Extremely busy and we only wanted drinks. Wait wasn't bad and the drinks (iced coffees) were mixed well. Two different flavors ordered and they forgot to mark which was which; only negative. Still 5 stars in my book!

Was there 1/11/26. Employees did a wonderful job handling rude, hangry customers! Went at around 10 AM and the young lady at the register, along with her peers, kept their composure despite being bombarded by grown men losing their temper..

Went through drive thru and ordered happy meals because of the "Lil McDonald's" toys, and the toys were super cute, and the food was delicious. Great service too!

The playground area was pretty warm and all the kids were extremely sweaty but the manager eventually came in to check the rooms temperature after a few complaints and resolved the issue. Other than that everything was great. Food came out quick and well cooked.

Their lines are always so long, but I don't blame them since they're right off the expressway. So far, I've had great interactions with the workers only because I speak to them with respect, as you should. They do tend to forget the sauce for the nuggets, though.

It was okay this time. Service was slow probably because it was midnight start of Thanksgiving. It's usually hit or miss, sometimes food okay or really good, other times taste old. We get sick especially late at night. Thankfully this wasn't one of those times. Fries weren't super fresh but not too cold. Just glad chicken and burgers didn't taste old and didn't get sick.

I always use curbside. Always friendly when they deliver my food. The fries are not always hot or crispy, and that's what I go McDonald's for. Serving sizes are getting smaller. FILL THE FRIES UP.

Drive thru has no atmosphere. Breakfastcat McDonald's to me is the Steak egg and cheese bagel with mayo combo with Large Orange Hi-C. I don't want coffee or carbonation for breakfast. The only thing that can make this bad is oily hashbrowns and or bad gristle in the steak this morning i got both. Boo... $10 for a bafmgel, hadhbrown and drink. Anyone else remember the McDs commercials telling us we could feed a young family of four for $5 and get change back?

Even tho I live in this town, the location of this restaurant keeps me from frequenting as often. I visited today at the behest of someone else. The acoustix make the place loud, mostly the restaurant machinery. Seems to me like the employees are having to do about 10 things at once and employee/diner interaction is minimal, unlike Whataburger warmth. Maybe I should just get used to it. Or not visit.

Great service greeted respectfully and right away. Fries were hot and fresh crispy (A bit salty) Burgers not over cooked nor dry Nuggets nice and hot and crisp Frappe with expresso (added it first other locations usually add it last- and its melty) Was delicious 😋 Great job

Can't really say much about this brand new McDonald's because I only ordered an iced coffee. The service wasn't bad. However, I don't understand why they do not display a menu for customers to view and make their selections. Instead, you have to ask, and they pull out a menu from under the counter. I can't be the only one who thinks that's strange. I did, however, speak to a manager, and she had a great personality, which should in time reflect on the employees working for her. Give it a try and see if you agree.

So the only good employee at this McDonald's I noticed, is "Rob" or Robert. (Tall and skinny). He was friendly in the middle of a rush. And helpful while taking orders bagging them and taking em out to customers. While others wearing all black. Where just sitting down talking with friends or not even acknowledging customers. But any how. Good service Rob keep it up.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the valley. If you feel like waiting 35 minutes for fast food on top of others being served before you although you order first then come here Food is good but service was horrendous

I went to get a meal with a mocha frappe keep in mind I don’t live there I live somewhat to an hour away. I was in a bit of a hurry they took I lil long which doesn’t bother me as much as others but I failed to notice that I didn’t receive my frappe and I don’t eat my food while I drive as soon as I got home I noticed and called if by any chance they can do something maybe tell another store that is minutes away but they just said any chance you can come by and I’ll have the frappe ready for you. Why would I drive all the way to this location just to get 1 frappe rather save my gas on something more important than that

