Located right next to the theater in grassy area of Baybrook Mall. 100/10 service- went during the afternoon, very chill, short wait time. i liked how my server made conversion and made me feel like we were friends. Valet park in the roundabout or park in surrounding parking lot Food was amazing and waiter gave great recommendations! Great day/night dates, family outing, hungry after mall shopping, friend outing.

Personally enjoyed the food ordered the pork chachu bowl and the shaggy dog roll. enjoyed them a lot and left full. was attended to quickly as i came in in the morning and it wasnt busy. the servers were friendly and took care of me well. will be back to order again next time im at the mall

otZUKA ramwn is really really good! ramen was fire as always service was amazing, atmosphere was absolute 10 out of 10. ramen is to die for and the people were all great. also shaggy dog was really good !

Our server, Z, was very attentive and knowledgeable about what is on the menu. The ramen bowls are very filling and the broth is always delicious! I always get the charshu. Nice little gem within the Baybrook Mall.

The decor was great, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars was the cost of our meal. I know everything is going up, but this felt like a lot extra cost.

Pretty solid restaurant. For about $30, I ordered the takoyaki and rainbow roll. Food tasted good and had good presentation. The takoyaki was very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The batter had a good texture and a good amount of octopus on the core. There was also a good balance of drizzle for the sauce. Rainbow roll was fresh. Rice was cooked well and not too hard or mushy. Fish tasted fresh as well. The staff were efficient and the restaurant was clean and spacious. I think expanding sushi option would be nice - could include white tuna, eel, maybe squid, etc.

I think they did that because they wanted to get to closing, but honestly, we still leave a good tip because the food and setting keep us coming back. Despite the service hiccups, this place remains a favorite for us!

For dinner We had the California rolls - it was …ok. We also ordered two ramen bowls - we both thought it was flavorless. We did not eat most of our meal and plan on getting something for dinner again since we are hungry from not eating most of our meals. The best part - the eggs but honestly enjoy the ramen with eggs we make at home way better.

SO many better tasting Ramen restaurants in the area (and much better other restaurants if you just happen to be at Baybrook) that it is useless coming here. But the service...Terrible! We visited at an off time (between lunch and dinner rush), so it was not busy at all, maybe 3 or 4 other tables besides ours. First of all, I had to flag our server down just to refill my drink. Then after we were done, we waited easily 10+ min for our check and he never returned- he was too busy tossing a football around with his coworkers Inside the restaurant! 🤯 When it was apparently halftime, he walked over to the table next to ours and I tried waving to him, but he stood there BSing with them (not taking orders, literally just hanging out) for another prob 10 min. Thankfully another waiter could see my irritation and brought over our check, apologizing. I have to say, I'm usually a pretty decent tipper (even for average service I tip minimum 20-25%, usually much more), but this time, I could not bring myself to tip anything. Thankfully I had enough cash to leave on the table to pay for our meals and handed the other waiter a $5, just for bringing out check. Our waiter Still never even noticed us walking out.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but was really underwhelmed with our visit to this restaurant. Started with really average service and then with the biggest disappointment with the food. Not only was the ramen flavorless, couldn’t even eat much from it. Really disappointing as the location of the restaurant is really nice.

Let's start off with the smell, as soon as you walk in the smell was not attractive what so ever, the waiter placed our order. Once we got our order our ramen came with the salmon we ordered, the sqlmon had a very overpowering seasoning and did not taste good what so ever as well as the ramen .We could not stand the smell of the environment nor the flavors on the food. We did not eat any of our food sadly because we have visited this restaurant in previous times and we've never had a complaint until today. We got out check and left once we payed without eating our food.

Got immediately sick from having their shrimp tempura. General quality of ramen was poor as well.

We had to walk out due to the horrible service. We sat down and they took forever to come to us, someone finally did and we ordered 2 waters and 2 beers, 10 minutes passed and the server is talking and flipping his tray. I had to call him over asking if he forgot about us and he looked so confused acting like he did forget. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

This locations food is more expensive and watered down. Broth barely tastes like anything. The karaage is like regular battered chicken.The one on Spencer hwy is 100000 times better way for flavor and a little less expensive. Service here was very good so thats what the 1 star is for.
