Drini Pizza

This family-owned restaurant does all it can to share their recipes with the community and the surrounding areas. I normally pick up a gluten free cheese or margherita pizza, maybe a calzone and take it home for lunch or dinner. I splurged and went all out for a cheese lasagna and I am so glad I did! I appreciate their dedication to making a delicious Italian menu. There are a few tables, a couple of outside tables and they deliver as well. Cleanliness is evident inside, the construction keeps making it difficult to access but it is so worth the wait. The family greets you with a smile, offer suggestions, and include cutlery, pepper flakes, or even a bit of extra sauce on the side if you ask. I don't know how they have made it through the pandemic, construction, and economic issues but I am grateful they have. Costs are fair, proportions are large, and their smiles and passion for service are evident from ordering to eating. Enjoy a taste of Italy and eat well at Drini Pizza!

Good pizza. The ingredients tasted fresh & the sauce is good, no heartburn. They put garlic butter on their cheesy bread and it's really good as well. They should put the garlic butter on the crust of the pizza as well, it would make it even better. 😊

This is one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. I absolutely love their cheese pizza's, as well as their sandwiches and desserts. It's like a mom & pop place, they always greet you with a warm smile, prices are more than fair for the quality of food. Highly recommend this place!

Best pizza we've had, in or out of the area! We have ordered from Drini's twice now, and our whole family loves it. Really high quality, fresh ingredients and our pizza has been hot and fresh both times we've ordered. We will definitely be repeat customers.

All their ingredients are fresh, and order is made fresh. Love their food. Can be a little pricey. But it is good quality, and tastes great. There is very limited seating, but it is mainly a take out or delivery establishment.

Great family run pizza place, made me feel like I was back at a better time. Great food, Great size, great prices, together definitely a return customer when back in the area.

Drini Pizza makes some of the best pizza I have ever had. Their pizza crust is light and fluffy, the staff is friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and it's conveniently located. They also had every one of my orders ready in under 15 minutes. Definitely check this place out of you are in West Columbia.

The food is always delicious, and the owners are such great people! The prices are perfect for the food you get! Our go-to local pizza place!

We had their pizzas for the first time tonight and WOW!!! This place is AWESOME!!!! I’m pretty picky on my pizzas and theirs was delicious 🤤. My 2yo son is also a very picky eater and he could not get enough of their cheesy bread!! Next time your hankering for a pizza I high recommend you go to Drini Pizza in West Columbia.

Their pizza crust is what dreams are made of!! It's a perfect fluffy-chewy hand toss with a good sauce ratio. We ordered extra cheese and you don't even need it! We've ordered from Drini's twice now and it's worth the drive down 36.

It’s not really fair to base a review off of one single visit. My husband and I have been there multiple times already and they have been incredible every single time. They stay open late for last minute orders, the crew is super friendly, and they even give extras that aren’t even on the menu!... But that’s not even the best part about this place.... The pizzas are incredible.They are LOADED with toppings, especially the cheese... and the flavors are amazing. Would recommend this to anyone!

The meals were well prepped for take out to stay plenty hot and tasty during transport. We ordered there and waited a very short time for the absolutely amazing and well developed flavors we enjoyed. Drini’s is a great local place to eat. The owners are really nice and the pizza is really good. We recently tried the pasta, which is also phenomenal. The shrimp alfredo was our favorite and I would highly recommend.

Authentic pizza and the best in brazoria county. The pizza here may be a bit more than normal chain restaurants, but it is well worth it. I recommend it to everyone that suggests pizza night.

I always get the Drini’s pride and a pepperoni pizza and that cheese pull tells you everything about the pizza. The crust on the pizza is perfect. I always know it’s going to be delicious.

Visiting family in West Columbia and picked up pizzas for an easy evening in. Best pizza I've had in a while - we got a meat lovers, a cheese, and a Hawaiian. Fantastic crust with a slight char, an outer crisp with a thin chew in the middle. A wonderful balance of bright tomato, cheese and toppings, all super fresh. Loved seeing the herb plants growing in the restaurant, hinting to the fresh, authentic flavors to come. Glad we stopped in with the intent to carry out as there is no inside seating, but there are a few tables outside. If I lived in West Columbia, this would be the only place I would order pizza from. Wish I were there longer to try the pasta dishes on the menu.

Great pizza. Everytime I have a delivery down that way I go out of my way to get a large BBQ chicken pizza. I call it in about 15 minutes before I get there and it's always fresh out the oven.

True to the chain. Domino's Pizza has the worst sauce ever. A can of Tomato paste would be a major upgrade. Service is slow. Too bad there is not a Papa John's around to give competition. The best Pizza in this area is Rini but they put too much salt and too little sauce on theirs.

I never usually complain about my food but I haven’t ate here in years and I was excited to order a regular pepperoni pizza. I’m really disappointed. The cheese was falling off, the crust was to thin. I never had a problem with drini pizza but it seems like they hire new cooks.

To Drini Pizza: You just lost 8 other customers with your so-called convenience fees. Like the price for a medium pizza is not expensive enough,, but you have to add some other ridiculous fees. Just ended up canceling the whole entire big order. Keep it up! That’s one away to lose customers for sure.

Our order arrived 1-Hour After the promised delivery time, which was 2-1/2 hours after ordering, Absolutely Terrible Service, NO Compassion or concern for satisfaction just Excuses. We will NEVER patronize this Hole again-Period! Junk!!! Forgot to mention that the delivery ‘person’ left our order in our sidewalk & drove away quickly, ignoring my requests to stop & talk to me…..

We used to love this place. Ordered there for years and didn’t mind the price because it was far superior pizza. It’s not great anymore. The last few times I’ve gotten pizza there I’ve been disappointed with the quality, amount of toppings, and lack of care in the making of the pizza. I only see teenagers running it now, the business owners are never there and I think they are the ones who made the pizza so good. This final time I ordered I decided it’s not a temporary issue (I gave them three chances). It’s just the way they are now. Two of my large pizzas were obviously a medium that they threw in a large sized box. They were super small. The crust is super thin and they were very stingy with the toppings. The sauce and toppings were so far from the edge of the pizza making the crust part super big. About only about half the pizzas had sauce and toppings, so most of the pizza was dry and just bread. They were also cut so unevenly that my young grandkids even complained it was sloppy. Come on y’all, my 6, 7, and 8 year old kids knew there was a problem and complained. This place used to be the best pizza place I’ve ever been to, now it’s on the do not call list. Ugh. It’s sad that they rank below Dominoes now. RIP Drini Pizza.

Ordered and received a decent pizza from the Lake Jackson location so we thought we would try the West Columbia location, that was a mistake. Ordered an already expensive pizza and saw it’s $2 to add each additional topping. Don’t add spinach because you’ll get 2 leafs of spinach… won’t be back to either location.