Walked in and there were 7 people that had pre ordered and I was the only one on the counter trying to order my breakfast. No cashier for about 4-5 minutes. Finally placed my order of 2 deluxe big breakfast and 2 coffees. We went and sat down to wait for or order, and that's when I noticed it. They only had 1 clerk working up front and he was trying his best. He was responsible for the cashier, taken orders to the cars outside and given the pre orders to the customers and then take the orders for the customers inside the restaurant at their tables. About 18 minutes go bye and we finally got our breakfast without our forks or coffee. I had to go to the front counter and wait behind 6 other customers that had pre ordered for my forks. The clerk came by with our coffee without our cream and sugars and told us he would be right back but never did. I finally got up and waited for him as he wad coming back from delivering his order outside. I asked him for my cream, sugars and don't 4get my pancake syrups. By the time we finally started eating our breakfast our breakfast was cold. Unfortunately this McDonald's have had bad service for awhile. In several occasions I've stop for my coffee at 530am on my way to work since they supposedly open at 5am but to no one's surprise they were closed AGAIN. Today it was very clear they were concentrating on the drive thru and forget the customers that were willing to get off our cars and try to enjoy our breakfast with our families in doors.

god forbid i go to mcdonald’s and get everything i ordered!!!!! got some mcdonald’s breakfast earlier this week decided to not make food at home that day which i should have haha, anyways was told to park in the 1st one so that’s what we do a few min later she bring us our food and we are thinking they’ll bring our two coffees right out so in the mean time i take a quick look to make sure the food is in the bag (looks like they just threw everything in i had to wrap it bc it looks like they didn’t even trying to wrap it) thats fine. so about 15-20 minutes pass and i see everyone getting their stuff and leaving and still no coffee for us . my brother gets off to go and check on our order, lobby is full so that was another 10 min wait, one of the girls was just there doing nothing and talking but at least the manager was there giving orders. finally our turn and surprise surprise …..they forgot about us but hey they finally started making our coffees. that all took about 40 some minutes. got my receipt at 8:05 left around 8:50, so finally time to go home the food is kinda cold but definitely not warm. my brother opens his box of the big breakfast (hotcakes,egg,sausage,bread) but turns out they didn’t even put the hotcakes in !!🤣 shoulda just got a sausage egg biscuit haha. it dosent matter because all mcdonald are like this and i get its fast food but its always specifically mcdonald’s that we always get the same experience 💔 so we decided we aren’t going to mcdonald’s anymore lol it’s rare to get what i ordered and def not worth the wait. no hate to the workers just wanted to share how my experience at any mcdonald’s actually is .

This is the WORST McDonald’s location you can order from. I’ve had bad experiences in drive thru and curbside pick up orders from this location. They take up to an HOUR. To the point where I have to get off my car and have to remind or get my order but this last time really did it! I placed my breakfast order at 10:58am CURBSIDE BEFORE the breakfast menu closed up. I showed up at about 11:10 expecting my order to be ready to get handed out. I waited until 11:35am to go inside and ask about my order and the man in front was very nice but the manager was already speaking in a stern voice saying “The breakfast menu is already over, I can get you something else.” At this point I’m fed up that I had to wait 40mins FOR ME to get OFF of MY CAR to ask about MY ORDER. Why wouldn’t any of their employees come to my car when I had just arrived to tell me about my order not being available. Manager clearly doesn’t know a a thing about the app because I just wanted my money back and said to cancel on the app but it had already been 40mins, I couldn’t cancel. She then proceeded to take my order in the register to give me back my money in cash. She was also about to give me only $15 when I paid $17sum. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location my husband had to call his job to say he was going in late. Thank GOD for the Canes around the block.

The people I have spoken to on the intercom are extremely rude and clearly unhappy. I understand that sometimes life throws us lemons but my goodness these people have no direction and clearly poor leadership. I suggest the owner taking some time to visit his location so that he can see how rude and unwelcoming his staff is. I would also suggest staff taking a crash course on customer service. The manager was no different, when i spoke to her she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips saying uh huh... I understand that sometimes customers can be difficult, but each customer is different. You never know what type of day a person is having so be kind, respectful, polite and professional. I was planning a funeral and it would have been nice to have had a kind voice on the other end.

Placed my order through my mobile app. When I arrived at drive thru they asked me to park in spot #5. 20 minutes later and I still had not received my food. I called to check on my order and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Had to show my receipt to prove I was waiting for my food. 10 minutes later I receive my food. Get home and my hash browns were super cold and my coffee just warm.

What's the point to table service? Aren't you supposed to bring everything I ordered online? I ordered table service to avoid leaving my kids unattended. They brought me empty cups after I had asked about my drinks. Ridiculous.

Drive thru attendant was very rude this evening, kept rushing us and would not let me finish giving her my order as all she kept saying "is that it, is that it" I get it they are busy as every other establishment, but the least the staff can do is be courteous. It says a lot when the staff is rude, falls back on management. Better training would be highly suggested.

