Love it here! A convenient location, and the service is friendly and fast.

Nice , new Super clean nice cozy little place , great quick service, staff are great people, salt of the earth. Parking tight during the day, but you can park in the parking lot behind it, for a few minutes anyway, white Plains pd are pretty kool, doubt they harass just for picking up quick coffee and bagel, remember it's business ,tax money for the city.

Fast and easy. There are like 7 car parking spots, which are usually used by customers but they will clear easily too as no one stays there to eat. As it is a place for curveside pick up mornings 6:45am to 7:20am could be very busy with online orders and it may be because high schools are less than 5 minutes away, but staff works fast and in order keeping line going.

Nice place and the customer service at that time excellent. It was a 24hr store that caters to night owls who want to grab simple and fulfilling snacks. The guy who was alone st the time was nice. I love their toasted buttered sourdough with anything in it.

This DD is ridiculously efficient. I was picking up an order for family and also placed my own order online at the parking lot. This location was very crowded and I expected to wait a while, but in the time it took me to walk from the car to the store all the orders were available for pickup. I walked in and walked out with the purchases in less than 2 mins.

Unfortunately they didn't have the machine on that makes my current favorite drink, but the guy there was awesome and went out of his way to accommodate me the best he could. So instead of a frozen coffee he made my same drink as an iced coffee. And to make up for the fact that they didn't have the toppings for my drink, he put sprinkles on for me.

It's a Dunkin Donuts. However, the addition of their new food items gives it a plus. This particular Dunkin Donuts on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains is extremely small making it uncomfortable to sit down and have a cup of coffee there.

you can never go wrong with donuts and coffee . Plus the guy at the store is amazing he is so sweet. He knows how to take care of his customers . the only thing is the parking is kinda small.

A standard Dunkin. It's location can sometimes make for a line but service is fairly quick. The only free parking is a tiny front lot which can clog up quick during a rush. (Plenty of metered parking in the parking garage behind though!)

I appreciate the service here. While the DD lot itself gets full there is a larger lot adjacent to it. The coffee at DDs in general tends to be on the weaker side. But thats with all the chains. I find myself having to add extra milk and sugar. I do love their iced latte w almond milk.

Just stopped in for a couple of drinks but it was made pretty quickly, served adequately, and prepared well. This is on a very busy corner so the lines were long and the parking lot can be a bit to maneuver in and get out of but totally doable.

Just can't get enough of the delicious Hazelnut coffee. And I will add that the donut selection is quite extensive. You will not be disappointed.

I get my coffee here every other day. They do a great job with my coffee and is never too bitter nor too weak. However, expect the coffee to be a tad too sweet if you take it with sugar, but that's normal for any Dunkin' Donuts. Also this place is really quick and you'll be out of there with your great coffee in no time.

Best DD in the area, good selection of munchies and consistent excellent Dunkin' coffee. Minus one star for the tiny parking lot- yes, I know the big municipal lot is behind the shop, but using the pay machines adds time to your quick visit and if you don't pay you risk a $25 ticket

I got the decaf pumpkin spice signature latte, had whipped cream, everything I wanted. I got loaded hasbrowns, which were also good too, but the only thing holding back a 5 star is the parking, is very limited.

"Everyone runs on Dunkin," and it shows if you go to this location in downtown White Plains. The service is fast, and they tried their best to get you in and out. This location is not for dining in. it's pretty much in and out. Great customer service. A well-balanced environment with a diverse group of people who is assisting with your services. The only issue I have is with the parking.

Fast and courteous service. Not the cleanest Dunkin I've been to, but somewhat understandable given the tiny store size. ZERO enforcement of social distancing inside the store. Food was served fast, but under-done and espresso was severely burnt.

Well staffed, only issues are the parking, which is very limited, and it’s a tad small on the inside and gets crowded rather quickly. Staff always stays busy getting the numerous orders ready though!

