Great ambiance, amazing view from the third floor. Service is good (the usual Juan Valdez service) and the quality is what you would expect from the chain. They allow dogs on the patio. Bathroom on the third floor. The second floor is nice and cool. Good location. Id definitely come back.

Great place. First Juan valdez I've seen with cold brew coffee under nitro although I didn't try it. This place is I a great neighborhood

Very nice place in Cali - Granada region north. Excellent café and cakes with good service. I was in Cali for 2 mounths and wisited Juan Valdez Café many times 😊👍😊

In my opinion, coffee late here is just on point, perfect flavours, kudos to the barista. I cannot give a 5 cuz the internet in second floor had some issues of connectivity: doesn't cover the whole floor equally.

It's a nice CFE with three floors, they have a good variety of drinks and brews with goods and merchandise of coffee from around Colombia, there are sweaters, aprons, cups, and many other tools to prepare coffee. They have tables and seats where you can go coworking for a while. They also have good wifi internet to have your online meetings.

For a very first time after quite a few bad experiences on different locations like Washington, New York, Bogota and Granada (Cali), Juan Valdez had change so much , staff was very friendly and customer oriented, such a great afternoon , delicious coffee and the best weather. Keep it up , I can finally recommend the coffee shop to tourists and locals. Good Job.

Love the Juan Valdez café, each time I'm in Cali I try to go 3 or 4 times in my stay. This location is on 3 floors, you can order from the 1st and enjoy on the 2 others floors. The 3rd one is like a rooftop terrasse with a nice view of Granada. Coffee is always good, this timeI had the cheese cake and my wife the carrot one. Both were excellent. They also have a small boutique to buy some coffee, mugs or others to bring home.

Everything but Wifi is good. Some tables are unstable, but not a deal breaker. Wifi cuts off every 5 to 10 min. It does not auto connect, so I have to manually click through every time. It is very stressful and makes you unproductive. If you need to work over WIFi, this is a poor place. I will look elsewhere for a functional network.

This is the worst Juan Valdez in all of Colombia! I have not had such a tasteless cappuccino...the Kuty cheap cappuccino is 10 times better!