We went recently and the cashier and girl at the window was rude. Then she had forgotten to add one of the items ordered. After I told her what I was missing she hands me my change and they made me wait for my food. I was then later told by an associate that of they feel u are rude they will make u wait for ur food for a long time. When they supposed to provide customer service. Supervisor Eddie Chavez is a rude person and another lady supervisor as well.. the lady humiliated a young person the young kid asked for a water cup he filled up with regular fountain drink the lady supervisor went up to him told him to pay full price in front of customers yelling like if he is a bad person.. stands at door of lobby... the young kid goes and try to pay for drink... card don't go thru... we all don't know what that young person. Going thru...I tried to pay for his drinks the lady says no throws cups away In trash.... I had my cups from my meal I purchased decide to ask the young kid wat drinks he wants in the process the supervisor EDDIE Chavez approaches me starts screaming and saying I walked out when I just opened door in lobby didnt step outside and my wife was in lobby waiting for my mocha... he was screaming In my face yelling in front of customers no sence of customer service... wat a role model for the company... should fire both Eddie and the other lady wasn't able to get name cuz she walked to the back... They as well talk bad and aggressive to employees...

After waiting 30 minutes at curbside I know for a fact this location does not believe in curbside, I go inside and see my food sitting on the counter Cold, nobody ever brought it out! Had to get new fries and my own drinks cause they were not gonna do it! This place needs an entirely new staff or new training! Update: my apologies to the lady who just called to talk to me about this review I lost signal and tried calling back but got the machine, I had already spoken to the regional manager of all the McDonald’s area or something like that….. and he made me aware that he would send me some coupons and even though he didn’t say it specifically is that nothing would actually change… lack of customer service is a huge thing, especially in a fast food restaurant and this comes from a previous fast food worker, I understand needing a break or something of the sort but come on, this isn’t even a one time occurrence when you have multiple bad reviews you need to do something about it, to the manager of the establishment I get that they are probably your friends and you don’t want to fire them but please at least let them know they need to do their job nicely, or hire someone who actually wants to work.

We finished eating their bland food and we ordered desert which costed us 20$ for a couple of people and the receipt does not print because the machine had no ink so we wait and they tell us the machine is broken and that we would get a refund in a couple of days we wait and we call them and tell them and they apologize and say they will refund it by tommorow and they never do so they steal your money so don’t go

I’ve been coming to this location eversince me and my family moved here in 2019 or so. My daughter grew up only liking plain and dry burgers and more times than not, we have received burgers with about 3 tablespoons of diced grilled onions and an absurd amount of ketchup on her Happy Meal kids burger. The time wasted sitting in a car for something they’ve done wrong countless times is sad. But just this past time I’ve about had it. Not only does it take them forever to give me my order wrong, the manager tells me they don’t make happy meals with double meat patties to which I replied “you do when I pay 90 cents extra for it”. Which is another thing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked for double meat and they only give singles. Which adds to the time wasted sitting in the parking lot. I’ve been to plenty of locations but I’m done with this one. I’d rather go out of my way to avoid paying money here.

Worst service! The drive thru and curbside are packed and moving slow meanwhile manager is inside on her cell phone chit chatting in the back with another employee. After I ordered a separate order consisting of one sprite and order of fries for curbside and I had to get off after 15 minutes because they never brought it out and I still had to wait inside while the employee getting my order played around with the girl at drive thru window and tool 2 minutes to serve me a damn sprite! Ridiculous!

HORRIBLE. I ordered a $5 meal deal (which is not a complicated order), and they sent me to the curbside spot to wait. At first I said okay but after waiting 15 minutes while everyone else who got there after me get their orders, I finally went inside. I saw a girl coming out with orders I showed her my receipt and mine wasn’t there so I went to the counter. They then tried to tell me they sent it out already and I argued no they did not. Only then did someone else come up with my order. I came to get food with enough time to spare but waiting for 15 minutes made me late. So I rushed out of there. I decided to check my order while I was at a red light and turns out they STILL got my order wrong. I ordered a McChicken with EXTRA pickles. I received a McDouble with ONE. SINGULAR. PICKLE. These workers are embarrassing. To top it off my food wasn’t even warm. They had 15 minutes to double check my order and make sure it wasn’t cold. They couldn’t do either. This location sucks.