This Dunkin’ Donuts store usually serves long lines of customers very efficiently. However, its limited parking space tends to be a serious nuisance. Also, relative to other Dunkin’ Donuts in other areas, its prices are slightly exorbitant.

It's the only 24hr Dunkin in the area so that's nice for late-night/early-morning coffee. They have a small parking lot which is nice.

The staff is great however the issue with the service is the parking. They have only a few spots and often people are parking there who aren't patrons. Other times they are understaffed but mainly it's the parking. You can be waiting for 5 minutes just for someone to pull out My tip is to just park in the garage right above them and risk that a meter maid doesn't come in the few minutes your getting your order.

This is a beautiful Dunkin' Donuts large and very clean with a nice bathroom. There is ample parking and there is a great window to pick up and go. However, what's the point of having a beautiful place when you can't sit in it and eat and enjoy coffee and a donut. What a complete waste of space. Management here just doesn't really care and all of these particular Dunkin' Donuts in this part of Westchester do not allow seating. Why? It's utterly ridiculous. The pandemic is over. Open up and treat your customers properly.

Busy location with not enough parking during peak hours. There is a unisex restroom here; the space inside isn't big enough for groups but good for dinning alone.There is no drive thru or outdoor seating here.shop is easily noticed from the road in normal traffic.

There really isn't an issue with parking. There's a huge municipal parking lot with plenty of spaces 15 minutes for 25 cents. You can also park on the street for free before 9am. The problem is people trying to get into the parking lot and blocking traffic. There's a sign warning against that and you can be ticketed. Finally it's a DD not great but it's open 24/7 so if you need a boost it's there!

I usually enjoy my bagel and cream cheese from here, but today was a different story. And this story has ended in me throwing up all over my bathroom from food poisoning. I am being nice by leaving the details out, but let’s just say the bagel I received has brought much pain upon my body.

Okay. Not the cleanest, very small. Nowhere to sit down, and the bathrooms aren't working. They will get you your coffee and a bite to eat, but don't expect anything more.

If this is the Duncan Donuts with Baskin Robin's on 98th street and Broadway, NYC. I was not served. Others were served, when it was my turn, I was ignored by the gentleman that served them. I attempted to get his attention, however he wouldn't turn around. I decided to leave. On my way out, I mentioned to the female server that I'd never been ignored at a Duncan before and said I'd never return to this location. As I was driving further uptown, I stopped at another Duncan's on 108th and Broadway. Very friendly young man served me right after the other patrons. I mentioned what happened. He said they're not connected to the othet Duncan down the street. He was very friendly however. A lady came from the rest rear and turned towards me for a moment and kept going to serve the other patrons that en here's

Run down, terrible traffic location beware. Staff makes hot milk with coffee flavor. The usual inconsistency of dunkin.

I went to dunkin and ordered hazelnut coffee with 1 pump of hazelnut and no swirl milk and no sugar. There was at least 2 or more pumps, the swirl and sugar. And this is not the first time it has happened either

Parking is very hard, they have only limited parking spots, so if they are all occupied, I have to wait by blocking the traffic on the street. Staffs are not friendly.

Bathroom never works and Donut are often stale. Watched a worker take a donut back from a customer who left the store (they gave the wrong donut) then put it back with the rest to sell.

I had placed order with donuts. But, the Hasbrouck were mushy, not like they advertised round and crunchy. Dunkin Donut place do not take proper thawing and making crunchy. It like I can make mash potato at home. Poor job.

Normally good however the other morning people were waiting because the man heating up the eggs was on his cell phone. When he finally started making the orders he was still on his cell. My issue was when he held his cell phone with his glove on and touched my food with the same glove afterwards. I threw my food out and "cook" did not seem to care.

