Great service. They are always so friendly! And they are relatively fast. WAY BETTER than the TBell in Ukiah.

They are quick and kind, but I liked the Ft Bragg even more, maybe it was the ocean in the horizon that affected my experience.

What can I say? Its taco bell. Very fast and very clean. I go here often and everyone seems to do their job well.

Great service, had the bacon, sausage, taco for $1 each but the cashier was very nice and substituted it with chicken and gave us chicken taco for the same price, was very soft and tasty.

Big shout out to Jett and Luis!!! So I ordered online and thought I did it all correctly. Turns out I didn’t. I messed up on my fiancé’s part of the order. I called and they where very kind and professional in helping me correct the order. I will be going back because of them for sure!

This is my goto Mexican food stop for over 8 years. They get busy but they will always keep you updated and take care of you while you wait, if you even have to. Great people and very good food.

I like Taco Bell because I can customize my burritos. If you're watching your carbs then you can get a chicken, cheese, lettuce, and salsa burrito without beans and rice. This is pretty good for fast food.

I think I will keep the receipt and show other locations how it is done. Also the employees here are always friendly and professional. I have not had the same experience at other locations. I make a point to stop here when I go through Willits!

When in Willits do as the Willits people do and go to Taco Bell for that go to food. This Taco Bell here has been around for years. I would have to say it is one of the oldest Taco Bells in Mendocino County. Located on main street which was also the old hwy 101, this location is easy to find and is very efficient in what they do and serve. Parking here is in abundance. The only bad thing about this location is that right across the street and that makes for a tough decision, or does it it?. Myself I am a Taco Bell man and will always be. My go to meal here is the number 4 which is the Mexican pizza and two tacos, I go with The Dew as a drink. The bathroom here has been hit or miss. I have seen the bathroom spotless and I have seen it looking like a restroom at a truck stop. Don't let my statement on the bathroom scare you from the delightful food you can receive at this location. If you like like sauces then this can be tour place to sample the mild, hot, or Diablo sauce. This location has a drive through which is a benefit it you are looking to get back on the road asap. Another thing I love about this location is that you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather of Mendocino County. Be sure to tryout a dessert as they have stuff that has been on the menu for years, and they have stuff that is on rotation.Herr. feel free to say you read my review when there as they all know and love me there. Rosa at The Taco Bell in willits has got it down. It's funny you can eat Taco Bell all over the place and sometimes it's horrible and sometimes it's fantastic. That's usually a lot to do with the manager and how they're keeping their store run. Rosa had everybody in ship shop shape and the food was actually delicious. Well what can you say it's late and a Jack in the Box should be taped closed at all times with the quality, so you think Yoquero Taco Bell and of a Chihuahua leading fast food revolution. In Willits this is the place the health inspector picks up a quick lunch so its clean and mostly cheap and allot better than other local franchises.

A good place to stop after a busy day up here. Still has some flaws when it comes to the packaging of the food. However, this is a problem that most Taco Bell’s deal with so I will let it slide.

This Taco Bell used to be awesome, the grilled stuft burrito was my favorite, then, for no good reason they took it away. After years of great food, all they have now is a mediocre burrito supreme. Totally tragic horrible decision made by management.

This place is alright however they almost always forget something from my order! Ugh. Like 8 outta 10 times! I live a bit away so I Always park and check my order thoroughly now before I leave! It's ran by teenagers whom are very pleasant just not detail oriented!

Remember there is a new Highway 101 Bypass around Willits now, so you don't even see the downtown area any more, unless you take the exits on the north and south ends of town. Make sure you watch for the exits, as it is pretty easy to blow past them on 101. Usual Taco Bell, consistently OK food. Staff is friendly and service has always been quick. The town has lost some business, due to the bypass, just not sure how much. The bypass opened during the Summer 2016.

A good stop off when you are hungry and on the mighty 101 through Willits CA. It was easy to find, and get in and out of on our trip with the usual Taco Bell fare. Fast, which was a big reason we stopped. Not fine dining, fast food, and it helps you be on your way.