I had to wait 45 minutes so I went to the drive thru and the first Lady said we have your order but the second lady said we don't have your order. The lady said the back to the curbside we waited an extra 15 minutes they came back they got our order wrong they went back to get the stuff, they came got the order wrong again, and finally we got our food but when we got home they is still food missing we called and now they made us go back to get the food.

Once again this McDonald's dropping the ball. I waited like 30 min for 2 of the 2 for 6 and a basket of fries. I get home and they forgot my nuggets. It sucks having to go back and pick up a 10pc. Now my dinner is cold by the time I get back home they need to do better!!

Worst experience EVER. Put Drive thru order at 11:15am. Was told to park at drive thru #2 its now 11:51am and haven't gotten our food. This Guy gave our food to person in front of us. My Sister had to go check on our order again and they hadn't even put it in yet.. No apologies whatsoever..NEVER AGAIN MCDONALDS. Without your customers you make no money. Get your act together and you best believe Im taking this to someone higher than your management there.

Don’t rely on curbside you’re better off parking for ten minutes then getting in line and ordering. I only had a sweet tea and was thinking it would be quicker

My son orders a sauce and they told him it was .25 , I didn’t know they charged it’s the only McDonald’s that charges I guess . The employees went up to us and said are u gonna pay us the .25 🤣 Plus the fries looked so old like if they had been sitting for a while .

Went to pick up my curbside order and the girl working curbside yelled at my husband. After we got home I saw we were missing an item so I called the restaurant ( I wasn't going to bring up the girl yelling at my husband) and told the manager I was missing something from my order I gave her my order number and she hung up on me ! I called back a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. Since the voicemail get sent to both the supervisor of the store and restaurant I went ahead and left one telling my experience. Horrible and such rude service!!

I ordered through the app so I customized my burgers. I made it with NO ONIONS and it had lots of onions. I ordered a homestyle burger and added cheese but they didn't put cheese! You would think they would actually READ the orders placed through their app but apparently they don't. I'm posting a pic to show how horrible my burger was put together, half the cheese was OFF the burger! Avoid this place there's better food across the street!

The only reason I’ve been to this McDonalds is because it’s the closest one to me. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your food, it happens every time. Also, they always forget the sauces. My family member also has horrible experiences when she goes here. We think “a new day, a clean slate” but that is not the case. They always have cars in the waiting parking area because of how long they take. Some of the women employees also have bad attitudes towards customers. I’m surprised they don’t have new management to help improve the service of this location.

I love McDonald's because how convenient it can be especially how the app has GREAT deals.! But now im afraid to even use my app at this location because free fries equal COLD SOGGY FRIES.! For the time I waited I didn't even want to go back & be that customer especially since it was free.

Ordering through the app was supposed to make things easier. You would think this would save time, but it hasn't. It's really frustrating when you're already hungry and in a hurry. Waiting in the drive-thru line only to have to go inside defeats the purpose. There's nothing worse than your order not being ready. It's like they don't even look at the app orders. This entire process needs a serious improvement. I'm starting to think I should just skip the drive-thru completely.

My husband went to this McDonald’s location to go through the drive thru and order some McDonald’s for our family. About a couple hours later after eating the food my husband, my son and myself were all sick with food poisoning and it was for a couple of days until we actually felt well enough to go out and complain about it to them. The manager was very rude and very entitled. She lacked professionalism, understanding, respect and empathy to our situation. The most they did for us was actually apologize when my husband had to ask her to. She also kept my husbands receipt when he was trying to take it back. We did not get a refund. My husband got a paper to file an incident report which was probably thrown out anyway. We will never go to this McDonald’s again we will go to the one by the Walmart neighborhood market. Please wash your hands and wear gloves when you handle peoples food. And y’all need to get a better management team.