I dont like this location. The service is lousy. The food is okay. I only go to this location if I desparately need coffee. However, I wont be back. Back to Starbucks, better service and the staff is way better! ✌🏽

I have been going to the DD on Mamaroneck Ave by the 24-hour parking garage for years. I don't know what has been going on recently, but I have had many bad experiences recently. My orders have been wrong. Some instances I have to have the order corrected two or three times in one visit. The app for purchases does not work very often at this location. I have had at least two orders stolen from the pick up area, which then made me have to wait extra time to have the orders made again. I have ordered several times in the morning before I leave home giving about 20 mins to prepare my order. When I arrive at the store, my orders have not been ready, requiring me to wait another 5 to 10 mins. I would have just left, but on these occasions I placed the orders through the app and they already deducted the money for the purchase. I am going to this location less and less and I am considering dropping this location altogether.

This is not a location I usually go to but was on that street. Their parking lot is super small. I went to get the Donuts we always like. A woman pulled out a filled tray at 3pm, not fresh. I looked at the icing and it was a grey and purple. A Boston Creme has Chocolate on top and a creme center. I said we wont eat that icing, sorry. She continued to open a bag and started to put them in. I said No, dont want that one, do you have others? She got frustrated as I dont know Spanish and she doesnt know English. She called to the Manager who came over and I started to explain why that icing. She said its for Easter. Really? It looked sad. I said I dont want them. Ok. The other Woman said "you need to.pay" No, I dont want them and your Mgr. said OK. This service woman was getting loud at me so I just turned and left. Good thing there were no other customers in there! I went well out of my way to my location and guess what, she only had 4 Chocolate Covered Bostons but said, Easter is too far away, we will use sprinkles, not colored icing. I wont go back to the 1st Dunkin. Please learn to communicate if you work in a job with people. Please have the Manager, who was Bi-lingual, take care of voiding the Register. I dont eat their packaged and then into the microwave to get hot. Even the Large Gas Station with a Mart has better options.

Horrible experience i got there at 1245 am and the employee came outside to say there was no coffee or anything another costumer came as well and was told the same as we left the employee walk outside and started to smoke a ciggarette oh by the way he coulnt stand or walk straight

This STORE IS ALWAYS Really FILTHY!! The SHELVES THAT HOLD THE DONUTS ARE NEVER CLEAN/ and DONUTS ARE STALE. If you ask or a COFFEE LIGHT WITH EXTRA MILK/ once you open the coffee/ it’s ALMOST BLACK/ bitter/ and YOU CAN TASTE A STALE TASTE. The coffee machines are not cleaned... and YOU CAN TASTE IT! I order a macchiato with caramel and whipped cream. when I get to work there was no caramel or whipped cream and I pay for all of that. it's not a good day for me and my chance of going back is close to zero.

Worst dunkin' ever. It was a packed place with only one cashier working who would take her time and talk to other coworkers while people were trying to order. The donuts I got were hard and seemed to be there since last night. Worst experience I've had, will not be going back again, if I could put zero stars I would. Also never was given my receipt.

The staff wasn’t trained very well and my partner ordered items that’s they didn’t understand. Rather than take the time to understand they made her feel like she was dumb for even asking. We live .3 miles away from this Dunkin and instead will drive across town to a different one. Sad that all places aren’t uniform. Some franchise.

I stopped here In between Uber deliveries on 12/19/23 or 12/20/23. An employee by the name of Maria and another male employee who seemed to be Maria’s boyfriend… because the were kissing as I exited the store the first time. However, Maria and her boyfriend made an error with my order. A few actually…. When I returned to have my order corrected they denied me and threatened to call the police. I won’t ever use this Dunkin again and I will be calling corporate..

They charged my card twice. My bank said there was two charges. Now, I have to wait 10 business days, to get my money back on my card. I will never come here again. I then call the store back and , this lady continue to argue with me, and when i told her, she basically called me a liar. I won't be back. I would have given this place a zero, there is no option.

Way too overcrowded. 10,000 internet orders coming in while customers in store have to wait even longer. Paid and left without getting my coffee. Just a ridiculous set-up.

