Exceptional staff they are very friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. Restaurant is very clean and they put passion in the product they serve. The food is extremely fresh and tasty. Burgers are on point with flavor and satisfaction. But don’t miss out on the falafel sliders and chicken tenders, because they are amazing! Highly recommend BurgerFI to anyone who looking for a great dining or takeout experience!

Great place to eat in downtown Winter Garden when the streets are super busy. This quick service ensures people eat and continue on with their shopping downtown. I had no complaints with the burger, the fries were a little over cooked (but somehow not crispy either)-- really good altogether. I love that there is outdoor seating on two different street sides and parking for bicycles nearby (bring your bike lock).

The staff is super-friendly. The burgers are fairly standard though compared to the price for them - generally over $7, and that does not include sides or drink. Just one slice of cheese on the burger costs $1.00 by itself! I did appreciate being able to add fresh jalapenos though! The fries were salty, but otherwise just fries. I also got a chocolate shake which was pretty standard in flavor.

The kids burgers for my kids were okay, the kids fries were too greasy, one burger I asked for lettuce bun but came with a bread bun and the worst part was my chicken sandwich was raw!! So raw when I saw it I already noticed it was raw would never come back At least I asked for a refund and they gave me a refund

Operational Failure & Mismanagement: ​I placed my order via the kiosk, only to be informed 15 minutes later that they were out of onion rings. There was no prior notification on the screen or a simple handwritten sign. ​When I was asked for a substitute, I requested chicken tenders, as I specifically dislike fries. My request was immediately denied by the manager, Janesa. ​She stated the only acceptable substitutes were regular or sweet potato fries, or I could take a full refund. ​2. Lack of Professionalism: ​Janesa was extremely unaccommodating and showed zero concern for the mistake they had made. She offered no apology and made no attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering a refund. Her demeanor was cold and unhelpful. ​3. Poor Food Quality: ​After taking the refund for the side, I waited for the rest of my food. The Wagyu burger and chicken slider were both chewy and severely overcooked. ​This entire ordeal unfortunately put a damper on what was otherwise a fun evening. I strongly advise the management to sync the kiosk inventory with the kitchen and train their staff, especially managers, on basic customer recovery and apology protocols.

The place was quite dirty and the food wasn’t in good quality. We had come to this spot many times in the past but we see an extreme decline in everything. The seats were completely ripped up/messed up and not clean at all. (Crumbs, chicken pieces, and sauce residue) we had to clean both the booth and the table before sitting down. I would even go as far as it seems abandoned with barely anyone taking care. Hope it all gets better taken care of in the future.