If I can give this place a 0-star rating, I would. To the district/region managers who are reading this, save your sorries. District managers need to re-train their restaurant-managers and employees. It’s disappointing that the District/Region managers don’t reach out to the customers who leave reviews on Google, it goes to show how careless they are. The Minecraft meal at McDonald’s has been out for a couple of days and I’ve had no issues at other locations across the valley. I’ve asked different locations if they can read a specific Part number/letter code on the bottom of the box for the little collectibles, and they had no problem doing so, and I got the collectible I wanted. However, this location said otherwise. They weren’t able to do such request. One of the guys there said and I quote, “Sorry sir I can’t open it up, we can’t do that, and we choose whatever at random.” My response was, “I’m giving you the information, and you are not opening anything up, you’re just looking at the bottom of the box and reading the Part number/letter code of the collectible I want. How come you’re choosing at random if I’m giving you instructions on what simple thing you can do?” Back to what I was saying no one wants to do their job at this location. This location is the worst one in all of the Mid-Valley. Every time I come here to this location, they are either messing up my order or taking over an hour to make my order. I’m already fed up with this location. Either close this location down or rehire new employees or management or have District/region managers step down from their positions. This location is 3.8 in ratings and just goes to show how everything in this location is running, and it’s running terribly. They do a lot of customers dirty here. I’ll be taking my business to Burgers King. I rather eat with a king than a restaurant full of clowns.

It use to be very fast and quick service. NOW they ALWAYS park u to wait for your food. I waited awhile for large fry and a cheeseburger. Really!? On top of that no thank yous or sorry for the wait.

More than 40 minutes to get a mobile order and was not even complete is unacceptable! Talked to the “manager” and doesn’t even try to cooperate with you to give a solution or refund for the stuff that they didn’t even have. They should update the app when they don’t have something.

Worse Ì never come to mcdonalds in weslaco and when I do drive thru mánager attitude if there cars going before you and u been waiting for them to take your order so Ì pull up because I let 3 cars pass and still haven’t taking my order so Ì go first window nothing next window and last gives add Ì tied and tells me to go around again after I been waiting no negative take my order at window with an apology and respectful but no this manager gives you attitude she needs to learn how to manager her customer that’s why you lose customers manager syda I believe

I ordered from the app.They told me they never received my order, but on the app, it tells me it's done. I asked him if they could cancel it or help me. Because I don't know the app. They are that they said, I don't know either. Good luck. Service is terrible. I never got my meal.

Very disappointing experience. Our Quarter Pounder was clearly not fresh you could taste it immediately. One of my chicken tenders was so tough I literally couldn’t bite through it. On top of that, they forgot to include my child’s 6 piece nuggets What makes this worse is that I used to be a manager at another McDonald’s, so I understand the standards, procedures, and how food quality and accuracy should be handled. This location did not meet those standards at all. Freshness, quality checks, and order accuracy were clearly lacking. I expected much better.

Train reck!!!!! This store and management and even corporate is ridiculously bad, for having such an unorganized business! I can’t even believe how long I was in the drive through I was in line for freaking 35mins and still waited on my food as I got to the window. Im from the city and I know it’s 2mins per customer this isn’t jack n box where the food is fresh! No it’s sitting their under an heating lamp and its just disgusting dirty! Rude kids weak management. Worst experience of my life. I walked in and found a seat and I put my arms on the table and found that it was covered in dried ketchup. My arms were sticky. Then I get my burger. And it's dry. The fries were soggy and unsalted. Then the Dr pepper fountain wasn't working. So I had to get sprite. I hate sprite. Then the same kid who had a crush on me in 6th grade walks in. Making my day even worse. In my 15 years of living I never had a restaurant eating experience that horrible, miserable, excruciating, terrible, and awful. This place sucks.

What's the most important thing when you go to a McDonald's? Consistent, fast, and hot food. The only thing consistent about this McDonald's? They keep messing up orders lol. I go for breakfast, the forget half my order and I have to drive back. I go in the evening because I'm in a hurry, they give my girlfriend a hot and spicy that's so soaked in oil the whole wrapper in see through and leaves your hands full of oil; the fries are halfway filled, cold, and somehow have a puddle of oil at the bottom; and a burger that so burnt I could see charcoal on the meat (not burnt bits which are delicious, charcoal). I wait for my food for about 20 mins and orders that came in after me start coming out. Don't bother with this McDonald's. There are other options around Weslaco that are less busy, food is actually good, and the people are friendly. Short drive out either south or north on international you can find two McDonald's where you will actually get good food.

I door dashed and doordasher comes and drops off the food and I was really happy to open the bag and smell the sweet nuggets but instead I only get burgers and fries and no 20 piece, it shows bold lettering 20 piece nuggets so idk how they missed that. This isn’t the first time this happened so these employees need to quit being lazy and actually read tickets for doordashes. LEARN HOW TO READ!!!