Forget the small parking lot. The service was bad and quite rude. But even more important the dark roast tasted watery and it was not hot!!!! How can you give a customer coffee that's not hot? Do you think they won't notice? I go to a Dunkin in Riverdale and every time I walk in that store they apologize the dark roast is not hot (not too many people get the dark roast I guess) and ask if I mind waiting while they make a fresh pot. That's a real coffee house! Never again white plains!

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts Mon-Fri and get the same thing every single day, how someone manages to mess up the same part of the order is really beyond me. Now I’ve let it slide because it’s not really a big deal, now what IS A BIG DEAL, is the attitude that you receive. This morning, i wish i would grabbed her name, she decided to toss my bag to me on the counter, then when i take me bag she proceeded to give me a dirty look. When i ask if there’s something that needs to be said she tells me that i need to learn how to say thank you. I come in here every morning and i say thank you and have a good day EVERY. MORNING. After a little back and forth, one of the males then tells me i need to educate myself and get the F out. I definitely believe this Dunkin donuts needs a whole new staff, with better attitudes a desire to work.

If you use the bathroom, prepare to be walked in on. And yes, with the door LOCKED, the employees will open it and walk in, only to be yelled at & leaving it unlocked for the next customer. Beware women, men have no respect and haven’t learned to knock on a bathroom door. 0 respect.

Burnt horrible coffee. On top of a sign saying must wear mask vaxxed or not. I chose neither. They could as least not serve old burnt coffee. They have one job. I'm local. Some ignorant people works here. I asked to use the bathroom just before I buy something. But the lady insisted I wait cuz the bathroom is being cleaned so I waited politely, the Lady who cleaned the bathroom was very Rude and let me wait another 10 mins. Then the manager notice, and she opened the bathroom for me.

This place is so disrespectful, they didn't even give me a drink carrier, and when I asked for one the cashier just gave it to me didn't even pack my drinks in it. I could understand forgetting the carrier but the disrespect overall was completely uncalled for!!! The cashier acted as if she was bothered by me ordering!!!!

Do not go to this Dunkin they are very rude and racist! If I could post 0 stars I would. The workers there are combative and disrespectful. I was treated terribly today by one of the ladies working at the cash register. She misheard me when I asked for a small instead of a medium then got an attitude once I corrected her and began coughing on my drink while she was making it. Absolutely deplorable and disgusting especially in a pandemic. I spoke to the manager got my refund and I will never go there again. They need to get better staff who are respectful and value costumer service!

I loved the fact that this branch is 24 hrs. But when you order a simple iced latte, and wait for 15 minutes while all next customers got their orders and when I finally ask them they simply oh we will make it now and voila in 30 seconds the iced latte is done. I go to my car and put it in the holder, after driving for a couple of minutes and picking up my latte the cup is empty and the coffe is all in my cup holder! The cup was defected somewhere in the bottom and they had to replace my coffe. The hassle was not worth it.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed two order of the Munchkins. When I got home there was only one order at the bag. I called the store and tlady who picked up checked my order and told me that there was 2 orders in the bag. I told her that there was only one order and I don’t need to lie. She said you placed this order 20 minutes ago and I said yes that’s right and I just got home to give them to my kids. She accused me of lying and accused me of stealing. I told her I would go back to the store. She had another order ready for me and I wanted to speak to her about the issue and her answer was you should have checked the order before leaving and I said you should have done your job and checked how many order there were. She didn’t apologize. I asked for a manager and there was no one available.

The overnight worker does not do his job correctly. He doesn't even make the drinks correctly. My drink was not made correctly even though he told me he did put the correct amount in. It's very obvious nothing was in there but the cold foam like if you don't want to work the overnight shift then don't or if you don't want to work in customer service then don't. I gave this place a chance because this is not the first time and once again something is wrong. This is why the 24-hr Dunkin in PortChester Will always receive my service.