The crunchy taco was light and really crispy. They doubled the shell. Oh the shell had broken so they just put it in a second one. The sauces I asked for lots but no Diablo. Got Diablo and hot. The burrito was perfect. The fries were interesting.

The person taking the order was great but they shorted me on my food as always order the crunchwrap supreme meal and four tacos and two burritos only got four tacos one burrito and nacho fries very dissatisfied don't know if I will return to that store

Ordered bean burritos with extra sauce and cheese. Couldn't tell!!! My burritos were still dry and sad. Had to douse them in hot sauce 😒

I usually enjoy the food from this location but tonight I paid $20.91 for six Doritos Tacos Locos Supremes and a Pepsi at the drive through only to get home and discover that the lettuce was so old it totally ruined all of the tacos I live to far out of town to take them back so I’m out $21 and still need dinner but hey the Pepsi was great

You forgot to put my hot sauce in the bag. I didn't notice until I got home. That was a catastrophic fail. Order number 353104 at 7:44:42 on 4/7/20. This is going on your permanent record Alejandro. Update 5/23/2020: Ordered 5 items and got 4 sauce packs. Why so stingy with the hot sauce? Can't wait for the walk-in to open up again so I can get the sauce I need. And I never take more than I need.

Not just a minor error, but a complete mess-up that forced me to waste my time and gas driving all the way back to correct their inability to read or correctly assemble a simple order the first time around. They did remake it, but don't expect an apology for their blunder. While I stood there, utterly frustrated, the person next to me was practically showered with apologies and even offered free chips because an item they wanted was out of stock. So, if they run out of something, you get VIP treatment, but if they outright screw up your order, you get nothing but silence? It's baffling. Not that I wanted chips, but a genuine "I'm sorry" when you mess up goes a long way. This night crew clearly hasn't learned that basic courtesy. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

Iwent there September 12 2015 and about an hour later I felt dizzy , had cramps , and felt I may vomit.A few hours later I couldn't stop vomiting. I will NEVER eat there again.

This goes for all taco bells because everyone I go to gets my order wrong. You work in fast food where it already made 80% of the way how hard is it to toss it together with the right condiments on it.

Service so slow. Tacos were soggy by the time the guy at the drive thru window got around to giving me my order. 24 minutes stuck in the drive thru from when I ordered till I got my food. He was busy filling drinks for the cars behind me totally forgetting my food just sitting there while I waited.

Total disappointment... Soft taco arrived with crispy, dry, crumbly edges, hard crunchy tomatoes that tasted like stale water smells, barely any cheese and the most grease I've ever seen come out of one of their tacos! It was like chewing on a rubber tire. The shredded chicken mini quesadilla was not much better. It wasn't any better, at all.. The watermeoon freeze was ok tho. But, it's taste was put off because the food was not prepared properly. .drank too fast to get taste of tomatoes out of my mouth, ended up with a mean brain freeze! Just one thing after another,, it seemed! Usually fast,efficient, reliable service from decent, respectable and curteous staff appearing to be members of the same team had quickly disintegrated into long waits, mixed up orders, and not very good food. Totally bummed from all the disappointment,discourageomg, I would have requested a refund, but I had a time obligation to meet, and by the time I was available, It was late enough I had forgotten to even call. I really hope that they get their act together, my older kids ,(late and midteens)really like their dollar menu!

They would not give me a receipt and screwed up my order. If I wanted a burrito, I would have ordered one. Still short 2 tacos. Have a little pride in your job if you want $15 an hour. I expect substandard food, not substandard service. And I demand my receipt.

It took over a half hour to get our food through the drive thru, and then we didn't even get half of our order. Went inside to tell them, and the guy tried to charge us even after I showed him my receipt and bag of food. They finally said they would get us our food, and it took another half our just to get the rest of our order. This Taco Bell on Auburn Ravine Rd. is the worst one I have ever been to.

You can slap some paint on it, but when your employees constantly get the order wrong and argue with people telling them that's what they ordered..."I know what was ordered..and it wasn't that!!" Some of the folks are great work really hard try really hard. I Live the ladies in the day. Others, well. They just don't seem to care. ALWAYS messing up my order, so over them. I'll drive to Ukiah or fort Bragg if I want taco Bell.
