Fast service, horrible amounts of servings. I ordered a family feast plus a large entree. ALL containers were underfilled. The Brea location employees always pack the boxes. This was disappointing.

Damn Alan, barely made it not too long before close. Decided to not eat in to make it a little easier on ya and not be rude. Shoulda called ya out on it but not today I guess. Had to come back and write a review for the smallest portions I've received at panda before. Made me laugh, I guess thats why I didn't say anything. But come on man, you're about to close. How ya going to give even less than regular portions? Only reason it's 3 stars, is because the lovely female workers energy made it a little lighter. Lighten up Alan, don't be scared of a little greatness, ya can help out a bit more, it won't hurt ya, I promise.

Fantastic friendly customer service!! Atmosphere just as good. The food however... It's usually good, but I got double mushroom instead of double steak. I hate mushrooms!! So close...

Walked in from cold weather outside to get a warm plate of food. And ac is full blast. Like,are you kidding me! What's the purpose of the place being so cold. Didn't get to finish my plate, it got cold. Disappointed 100% . I'll check again in a few days.

The servers need to wear mask or saliva guard when taking orders or handle customers' plates. I see them shouting and yelling, spreading saliva all over the food. Pretty disgusting.

Came in about 45 minutes to closing. One associate was texting and not paying attention. Out of many items, a line had formed for people waiting for orange chicken. They had started closing already which was not good. Got fatty teriyaki chicken and wrong portions due to the associate wanting to get back to her phone. Will probably never go back to this location.

Was given a bowl with only 5 pieces of orange chicken, which is pathetic compared to the normal amount given. Seriously incredible how badly they missed this up. Didn't get my money's worth in food at all.

I used to like Panda Express. But when one of their young, snot-nosed, smartass employees disrespects my family, especially my mother-in-law, that's going too far!

Employees were rude, especially the cashier helping us. They were in the process of closing over an hour before scheduled closing time and I could tell they were annoyed at having to serve us. I'd say try getting a real job instead of slinging orange chicken for a living but who am I kidding?

I ordered 3 large plates and had to wait for fresh items, when we got home with our order, 2 of my plates did NOT have our steam rice to complete my order. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order from there. Then, the cashier asked if I would like to donate........ to a place of business.. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

This Whittier location somehow manages to perform consistently below the average of what Panda Express usually delivers — and that says a lot. Given how standardized Panda Express is in terms of ingredients, recipes, and operating procedures, it’s genuinely hard to understand how the food here can be this consistently disappointing. The issues aren’t occasional — they feel systemic. Food quality is frequently off (overcooked, poorly balanced, or lacking flavor), portions are inconsistent, packaging is sloppy, and the overall service flow feels untrained and rushed rather than efficient. If corporate ever reviews this location, a full retraining from kitchen execution to packaging and front-of-house workflow would be well deserved. This isn’t about one bad visit — it’s about a location that has repeatedly failed to meet brand standards. Panda Express is usually reliable. Unfortunately, this location is the exception.

Decided to grab a bite to eat and ended up freezing. Not only were my hands frozen, but food got so cold that I just gave up. They had the AC on full blast, which made no sense if it was already cold outside. If they don't want people to eat there, then take away the chairs.
