Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We brought 19 people from Light Christian Academy on a field trip. Zach took our order and was very offecient. They staff delivered all the food to our table and they were fast. They kept coming back and checking on us to see if we needed anything.

We went there today. My son and I to grab something quick around 5:00 p.m. I believe his name was Robert. He was taking care of the front and he was very polite. Very nice, very attentive He was just making sure everyone was fine. That's the type of employee everyone wishes to have. We wish him and dairy Queen the very best!

It has been 35 years since I was in a Dairy Queen. Last one was up in Cape Cod. Brought my daughter yesterday and the burgers, the fries and the blizzard brought back great memories. I feel what they do, they do very well and the experience was solid. Clean place and an engaging cashier who made it even better for my daughter. It was a slow period and she even offered to bring out my daughters dessert after she finished her meal. We will be back again.

I’m not sure of the man’s name at the register. He has dreadlocks in a hairnet. My kids and I stopped by and ate inside at 12:45 12/19. This man was so kind and pleasant. People like this deserve to be noticed. He brought us our food and was very helpful. Great service, I’ll come here and eat inside again.

Our food was hot and delicious, and our ice cream was such a treat. Zach at the register was helpful and very nice. The restaurant was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is that it was freezing. The AC was so low, I almost didn’t order ice cream!

Zack took our order. He was very friendly & helpful. Food was hot & good quality . We ordered with our meal a blizzard for later. When I received the New York cheesecake with extra strawberries the blizzard had hardly any strawberries in it. I was assisted by Alex, cashier at register that took care of the issue. Alex was very friendly & provided the strawberries in a cup on the side. This Dairy Queen always provided excellent customer service. If your every in the Winter Garden area stop by. Thank you Zack & Alex for providing great customer service.

I used to get ice cream from Dairy Queen almost every weekend, but I stopped going because the Blizzards were always the same: the top few inches tasted perfect, well-mixed and full of flavor… and then everything underneath was basically plain vanilla. I decided to give them another chance today after months without going, and it happened again. The first part was amazing — I really thought they had fixed it — but once I got past the top, it turned into straight vanilla ice cream with almost no mix-ins. It’s honestly frustrating, because I know the Blizzard is supposed to be mixed all the way through, not just decorated on top. I love Dairy Queen, and I want to come back more often, but I really hope they start mixing the Blizzards properly. It makes a huge difference in the experience.

Today I went through drive thru and ordered 2 number 1s. One with a strawberry shake that was given before I was asked to park by the red trash can where I waited about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, shake melted and when I got home less than a mile away the burger was cold, fries not warm. Not sure why I was asked to wait.. 4 or 5 cars drove past me. Shake should have come out with the food. I honestly think they forgot about me. Night time orders are always so much better but weekend daytime orders seem to be very lacking and no one cared about quality and timing. Not sure I'll be back.

Only 1 of them came out right and all were completely melted by the time we got them. When we parked and I went in to make a comment about it, they let me know that the ice cream machine had been acting up and that’s why they were melted. As far as making the orders again correctly all I got was a sorry. So I asked for bigger cups so we could eat without spilling it all over us. Very disappointed as our order wasn’t crazy!

I said "hello" a minute goes by then then she says we'll be right with you. Waited another 6 min.I drive around to the window and 3 females are just laughing smiling playing around. They see me and laugh. Despicable!!

I go to fill my drink up literally no diet drinks come out of the machine I ask for a refund they tell me no they say instead, I can have a drink from the back, which is “” diet tasted absolutely horrible no carbon, no carbonation and absolutely discussed while I was eating the stench got worse I noticed it came from the bathroom. I wanted to check it out so I walked past the bathroom and it smelt horrible horrible absolutely terrible.

We ordered 3 blizzards (medium, small, and mini) and in all three instances the bottom half was pure vanilla ice cream. No attempts had been made to push the actual flavor of the Blizzard past the halfway point of the cup, even in spite of the fact that the Mini cup is practically a shot glass. We were told the restaurant would call us with an explanation but a week later we have heard nothing. One star overall, and half the available stars for the ice cream served since we only got half of what we paid for