This place has a employee who can't keep his hands off his nose. He handles money, scratches his nose constantly, and serves us donuts and drinks, etc. Saturday we ended up getting a refund. They wear NO gloves at all and it's terribly unsanitary. I reported it to the supervisor Mercedes who seemed overwhelmed. I have NO plans of returning there!!!

First time at this spot. Went to the kiosk and placed my order. Ordered the new $5 meal, with one bacon wrap and one sausage wrap. When I got to my destination and looked at my food- both wraps had only egg and cheese. It wasnt crowded, maybe two other customers besides me at that time. So its not like the associates were rushing or overwhelmed. Just disappointed. Hopefully, next time will be better.

Horrible customer service! When a mistake was made on my drink I kindly asked if the lady behind the counter could remake it. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the drink out of my hand and tried to argue with me. I then apologized and said I appreciate her fixing it and she wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. As I was leaving I thanked her and wished her a nice day and she rolled her eyes even harder. As a customer purchasing from the store I should be treated with more respect and human decency. My friends and I will not be returning to this location.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have tried to come to this dunkin and give them a try multiple times. Everytime I come here, there is always an inconvenience. I do not have time to sit and wait for them to make my order again because they messed it up the first time. First off, one time I went inside and saw the owner without gloves on and his 12 year old son making coffees and brooming the parking lot. Another time, I clearly asked for a chocolate frosted donut multiple times, and I see them put a double chocolate donut inside the bag. Seriously? All of the workers are mean. They do not care about their customer service. They mess up everything even a simple iced coffee. Do not come here.

Got a donut with a big piece of Hair in it. So that meant no breakfast when I got to work, I went back to this dunkin a few days later as I wasn’t exactly hyped to revisit the place that sells hair food. They completely refused refund(simply give me another 2 dollar donut) and the cashier almost didn’t understand what was wrong about employee hair in food lmao. Not expecting Michelin star stuff but Jesus, refusing a refund after obviously failing. Not going back to this spot again. Also it might have the worst parking in white plains thanks to selfish patrons and a hilarious schedule of deliveries and garbage trucks that block all patrons in until they’re finished

This place received terrible reviews and now I see why. The workers are rude, lazy and combative. Dunkin Donuts is aware (previous bad reviews) and clearly do nothing to improve the situation and continue to allow their customers to be treated badly. We went to this White Plans location for coffee. Not busy at all, we ordered 2 coffees and we were given coffee that was cold. Since it wasn’t busy, that was odd so we told them, no apology but a grunt and gave us fresh coffee. Then I wait to go to bathroom. The door is locked and after standing, waiting for 5 minutes I knock but can’t hear any response as music is playing in the store. After 10+ minutes of waiting, I ask the workers if they can check the bathroom. Before I can finish my question, an employee handed me keys, clearly knowing what I need. I asked why would you make me stand there waiting knowing I need a key? To which I get the excuse they are taking care of customers. Clearly all employees saw me standing there for awhile (the place is 5 feet x 5 feet wide) and there were no more than 2 customers in 15 minutes and clearly they are not busy working as the coffee was cold, the counters were sticky, messy and garbage overflowing. Once I fished I handed the keys back to which a large, tan skinned, bearded dirty looking employee charges at me demanding the keys. As I hand them, I calmly explained when they see someone standing near the bathroom and knocking on a locked door that means they need the bathroom and I was going to suggest they put a sign so that others don’t endure what I just did. Before I can finish, I was not heard and interrupted with excuses and then he called me STUPID. I stopped and addressed it and he walked towards me and again, calling a customer names and cursing at me. The other 2 workers just stand there, staring at us, not saying anything.I cannot believe how badly and rude and lazy and disrespectful ALL the employees are in this branch. I strongly advise not to go to this establishment. They have rudest, most lazy and clearly troubled employees I have ever met in my life and if management knows this and allows this, it’s clear they don’t care about their customers!
