, opened it up. Barely any meat. Little mayo and barely any oil. Mostly bread. What happen to a good sub. I ordered LTO. No lettuce no tomatoes and onion. Never going here again. I even tipped the kid

Restaurant was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, and two of the three employees we dealt with were incredibly rude. Our sandwich was improperly made, and our order was incorrectly written. Won't be back.

This spot is definitely hit or miss. The last few times I’ve been, the food was actually really good—so I was hopeful. Honestly, I’m starting to think the quality depends on whether the store manager is there. When they are, things seem to run smoother. When they’re not, it feels like a free-for-all. Today was one of those off days. I ordered two grilled Godfathers with peppers and onions—and nothing was grilled. Just tossed together with no care, which was disappointing. As for the atmosphere, it’s usually solid, but again, I think it depends on who’s managing. Today I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. I got stared at like I had ten heads. One girl just sat at the grill on her phone, right in front of the manager—who didn’t say a word. Not the vibe. This place can be good, but the inconsistency is frustrating.

Went in to go get a sub here and had a terrible experience, walked in to order a chicken bacon ranch sub. Went up to the first guy to order my sub and he looked at me concerned and confused and said “I’ve never made a chicken bacon ranch before” so he took down my order and looked at the other guy working there for help (which is understandable he could be new). I was given a number (#11) and went and sat down until my number was called but he gave me the wrong sub! Then when he went to cash me out he tried to cash out the wrong sub! I ended up going home with the right sub and when I got home and opened it up it had what looked to be beef and pickles where they had cut the sub in half (obviously they had not cleaned their knife which is a HUGE allergen problem).

Absolutely horrible experience. Made one of our subs wrong and when we kindly informed them and asked for it to be remade, this is what we received. If I wanted a veggie salad, I would have asked for one. Atmosphere of the establishment just seemed like the employees clearly didn’t give a s**t. Not to mention the tables and booths were all disgusting for supposedly being kept up on because of Covid. Will not be returning to this location.
