IHOP

One small mistake was corrected without any issues and overall everything was great. Sometimes humans make mistakes, what's important is how we learn and grow from those mistakes. We shouldn't let the mistake become the focus, because how it's corrected is much more important.

Tonight the staff at IHOP went above and beyond any restaurant experience I have ever had…. And I’ve had many across the nation. In short, it involved pancakes for my child at 8:45pm that left me ugly crying happy tears in the parking lot.

I took My Son for breakfast in the morning. The service was great and the food was great.

I had breakfast , pancakes, not crazy about strawberry tea but otherwise On Point

I give this place a great rating because they did us a solid. When the husband had to catch his plane, we didn't want to do a drive-through for breakfast. So I did a call ahead for dine-in, and wouldn't you know they were kind enough to oblige. Good folks, I tell ya! Good folks, indeed.

We went Friday July 18 2025 about 12:32pm, I got dollar pancakes 🥞 and scrambled eggs with bacon 🥓 I know my plate 🍽️ looks funny but that is not how our server Elizabeth brought my food to me. I eat pancakes at a time so I separate my food 😊 😁 and my better half got steak and eggs with cheese on top 🍳 with Hash-browns and French toast with bananas on top. My better half food was on point, YES THAT STEAK WAS BOMB.COM as u can see on my plate 🍽️ I tried it, the French toast was fresh, good. We was greeted when we first came in but before u walk in u can smell IHOP food yum 😋 our food was on point, meaning our food was fresh, the employees Sergio, Yazmin, Elizabeth, Pedro was on point with everything, our servicer Elizabeth was great, she kept checking up on us, ask how was the food and did they make our food right, we told her yes they did, great employees ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am a rewards member, at this branch, we never had any problems especially when we have order our food from IHOP, restaurant was very clean, we will be back soon, Thank you IHOP 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️ you guys rock 🤘 🙏🏾❤️👏

We order kids meals for my kids. They ordered strips with mozzarella sticks. Also they order one more kids meals which was french toast sticks with a side mozzarella sticks. The food was very delicious, clean, hot and fresh. We order Big steak breakfast meal. It was very nice, very good portion, delicious and fresh. It has eggs, steak, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, pepper, 4 cheese blend and hash brown. It is served with a side of 3 butter mild pancakes with syrups. We liked the food. The service was great also. I would love to go there again soon.

One of the best IHOP's I've eaten at. The food looked good and it tasted great. The quesadillas were awesome, but order it with extra pickled jalapeños. The eggs Benedict were good, but I hate hollandaise sauce so I added cholula. All in all this IHOP was better than my local one.

My family loves this place. Good service, Mike and Jennifer, is a super good and patiently server us. Thank you !

Coffee is a bit under powering (light roast???) but good and plentiful. Digital menu QR code was a nice touch - though it would be nice if they linked nutritional info to their digital menu (maybe this was a “feature” and not a bug haha).

Clean and delicious. The new menu has choices for a variety of dietary needs.

Pretty average location with good service. A little pricey for breakfast foods though. I ordered a steak omelet with no cheese and a black coffee and my total, after taxes, was just under 25 dollars. Like I said though, good service.

I always enjoy this location, not crowded and very good service.

The kids were stoked on their chocolate and tres leches cakes! The babies loved their happy face breakfasts as well. My wife ordered the breakfast samples and was pleased. My spinach and mushroom omelet was super appealing but fell short once I dug in. The service was adequate, and management was eager to rectify the issue when informed of the situation. Overall a decent experience. Thank you IHOP.

Service was a bit slow and 2 homeless people were sitting in the booth next to us. I assume someone provided them with money to buy food which was nice but they were quite odorous which made me lose my appetite. So I rated the food midway because I did not eat much of it so could not really rate it.

The food and service was great, but the wretched smell of sour meat in the men's bathroom wad horrible. It made me not want to finish my meal and leave. I said something about it to the waitress right after i got out of the restroom and she said she would tell the manager. I heard nothing more about it after that and no one seemed to investigate the horrible smell.

Came here once for breakfast during the week and the service was good and the food was great. Went today for lunch around 11am, it was semi busy but that's not the problem. We ordered appetizers, and an entree each. It took an hour to get our entrees. They were ok at best. I got a burger that had no BBQ sauce on it, even thought I ordered a BBQ sauce burger. The patty was so well done it was tough and dry. I wasn't given a doneness option either. I took 2 bites and we left the food. Was not worth 50$. I'd rather go to McDonald's across the street next time.

Not a great experience. We got sat decently fast but once we hot our table, we were all but ignored. I think our waitress was sick cause when we did see her, she was despondent and pale. I never got a refill, they got an order wrong, and when the food finally came out, it was getting cold in spots. Keep in mind that I don't come here a lot so it could have been a bad day. Thats why I am giving two stars instead of one. All the same, that was my experience. Also, when I took the check to the counter, the waitress never came back, the girl at the front went and got my waitress instead of just ringing us up. Then the waitress struggled to get me change and had to pull money out on the counter. It was a big mess.

Been here before and everything was cool. Just went right now and we left because we never had a visit from the waitress. We got there at 1:11 and sat for 17 minutes without even getting a drink order in. Two tables that got sat about 7 minutes after us already got drinks and were getting their food order taken. Oh ya, the hostess/waitress/manager was outside smoking cigarettes by the dumpster and then came in and sat us. Then I didn't see her go wash her hands but saw her taking the orders for other people.

With our two small grandsons, after we accepted the table by the restrooms and server station that no one else wanted, we weren't even asked if we wanted water or coffee for over 15 minutes. Our server was very busy, but the rest of her tables were receiving proper attention. Very disappointed. Not the first experiemce similar to this here. Only went because our grandsons love IHOP, and it just confirmed that we will not go back to this location again. EVER! The food was good which is why I gave 2 stars.

The service was absolutely terrible. Took forever for the server Sergio to finally take our order. We were very clear on what we wanted and how we wanted it cooked. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and all 3 orders were wrong. Had to ask for salad dressing for my salad and the avocado that I asked to add to it was put on my friends philly cheese steak (who is allergic to by the way). We never got a refill on our drinks nor did Sergio ever return to our table and ask us if everything was okay. The table across from us also complained about their food. Manager was helpful with our complaints but my friend had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get her burger corrected by making a new one. RIDICULOUS!!! Needless to say we left no tip which I hate to do but he didn’t deserve one.

I've given this location multiple chances and every time, I get let down. The last visit was the final straw. We sat at the table for 45 minutes before anyone came and greeted us to get drink orders. Then waited another hour and a half to get the food. When it finally arrived, pancakes were half cooked, eggs were mostly raw and hash browns looked like they barely got cooked. It's just always something with this location. Whether the system goes down, the food is terrible, or the waiter that's a total prick. I mean, look, I get it, it's an IHOP, the bar is already set low, but this location is the worst... by far.

What a bad experience. Waited for an hour to get my order that had been sitting in the "hot plate" for 20 minutes. Once I received it, not only was it not "hot" they also forgot a side. They also forgot my orange juice. It's breakfast, the restaurant was not even busy to say that it happens. They've lost my business indefinitely

Went here with my friend and when we ordered my friend told the waitress she had a dairy allergy and to not cook anything in butter. The waitress then came back and told my friend that all the veggies are already cooked in butter, so my friend settled for fries. When the food arrived by friends food had a piece of bread on it with garlic and butter. My friend then told them it had to be cooked again because she is really sensitive and if it touches she might get sick. When I got my food, there was a bug crawling on it. I got another waiter that saw it and brought it back. At that point we wanted to leave. The manager never even came over and apologized. Eaters beware.
